I have now lived here for over 2 years and its ben like heaven (1st as renter NOW Owner)!!! Since NEW OWNER & MANAGEMENT took over the park has Cleaned the dirty..and updated ALL within the park..Vivian is on sight whenever needed and she answers her phone at All hours ...extremely quiet clean and cosiderate throughout...no reason to leave til I build my own !! THANK YOU ROMERO ESTATES !!!

I have not yet moved in, but would like to start off by saying Vivian in the office is great! She is very responsive to any questions we have and worked amazing with us through our application process. When the trailer we wanted to rent got snagged by someone else while my fiance and I lagged she was on top of it to let us know of another that would be available. We have taken the leap of faith to move in and put our deposit down by only seeing photos. I am very excited and anxiously awaiting for my family to move in soon!

Since new management has taken over there has been a noticeable change. The new owner and Vivian have been working hard to take care of last issues and have been working on making park better.

It seems to be fairly cheap and nice people in the moble home park

Romero Estates. You should check out the laundry facilities. Youll never forget the experience. Or how well maintained they keep functional Necessities in your rented trailer...When a man walks up to you out of the blue and states he works for the park that youve never seen him before in a year-and-a-half of occupying a unit youre not going to just let him into your home. Especially a single mother after hes been asking you questions like where is your boyfriend. Common sense. As well as a manager should know that if there is an emergency you do not need permission to enter the home. Managers are not maintenance individuals they shouldnt be entering a home and trying to snake a toilet it doesnt take three separate occasions to fix a toilet. Please get your facts straight before you post stuff. Also a courtesy call would be nice if you contact an individual and say no ones going to be at your home and they go home and are not clothed and someone knocks 5 minutes later no theyre not going to let people into their house cuz they dont have clothes on use your brain. This is not a safe place to live I do not recommend this place at all for anyone they will let anyone live here.

So far great place to live. Quiet nieghborhood. Good management. Maintance seems on top of things. And owners visits regularly.

A friend lives here. It has a lot of seasonal residence. So people are well established and neighborly great maintenance and management, so its inviting and comfortable. I would rent a lot or a trailer there in a heartbeat.

The nw exit is blocked now which may increase security, but the diesel smoke from the trains and trucks gets in requiring air filter budget of over $100 month. This area is just not fit for oxygen breathers. Avoid unless wind forecasts steady west by southwest breezes as the cognitive and health effects of locations like this are real. Tucson has great air quality further from highway. One train can blanket area a long time so stay indoors during such events. Learn there schedule. Also be advised heavy trains are pushed not just pulled so you may have time if on Romero to escape before spewing soot cabooses arrive. Just Run when you hear rumble!

Well I think romero estates is awesome! The manager is wonderful ...kind and friendly ..the owners are FANTASTIC!!..I SO LOVE IT HERE..and the other people that are downing this, place can kiss my royal ass!! They dont know what they are talking about. .so yes I give this trailer park 5 jalepenos!!.lol...

Liked this place. quite and sum hav yards for pets. my friend lives here although u hav to watch out that u dnt run over a lil doggie. its a good place to stay if u cant find nothing als

Bullying and favortism are the tactics used by management in this park. Discouraging and frustrating is an understatement.
