1 star because they look as though theyre renovating and at least trying to bring it up to par. A 2nd star because I know several people who live there and they are good, decent, and friendly people. Right now is just wonder if they moved the bodies or just the headstones?

Its ran down place looks like a trash heap. The management doesnt care about the place. Like slum lords run it

This is in the top 5 of the most dumpiest trailer courts in Tucson. The only reason I gave one star is so as to warn you. The owner will take your money,then evict you in the same month. Im not lying,he needs to be stopped. Be forwarnd. They should build a FEMA camp here.

The management is great and had good communication. the park can be quiet. And its close enough o public transit as well as a number of stores

Prety,Descent,quiet clean.1 problem management starts a little late closes a little early.1 Gentleman so far very polite.

The landlord is a decent fellow but this place is still as scary as it was in the 1990s. Its also much less populated

No wonder this dump is empty, manager took several days to return call. They are asking the same rates to park an RV as the nice places with great amenities !

Its run down and the only reason i went there was to visit my grandpa and grandma. Besides that it gives me the creeps.
