Friendly to deal with

It is generally quiet and most the residents are friendly.

A nice mobile home park, very quiet place and far back from the intersection of Prince and flowing wells road.

Beautiful park

The new management team and owners BHP/Bayshore homes are not at all good at this place. I have a lease, they charge me the new rates, when I am grandfathered in. They refuse to speak to my Attorney or follow the laws in Arizona. They have threatened me that if I didn’t may the right amount they would charge me five dollars a day until I did and start the papers to evict me. When I had paid the rent! He refused to cash it! I have mold and mice and unsafe stairs in the back and front both!Repairs are a joke here. It’s always a lie and an excuse from the property manager. It’s sad to see that places for people on low incomes that a 40 billion dollar corporation doesn’t care for its people.

In a bad area, the male manager is helpful, his wife not. Also theyre not real good on repairs, always making excuses why they cant do it

Have been here just over a year. Nice park with lots of huge pine trees. Most parks here in Tucson are very bare, almost void of trees and vegetation. This is just the opposite very nice atmosphere and quite. Nice people.

Adult over 55 park. Managers are very nice. People in park are friendly. Quiet park. $350. a month plus electric and garbage fees. Wi-Fi in rec hall. Building small pool.

Just moved here from PA in February. It took a little while to find this place but we are glad we did. It has everything I wanted a 55+ community with a pool, club house with things like pot luck dinners, playing cards to bingo for gifts.

Crescent Manor is great, nice people, gorgeous grounds and friendly managers.
