They need a sign that says who they are. No manager on site. Looked scary. But it was quiet and out of the way. And clean.

Pros - quiet (except for the fighter jets constantly flying overhead), large spaces, great hiking trails. Cons - this is basically an old mobile home park that has put in some rv sites. The place is pretty run down and there are aggressive dogs that are fairly neglected. My dog and I were attacked by a pit bull.

I really though this place was hoot but its actually a gem ever since I purchased the park. Here we provide a great environment for all tenants. Please enjoy your stay with us and come back any time!

If you are looking for a quite place at a great value this is the place for you! Great desert environment for day hikes or camp fires by night. New bathrooms facilities. Will be back.

Really enjoy the scenery & peaceful natural setting. But yet just moments from the city of Tucson! Pet friendly, also.
