This park is in a nice location, has a laundry facility in close proximity to all rentals. It is close to many businesses within walking distance yet has a private ambiance. I really enjoyed my time living there and would recommend the place to anyone.

This park is under new ownership as of 1/1/2020 and under new management as of 3/1/2020 after 12 years of the previous owner deferring maintenance and allowing the park and quality of renters deteriorate.Under the new regime, there has been substantial improvements, and noticable positive changes to enforce park rules, positive evictions, and improvements to the park to improve the quality for the residents of this park.

We love living here!

P its pretty much a dump but its a trailer park I guess and I dont know what else to say about it dont expect much because you wont find it

ORS experience Aberdeen which is supposed to be the landlord is a complete douchebag and whenever you try to improve your property he makes you rip it down then whenever theres a mistake or some type of accident the tenants take on the bill when essentially its the other way around you should be theres not accessible to disabled people and before the ask you on something they accuse or point the finger at who they think is the problem or maybe the problem the place is a hotspot or junkies and drug addicts and people trying to live your life the right way and up getting Dean the responsible ones for the crimes and other than that its the worst place ever to have a broken sewage line that connects to the main water and for the most part John the acting Bill guy is always in the process of not being a worker there every time to wear if you get a damaged there dont expect it to get fixed I for one live there and was ripped off with plenty of things by the people that run the place especially the drunk maintenance man that stole my shed dont ever move into this place and if you do may God have mercy on your soul

That RV park is a rip-off and before you can even start living there you already want to leave due to the fact that you left with more than you came with and management is always saying that theyre not a manager but then again theyre passing out bills and the guy that you most of all dont want to get in contact with that will come knocking on your door and billing u31 week sometimes two weeks before that months rent is due is Dean and the other one is John so bad place all around even be at if I were you I would take the Walmart parking lot for one month at a time for free
