I really liked this manufactured home park, the amenities they had were great, the childrens park can definitely use some TLC but they did make me aware that they are currently working on that, every home on this lot is very well kept as if they were to have an HOA even though that is not the case one thing that I believe to was very inconvenient was that they only allow 2 vehicles per manufactured home which seems a little tough. Although when pro is that every manufactured home includes a personal storage unit. So if youre considering on purchasing or renting I would definitely recommend to go in person to get some additional information. Viridiana was very helpful and knowledgeable in regards to the manufactured home park. And made the experience a much better one

This place charges an entire months rent for a pet deposit. Lou, an office lady, lost the copies of our drivers license. We found out when we called to check on the status of the application after nearly a week.

Managers are rude... Carless drivers.... and to top it off all you can here on the weekends are gunshots!!

Centrally located I-10 and I -19 half mile away groceries stores close by nice quiet place to live in

The manager has her favorites, Im not even a resident and she came knocking on my moms door so that I can move my car from the curb and go park it at the front office. When I walked out there were about a dozen other cars parked the second way. Every time I go she has a complaint about something.

I lived here for 5 years and then they took RVs and there was a private owner who did little to this Park. But it was full of wonderful families and I want to move from where I am now because of the wonderful people living there. I am going to fine out if they still take Rvs I sure hope so!!

It is haven for us. very quiet and peace full. cant say enough about this place. come and see for yourself. it is beautiful.

I lived there a year, and the hot never worked, and the pool was down more than it was up. I guess I just expect too much for $430 lot rent.
