We own a manufactured, ground-set home in Pantano Vista. Quiet community. Approximately 1/3 of residents are snowbirds. Pools, tennis courts, basketball, and dog parks. Community activities.

Super great people. Everyone is friendly. The grounds are well kept and everyone can have lots of fun at the clubhouse, where they hold weekly Project Linus quilt sewing meetings, many many scheduled activities to attend as well a a fantastic park bbq thats free to all tenants, a fabulous Thanksgiving dinner where your just asked to bring a dessert, Santa Clause always comes to see the kids, theres a pool table, the largest of the pools (3) and a heated huge lap pool, a jacuzzi, bbq areas, a playground and a basketball court, and the staff are amazing!

The HOA here blows. You cant change your own oil, park in front of your own home at night, etc. Its also full of old people willing to tattle. The houses vary. If you dont care about an uptight HOA then its actually pretty nice and safe.

Been here twenty years. Friendly people. Good price. Two swimming pools. Also a spa and exercise room. Plenty of activities. Love it.

Mobile home park. Seems nice enough

A wonderful, gated community. My Mom bought a home there. The neighbors are great. Everyone cares about the community. Theres a Clubhouse, three pools (2 heated year round), a hot tub and planned activities in this All-Ages subdivision.

I have lived here for 5 years. They work hard to maintain the properties and keep everything very presentable. Someone is always in the office if theres a problem or concern. They also have security at all times.

This is a manufactured home park. The best in Tucson. Owner occupied only. No rentals.

Used to be great. But after a rash of home robberies they now have TPD out pulling old ladies over for not coming to a complete stop at a stop sign. I bet that nipped the problem in the bud
