We had a great time! This was my first Escape Room experience and after the great time we had as a family and the excellent customer service we received, I WILL BE BACK!We were a group of 7 celebrating my moms 65th birthday. We had kids, young people, adults, and older adults and everyone was able to contribute and enjoy the challenge. Steampunk Submarine is a fun room and I recommend.Also the staff were so friendly and chill. They really made the experience 100%--thank you!

Fun escape room place! We did the Pharaoh Mystery room and it was good! There was a setup issue, leading to an employee having to give us one puzzle solution. That took away from the experience a little.Our group of 9 was able to solve and escape in good time. It was challenging, but we had good group skill diversity and communication.We plan on doing Tornado Alley next some time.Finish the submarine room soon, please! We love what weve seen glimpses of so far!

What a great way to spend an evening with a group of kids after a long day at the hockey rink. Great fun and well ran location. Have done a few escape rooms now and this was another great experience. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great team builder or just a great all around time out. Thanks so much.

We had a wonderful experience! We were first time Escape Room participants for any escape room and Wake Escape knocked it out of the park. It was Well thought through in room design and layout. The owner and staff were very informative and helpful in preparing us to go through and we made it out of the top secret room with just minutes to spare! We will definitely be visiting them again. If you were going to be in the market for doing an escape room, definitely check them out.

Great place for those looking for good escape rooms. The rooms are well thought out and the puzzles range from simple to very challenging. The staff is very attentive, friendly, and helpful. They did a great job of explaining things and helping out when hints were required. The hints were helpful, in the sense that they made you approach the problem from a different angle. This differed from some other places that would flat out give you the answer as a hint. I much prefer this method.

Our family has been to Wake Escape a few times, and even had our sons birthday party there. It is such a fun experience and the staff is great! Highly recommend!

We had a group of 7. AtFirst we had no idea what to do or how to start, but the nice guy up front (I’ve forgotten his name) gave us a clue and then we were off! It’s very fun and challenging!

Great experience!! Game was challenging (Tornado), clues were fair, and the staff was super friendly. The entire family pitched in to help get us through to success. We will definitely be back to try the other rooms.

Loved it. Brain candy at its finest. The 2 girls hosting were very sweet and they even let us run a little long as the next group wasnt scheduled to arrive for another 30 min. Ill definitely propose this for birthday/office events in the future.

Would highly recommend.A few months ago myself and a few friends went to another area escape room and were thoroughly let down. That made us both hesitant to spend the money on another one, but also eager to redeem the experience. That led us to try Wake Escape, and we had a completely different experience.We did the Egyptian-themed room, and it was filled with puzzles, codes and activities. We stayed fully engaged for the entirety of the hour (and the extra 15 minutes it took us to finish!). One concern we had going in was that everyone in our group would not feel as helpful, but all four members were crucial to solving the room. There was enough to do that even larger groups would be fully engaged for much of the time.The production quality was exceptional, from the consistent theme to the design of the room. Although there were times we slowed as we tried to solve the next step, it was never due to poor design. At no point did we find an inconsistency. And at one point when we were stumped, we were able to cash in a clue and call on the radio to the helpful staff who helped us move along.The experience was well worth the cost, and made everyone in our group excited to return and try out another room. We talked about our experience for hours after, reliving the solutions we found and the unexpected twists. Would highly recommend to anyone, even those who may not be completely excited at the idea.**For something unique to our group, we brought our 8-month old with us in a carrier, and he was totally fine. The staff offered to lower the soundtrack for rooms that had them when we called ahead of time and were very accommodating in letting us know how to exit the room if we needed to during the experience (which my wife did at one point to change a diaper). It made going much more accessible to us as we did not have to find a sitter.

Our family had a great time bonding over the escape room! The girl who helped us was sweet and had a great personality. I definitely recommend.

Awesome themed escape rooms! We did this as a family outing with ages 12 to 75! It was fun and had something for everyone to get involved. We will try another room soon!

Had a good time. Nice place! One complaint is that we made a reservation & were forced to pay $50 extra to make the room private so no other players could join us but we were the only customers that night & the hostess even said that so I don’t think the extra $50 was fair as we were the only people that night...

What a blast! Went with some friends from Church...challenging puzzles, well-designed experience, helpful staff. Exciting finale, was able to escape with just a few seconds from deadline!

What a great time! Everyone said they would go again and try another room. The staff was real friendly and helpful. A challenge for sure but great fun.

