R B If you follow the rules you would nt get letters like you say you do. Ive lived here for several years already and havent once gotten a notice from the office. I like the office people they are good people. If you dont want letters well follow the rules, any where you go their will be rules to follow just saying..

Worst place ever. The people in the offices are ridiculous. They have people who snitch on you. The staff is horrible. The rules are ridiculous.

Place is to strict and people at the front desk are way to shady. Anyone can come and there have been report of people stealing from here. They don’t even have security, only the weird old guy driving around his golf cart taking pictures of every singe thing people do. And giving them warnings, can’t even look at him with the front office already leaving a paper at your door. Plus being way to expensive.

Based on what another user said, I disagree. I love our management and front desk lady. You probably just broke a rule and got in trouble so now you complain. We have good management and good rules. But sadly I do agree with the last part. Their daughter does have problems with the sex and drugs and typical immature teenager things and they did hire her so I dont understand.

Dark!! no security! Young adults walking around late looking???? Speed bumps some are decent heights others are ridiculous high where you bump your bottom a 2 miles an hour! Too expensive rent for what they give there renters! The office staff should be courteous! They are nice when you first ho in.... Then .... The true colors come out! They harass and be little patrons and are constantly harassing. 6 day grace period cause seniors usually get there checks on the 3rd.... So constantly get something on the door! I wish I could afford to move out because I hate them being sooooo belittling me cause I get paid on the 3rd!!! Check your office help...

So I walked into Silverlakes office this afternoon kinda scared thinking that I was going to have a bad experience with the office staff, I know its sounds funny because Im a adult and well after me seeing all these comments I was just Ok Ill try it anyway. But anyhow I did and I actually had a good vibe from them I got help the way I was supposed too, I as well had a drive around this park before going into the office, its very well maintain, So I will definitely come back .

Not a bad place to live. (I used to live there) But not if you live alone and are unable to maintain the trailer and the yard and cant afford to hire anyone to help. Also, the management is so picky about every little thing, its more like theyre micro-managing. (Not exaggerating) And now they have a security guard at the entrance, which sounds great at first, but they even ask you who youre going to see and list off some rules. Used to feel more like home. Now feels more like the prison across the street from it. They act like its a fancy country club for rich people. Its just a trailer park.

Too many pathetic rules here! I don’t even feel comfortable coming outside! It is also way too expensive living here!!! Thank god i only have 2 months left to pay my trailer off then I’ll be out of this horrible nightmare.

I have many reasons to say “don’t live here!” That Im not sure where to begin Lol the management is pathetic. They made me change the skirt to my mobile home and over charged me for it. I couldn’t sell it because I had to pay off the skirt. The managers are extremely SHADY. They kept my deposit. There always leaving signs on your front door. They are a class act it’s pathetic

So bias here managers pick and choose who theyre nice to then bribe people to give them a good review

It is well run, well maintained and the recent addition of a security guard has made it feel a safer place as who comes and goes at night is better monitored. Two thumbs up!

Its a nice place to live, Ive lived here for 5 years going on 6 its a people friendly community, management try to keep up with the park they keep clean, they try to help and are respectful .

Clean property, I talk to management about purchasing a home and they were very helpful and nice people.

Not a safe place to live at. I’ve had a lot of things stolen from my property and a few times strangers tried breaking into my home while me being there. Very scary place to live at

Absolute Trash! The agents treated us like animals! They were really rude and extremely unprofessional when talking to us. Did not treat us as equals and this bugged me out. How can people be so rude?

Someonr who lives in the back driving a black car came back home all loud last night & woke me and my kids up they always do this and never get into trouble. So annoying

THIS COMMUNITY NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT. BIASED, UNTRUSTWORTHY AND MOST OF ALL VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE IN MANAGEMENT

Very well protected Environment, If you have kids this is the place for you there is a lot of kids in the trailer park alone do not have to go very far to find friends every day of the summer the pool is full, they even got a Miniture size soccer field, as well add a place to through parties for big events of you are in need for a place to Accommodate a lot of people, At night there is a security guard at the front and rolls around to make sure theres no one thats not supposed to be in the trailer park walking around or coming in who is very friendly, Any issue you may have their willing to work with you and get it fixed including some damages to your house some of their employees may build a fix it for a fraction of the price of a company. Theyre very helpful and have a great payment plan if youre willing to want to own a trailer as well. Its crime free so no felons or domestic violent offenders or allowed to live here. And even though its across the street from the Pima county jail it deters thieves and robbers even though the cops mainly are there just to drop people off at the jail and go back to the district they work in. Theres many trailer parks on cottonwood just around the corner but none like this one, Ive been here for almost 12 years now and habe had no issues with management, If your yard is dirty they will send you a notice to clean it before they send you a bill And thats if you dont clean it in the time period they give you and their fair with their time period. Its a great location you can get all the way to Sabino ocanyon and 30 minutes and to Marana and 25 not roak mention Nogales in 45 min and the shuttles will gladly pick you up to go to Nogales because they ate only 5 min away, the 1-10 & I19 intersection is a half a mile away and 3 miles away from Aviation Hwy. It definitely is a great location to get anywhere in town fast and many options to get there in case the road has construction or an accident or a train in the way. Come check it out you can either purchase a mobile home from them or there is a few good spots to put your own mobile home on if you so choose, the closest Wal-Mart is 5 min away as well the closest Frys and Wallgreens is also less than 5 min away. Its definitely worth taking a look at.
