Great place to live

Took a tour of the park today with Yolanda Parra. She was very courteous and professional, a real joy to be with. My wife and I found her very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The refurbish work they are doing on the units is excellent. They are all working really hard to clean up the park and bring it to their high standards. Thank you Yolanda for your time and cheerful disposition. You are a great saleslady!

Been struggling with management from day one, it has improved somewhat, but still needs a lot of work, had to do a Congressional on this park to get things going, that is the only way to get it done, but have not heard anything back from corporate and management. Work orders was my problem, also the $100 dollar referral program, never got that money, they gave me a story and never got that money, last thing was they promised me a shed, to this day nothing, I did see a new shed on one of the managers Mobile home though, definitely not right, have to take care of the tenants first, then the leadership, lead by example. Itd be nice if they had monthly meetings on what the problems going on in the park, it would fix things I believe.

Management tries to make things right but this is a corporate run park and it shows. Ive had a tree down in my driveway for almost 2 weeks as well as tons of landscaping rock just dumped in the yard. We cant wait to get out of here!

This used to be a somewhat decent park to live. However, since new management has been brought in, it has severely declined. New management refuses to fix problems. Homes are in disorder and disrepair. The staff promises to fix it but you will be waiting a long time to have anything done. They have showcased the nicest parts of the park in the photos but many good tenants are leaving. Soon this will be a slumlord park. Dogs run free, pooping all over the sidewalks where children walk, and most alarmingly on the playground where children play. Very unsanitary and a health hazard to young children. The streets do not get swept like they used to so there streets are littered with rocks, making the park look messy and cluttered. Many homes are cluttered with junk all over the property, even though Residential Agreements specifically state that this should not be the case. If you are a good tenant who pays rent on time, it will not matter. They do not follow up nor respond to many maintenance requests. Also, notice that out of 17 5-star reviews, 13 were given a year or more ago - before current management took over.

Ive lived here 22 years Im seeing lots of changes throughout the course of that time. This mobile home park is safe and kept up reasonably well I would recommend it.

Management is very slow to respond for repairs.. need a friendlier staff..

I have been driving around looking for a place to live and visited a few communities around town, stopped by at a park earlier today and was told by a resident i would be better off going to country club or the community rite across the street from this one I stopped by earlier, they said the crime was very low and the parks were much much cleaner and that the staff as well as people who live their are very friendly. I decided to take a drive to this community and yes it is very clean and staff that answered my call was very curtious. I still have to tour the other park on mission and ajo as well as the one on benson hwy since i saw that they are owned by the same company, Im pretty sure any of these parks would be a nice place to live.

Its not bad, but it is near the southside of town, away from the downtown area and the Malls.

I have been trying to reach their office for 3 weeks to see if they have availability. I have left voicemails with their answering service and have left an email. Terrible customer service.

Pool was dirty

Not only expensive but managment is completely horrible! Good luck trying get someone to fix anything...0 stars!!!!!

CountryClub like living!!

They have a tow truck that the guy lives there and goes around towing your car out of no where to get money out of people thats not right we pay rent for space wy go in our drive way and take the cars we thought it was stolen.