Took a group of 12 - 13 year old boys, parents and a grandmother to Wake Escape. Everyone had a great time and everyone contributed. Its a great feeling of accomplishment as you go through. You wont find that at an arcade. It is very social and interactive as well unlike going to the movies. If you are looking for a great way to spend time and make memories, consider trying an escape room. You will not regret it.

Fun for the whole family! I appreciate that the mystery we did was wheelchair accessible. I was in a wheelchair due to a disability but was still able to enjoy the puzzles.

This was the best escape room Ive done. Well thought out, fun puzzles that really get you thinking! We went as a family of 4 adults and 2 kids (both 8 years old) and the adults and the kids both enjoyed equally. Great staff, comfortable and encouraging environment. Go try one!!

We Escaped! I did a birthday party here for my 12 yr old and 5 of his friends on Saturday and it was awesome! The puzzles were great, the room was well organized and clean, and we made pretty continuous progress on the Exit Protocol adventure. Our host was excellent, and even took pictures for us afterwards that were emailed to me.My husband and I have done three prior escape rooms, and compared to those, we felt like our progress with this one was more steady, and the room was less worn (some that we have done, the locks and doors are all worn out so that theres no real surprise as to what happens next).Highly recommended; we will be going back to this one and doing another room!

Room attempted was the Pharoah Room and unfortunately did not make it out but our group got really close. This was a great group activity and would definitely do this again. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

This was absolutely fantastic!! Our family, from ages 7 - 51 got together, and it was truly fun for the entire family. We did the Pharoah room, and it had one surprise after another. We have been to other escape rooms, and they were fun... but this takes the cake! Really, really great time

This was a new experience for us and we did not know what to expect. We had so much fun! Our 8-year-old and 13-year-old loved it, too. We all worked together and it was fun to see who could figure out what. It was challenging and we made it out in the nick of time. We will definitely go back.

I had the absolute best time with my co-workers here!!! This place is definitely a must do and I recommend you try it at least once. But I promise once isnt enough!!!

We did Mystery of the Pharaoh, and had an absolute blast. The room was well put together, and lots of expansions to unlock and keep you busy. We ending up making it out with only 5 min to spare. Definitely looking forward to going back to try other rooms!!

Really loved this escape room! We did Mystery of the Pharaoh and thought it was amazing fun! Decor was excellent and the puzzles were a ton of fun! This is a must do if you are looking for fun!!!!!!! Our room operator Andrew really made our visit wonderful and we will definitely be Coming back!!!!!!!!

Absolutely enjoyed the experience. We took a group of 13 adults for my wifes birthday and we did not feel cramped at all. We will definitely be returning to do the other courses that they provide.

The puzzles were challenging and we had an ok time. The room was uncomfortably hot. We felt like we were doing puzzles in a sauna. I was diappointed in tornado alley because nothing had anything to do with tornados. We started out in a library that led to a casino. To be honest I am not even sure we were in the right rooms. I thought there would at least be a soundtrack with wind sounds or something. We were told at the beginning that a video would play but it never came on. After we left we received an email saying our picture would be sent sortly. I looked on the website and saw different people with a tornado backdrop. We were never given the option to take a picture. I would find another escape room if i were going to do it again.

Great fun! The puzzles were full. And engaging. We did the pharoh room with 4 people. I would say go with more people but its possible!

Great fun and themed escape room. The whole family loved the Egyptian theme and all of the different puzzle types. Lots of nice attention to detail with the props.

We escaped from the Exit Protocall and had a great time. I really liked the creativity they used when designing the puzzles for this room.

My first experience. It was fun.

Pretty decent place, but a bit disorganized, upon walking in it was pretty chaotic. People were all over the tiny waiting room with no discernable staff to welcome or assist. Did Secret of the Pharoah. Enjoyable game with some pretty cool puzzles, however the immersion factor was almost nil. It really just looked like a renovated office building room with some cool puzzles in an Egyptian design. Staff was nice, but didnt seem to be overly enthusiastic about being there.

I took all six of my grandchildren and their parents to Wake Escape for my birthday. We had the most amazing time! Were ready to go again!working together on Clues in order to get us out of their in record time

Really nice idea. Did it for a company outing and it was fun. Good attention to detail but definitely has room to improve- I.e. the pharrohs room theme we did seemed cheap at points. Great overall and very fun

This place is tucked away on Ligon Mill NORTH of Main Street. They have two more rooms coming soon. Definitely worth the price of admission!

Only our second escape room experience - was a lot of fun, and the staff was great. My only suggestion would be to replace some of the locks (there were a LOT) with other types of puzzles (hidden levers activated by some action) that we saw in a different room.
