El Molino Mobile Home Park is clean, quiet and comfortable-looking. There are many mobile home parks in Tucson, but not many appear as homey as this one.

Most of the reviews I have read are accurate, and very subjective this park has homes for rent and for sale by the owner of the park, It also has homes for sale by private owner. Each home has a personality of its own, some are clean, or dirty old and new long and short, The owner does a great job of renewing these mobiles to make a reasonable price home that is in a safe clean and quite park. As for the previous comments about bugs all tenants are responsible for their guests but Management has done a great job with keeping the environment clean, friendly and rodent free.

We were here to RV. This is a mobile home park with a few spaces for RV parking. The sites are big enough for a 40 unit but just. Nice and wide so you can park beside the RV. Many of the mobile homes are vacant but appears to be safe. Very quiet. There is a pool, laundry and washrooms. Could almost be 4 stars. A 3.5 rating would be pretty accurate. People are very friendly as are the park management.

When I was in high school in the 80s this place was pretty run down and dirty it is very clean now all of the homes are well-kept for maintenanced and the streets are very well-kept

I stayed at El Molino as a last minute choice as I travel by the seat of my pants. I called after hours on a Saturday (6:30 PM). The manager came back to the park to register me. She also made sure I had keys and codes to use alll facilities. Linda, guided me to the site and waited till I was set before leaving. The park is super clean, neat and organized. Being in city limits gave me a slight security thought until I opened the door after dark. The park is well lit, and ALL the lights work. There is not outside traffic and the other folks here are all polite and friendly. The El Molino is convenient to shopping and all other attractions. If your staying in Tucson, this might be the place for you. If your passing through.....easy in...easy out as it is very close to Rt 10

Sites are short and back in only. No Wi-Fi. Fair priced with Passport America.

A very quiet clean community

Nice place for winter snow birds. Not real expensive but the place has very good management and the owner is reasonable and works with the tenants.

This place is VERY clean and ALL the seemed very respectful and the office managers on site were also very helpful and very respectful I just thought it was a nice place to come visit if you are looking for a residency.

I HAVE LIVED AT EL MOLINO MOBIL HOME PARK FOR 9 YEARS THIS JULY 8, 2016.. I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN AND I FEEL VERY SAFE IN THIS PARK, ITS CLOSE TO ALL, BANKS, GROCERY STORES, RESTRAUNTS, DRS, HOSPITAL AND TARGET, WALLMART STORE AND GROCERY, AND TUCSON MALL, AND ITS RIGHT OFF EXIT OF FREEWAY 10.. ITS A VERY NICE PARK, HAS POOL, WASHER AND DRYER ROOMS, CLOSE DUMPSTERS FOR TRASH.. PETS ALLOWED AND IT IS A FAMILY PARK.. ITS KEEP VERY CLEAN AND MATENIENCE MEN KEEP THINGS UP TO DATE VERY WELL.. I WOULD RECOMEND THIS PARK TO ANYONE, THAT WANTS A SAFE PARK, YOU DO HAVE TO HAVE A GOOD RECORD. ANY FELIONYS AND YOU ARENT ACCEPTED HERE. THEY HAVE TRAILERS FOR RENT AND ALSO FOR SALE.. I OWN MINE.. THERE IS ALSO SPACES FOR SNOW BIRDS/RVS....
