Management was very disrespectful. Continuously hassles about the rent payment, even after making an agreement with the owner of the property. Owner was disrespectful as well

Good place to live nice an quite place every body keeps to them salfs but they are very naberlee, me an my family came back from Austin Texas an did not have a lot of money so we have been renting a room from some one that owns a tryler her, we are saving up money to get are own place... A permanent home so its a good place.

Great place to live mngr helps u as much as they can if you fall on hardtimes. Live in one of there parks 3yrs already.

The place is so dirty. I know someone that lives there and her trailer is in bad shape. She told me that she has called in numberius work orders and nothing has been done. Especially the steps and hand rail. Its so loose that you can fall.
