Miss Belinda Logan. I agree with you about Micromanaging. They are a control Freak. Micromanaging is very bad for the company, employees and also tenants that are living at Avilla Capri. Micromanaging is bad for everyone’s health. Miss Belinda Logan i dont know if you are renting or you own a house at Avilla Capri. If you could try to buy. Don’t have to deal with evil micromanaging. Those control freak micromanaging they need to see a psychiatrist because they hurt people. Be safe and wish you all the luck in life.

Its all about the Money now here any thing that needs replacing they raise the rent the new OWNERSHIP HAS NOT OWENED IT FOR MAYBE A YEAR AND THE RENT HAS GONE UP ALMOST 90 DOLLARS NOT VERY HAPPY AND THE NEW OWNERSHIP IS OUT OF CALIFORNIA IMAGINE THAT.

I would not recomend this place at all. No respect for people on fixed incomes.Raising rents, micro managing (when the manager is even there!) I agree totally with Lu. Find another place. One that really cares about their residents!!!

Great gated community for 55 n older clean, quiet and many social activities according to Mother in Law.

My mother moved here 40 years ago when it was part family, part senior. Today, my sister and I live here and, while I wish my utilities werent so high in the summer, the place is very clean, very quiet, and well maintained. Staff is courteous and friendly and, while I dont participate in the community activities, there are plenty of things to do for the socially-inclined.

Its a very spacious and beautiful place to live.. Ive lived here 10+ years with my wife and dogs, its a great community with great people as well!!

Clean retirement mobile home park. Wide streets, pool, library and community activities make it a nice place for those 55 years and older.

Park is very nice and quiet. Is gated 55 and older. Clean looking. Has club house and pool. Only downfall is internet availability is not good at all, If your not caring about that then perfect park to live in.
