New management is the best we ever had.Last management team was ether drunk, high or popping pills and never in the office so glad they were fired.The place looks 100 times better now

This will be my second post....I have been here going on 2 yrs...management is amazing!!!!very respectful and kind...i have seen the park improve the last yr...i wasnt sure when i moved here i would stay but with the up grades and the tweakers being booted out!Im calling this home for a while...thank you diamond grove corporation for the upgrade....

I have lived here for almost a yr...its a great place to live... management is always polite and helpful for any reason or concern...this park is upcoming and making quite a few changes since new management took over...watch your neighbors some people are snakes!other than that!life at diamond Grove is good....

This place is a 5 star trailer park, if youre into people walking around without shirts drinking beer.

I used to live here. The Park Management are addicted to drugs & alcohol. The owners/managing corporation are slum lords. They never do anything when you send in complaint. They have do not adhere to the Arizona Mobile Home Landlord & Tenant Act.Do yourself a favor and stay away..

Great community. Clean park with great neighbors. The community host holiday parties for the residents, have crafts, and grill out pot lucks. Might not be in the best part of town, but it is a very safe park.

Our son and his kids live there. Been there 6 years.

Lived there for 3 years and was happy with the park. Managers changed often but all worked hard to better the park. Would live there again. Good schools. Close to everything. Pool and jacuzzi were very nice. And clubhouse was nice. Ive seen much much worse. A park is only as good as its owners and managers. Diamond Grove is a decent park to live in.

I was painting a mobile home there for Stetson painting co. Area was very quiet, yards were pretty cluttered, some mobile homes needed work on the exteriors, other then that its pretty nice area...

Poor& strong armed management technics! Mean for no reason! Neighbors are not nice!

This place is extremely racest!!! If you are not Mexican you are treated horible! Worst place I have EVER lived.

This trailer park is older but looks ok and grounds are kept up pretty good! Overall I would live here with my family!

Clean, quiet. Nice pool and hot tub area. Neighbors are awesome.

Owners are slumlords, and Management does not abide by the Landlord and Tenant Act. Also seen Management purchasing drugs from known drug dealer. Also Maintenance man is a Alcoholic and Drug user as well. Beware!!!

Not a bad place to live. But theu have to many regulations .seam like they chosecwho they want to rent.

Quiet park, nicely kept, lots of grass and trees.

Management is a total joke. Extremely racist and judgmental. Very rude when trying to obtain information about a trailer that was for rent. Acted like I was a waste of there time. I would never go back to this trailer park again.

Lots of tweekers, our house gets messed with a lot, spun out people walking in our yard and just all around sketchy area

Awesome pool was very refreshing had a blast with my granddaughter and grandson thanks!!!!

Just a mobile home park with as many mobiles crammed in as possible so if your phone rings your neighbors can reach t through their window thru yours to answer lol

In a terrible neighborhood and itself a terrible community. They are good at making it easy to get in but hard to get out.
