Wow nice thus park is really awesome .So much to describe .I cant wait to move here .The personal carol is really kind and enjoyable to talk too .

This is our second winter to stay here in our RV. We love it! The park is mostly private, near everything and quiet. The other residents, many are permanent, are friendly and the park is well managed. The manager is friendly, knowledgeable, and always available. The grounds are well maintained and this is a jewel in the center of Tucson.

Great manager with good communication. Shes very friendly and helpful...I even referred two friends to stay here as well. Convenient location and the park is kept nice and clean. Quiet neighbors, for the most part. I hope I can stay here again!

Water, electric and sewer and a great little paved/gravel yard. Site #1 in front near Grant. We ended up staying 2 weeks in March, the Tucson area was full of campers and finding openings was difficult.

Just a rude rude manager. Couldnt get off her cart and go in the office to talk to me. Her answers showed alot of assumption and a lot of character judgement. Mind you she only answered 2 questions but gave me plenty of reason NOT to live there. Reason 1: I asked about the 1 bedroom rent to own sign out front. She didnt let me finish when she heard rent and told me first of all you said rent, we dont rent. Reason 2: I mentioned the sign out front and she said I couldnt live there because my 30 year old daughter and her 14 month old son were in the car (which is an old car). My daughter told her I was gonna be living there, not them. Reason 3: she said the rent was $640 but I had to be able to afford the upkeep too. How does she know how much money I have? Reason 4: but the very least reason I wouldnt want to live there, I asked if there were any available AND SURPRISE there werent!

The theater is redone and nice! Big reclining chairs and new machines...same ole do it yourself butter which can be good. Worth the money more than before, for sure!

Very cool and relaxing place

Its a very quiet place. I like the setup of the park. Everyone has a decent size to enjoy however they choose and they have sidewalks thats go inward of the park that connect so its easier and safer to travel throughout the park

Finding a place that is not only quiet but so well kept...it is a joy to live here....I find it to be welcoming to all who stop here....The manager is readily available. if any problem should occurred...I would highly recommend this place for anyone who want a truly comfortable place to live....

The grounds are very well kept up, the manager Carole is very kind and accommodating and the neighbors are quiet but pleasant. The location is great....very close to Frys, Bed Bath and Beyond, PetSmart, small US Postal Station, Starbucks, CVS, Crossroads Dinner and Movie Theater, Panda Express, Verizon Panera Bread, Smash Burger, and First Watch Breakfast/Lunch!!!!!
