I been here going on 5 years .it quiet neighbors say hello and are friendly. The management helps you on whatever you need .the owner has done lots of improvements to this park.like every place for rent you have bad tenants .but they are gone.who needs them.not here.I plan on staying long time.

Owned and operated by a Jew; likes to harass tenants with multiple sham 10-day eviction notices that refer to nothing written in anyones rental agreements. No wireless internet. Contacting first responders is highly discouraged by owner.

A friend manages this place. I visited it. Lots of new improvements. Clean, attractive and a caring manager.

A great place to live where neighbors look out for one another and the owner is local and cares about his tenants.He even pitches in does landscaping. How many owners do this?

New ownership is not very veteran friendly. Has less than desirable laundry facilities. Management has seriously questionable skills and no evidence of real estate management training. Management also has constant throughout-the-day-and-night short-term visitors who are not residents. I would NOT recommend this location for residential OR visitation purposes under any circumstances.
