I moved here in February 2018 with my husband. We decided it was time to find our forever home and finally settle down. We couldnt have found a better place. The managers, Susan and Tom are wonderful. They took time show us available homes for sale. Every time I called with a question, I was greeted with kindness and a lot of patience. Since moving in, Susan and Tom have remained true to our first impressions of wonderful, caring managers. They keep the park clean, put their foot down, hold firm when necessary. No nonsense, down to earth place for my husband and I to live out the rest of our days together.

Clean and quiet but your electric bill is a mortgage payment at 21 cents a KWH which is 106% above the residential rate moved here thinking I was saving money not Evan close paying 100 more then where u was at and I was paying 550 the rent here is 335 sounds like a good deal but not with229 to 300 dollar electric bills for a 400 sq foot trailer bi could buy a condo for what my electric bill is

Was okay until crowd of druggies arrived. Part time Mgr. not helpful, water pipes need fixing (still). We reported underage non-resident living in park. Park claims they check out prospects, this is not true, as we discovered for ourselves. Expect nothing.

People in the park are very uncomfortable about strangers, people who live in the park are lazy and dont keep their spaces, we live too close to each other and the from each home is hard to deal will. Visitors speed thru the park with no respect to speed limits. We have lots of drug people coming thru. Cant keep them out.!!!
