Very quiet property. Management on site and present, keeping property clean.

Ive been staying here for the past two months and Im glad I found it. Its close to everything and while its not in the best part of town, security is the owners top priority and Ive always felt safe here. The family that cares for the park is wonderful, very friendly and they keep the place immaculate. The owner and his staff have been quick to respond to all of my needs. I was really impressed that the owner, David, knows who I am when I call and he always answers or responds quickly to phone calls and texts. As a full time RVr, I also like the neighborhood feel of this place. The RV spots are placed alongside the mobile homes and the park is small enough that you know who your neighbors are.

We are VERY HAPPY with the RV park. The managers are the best! They work diligently to keep it neat. And are available for answering questions, We could not be happier here. Barbara Johnson and Gale Bryant

I love this place, it’s safe, it’s clean, it’s close to everything. The staff here is absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a great place to stay ... I will be back again next year

Safe, affordable and well kept!Great place for Daily, weekly, monthly of full time RV living!Palm Harbour estates was my home for the past 3 months. David I think who’s the owner/manager was very professional, quick to respond and easy to make arrangements with.The place is very secure with CCTV cameras all over. Lush, full grown trees cover the property! I liked that it was super close to the Hospital i worked at. The place is kept clean, there is a mixture of RV’s and mobile homes- In my stay here I did not observe any problems with my neighbors. Definitely would recommend it for full-time or Transient RV or Mobile homers!There is also the caretaker Ben and Maria who are available almost instantly if you have any maintenance needs

The Owner imeaditally responds to all my calls an texts an with the help of the park management an maintenance crew and all the good neighbors they keep the place very clean, well maintained where I feel safe an secure. Its a diamond in the rough.

“Exceeded expectations ”Nestled by other Mobile home/Rv parks was this gem! I found my stay to be quiet and the park clean and orderly. There are many security cameras so everything is well maintained and monitored. Communications with the owner/managers was pleasant. I would stay here again and recommend it.

Been at this park for 3 years. Its nice and quiet, well maintained, and security cameras all around that makes it feel safe 24/7.Owner is strict and doesnt take bad drama from anyone which is good. Makes it safer and a better place for families.

We spend a couple of nights at the park in an RV. Spaces have full hookups and concrete slabs for porch areas. Park is very clean and quiet. Access was easy with a 36 RV. We had a view of the mountains from our spot. Highly recommend for a quiet spot to park.

These people really care about us. They have security cameras. Felt safe.

I love trees its clean and in a good location!

Loose dogs, non fenced yard, nothing for kids. with 26 cameras, wont fix dog issues. Refuses to comply with Arizona leash law. I have text message proof.

Very small mobile home park. No on site noticeable staff but its fairly quiet. Its not gated but there are cameras throughout to monitor whats going on.
