One of the best and also affordable mobile home parks in Tucson. Almost a year living here and not one complaint.

Management is horrible now. Lived there for 39 years is was great up until now. Theyve had 3 different managers in one year. Before then management was great.

Clean. Office personal very professional and Respectful.

Quiet mobile home park located in South Tucson

To many speed bumps. You dont need that many speed bumps so close to one another.

Just purchased a trailer for sale in the park. The management went overboard to make sure everything went right. This is an excellent park as we see it. There are restrictions here, but the rules make this a nice park to live in. Drug and crime free place. Everyone we have had contact with here treated us very well. Happy to call this home!

Ive lived here since 1992 approx very nice club house, pool open (only seasonal), and friendly people around plus the K-8 school Mary Bell McCorkle right up front for this Family Community makes it nice.

I love this park it is very clean and calm. We lived here over 10-20 years. great place to live and school is next door to the park.

Best Vacation ever my children realized there is life with out network. .. camping fires the water in the creak was AMAZING

They have a party room rental. Have a couple family members there. Clean place and pool.
