So I’ve lived in one of these parks run by Tracy twice now and it’s changed my view of mobile homes, she keeps the parks looking so nice and I appreciate that she keeps on top of not just me but my neighbors and other residents to make sure we’re keeping our property looking nice. Not to mention we got a little gift bag for the holidays from her personally. Never gotten that type of thought or consideration from any other place I lived whether it be a home, trailer or apartment complex. Would recommend over and over again... not to mention the prices are amazing!

Tracy is a bad manager all around. She does nothing in a timely manner. That includes repairs or even communication. She will give no notice of anything going on. One day the water will just shut off without any notice and she dosent bother to inform the tenants. This has happened on multiple occasions. She is a very vindictive person and makes up rules as she wants. I cant believe that she is still the manager at this park as she does not follow the own rules she gives out or for that matter landlord rules put in place by the state. This trailer park could be a nice community especially for families if Tracy did not run it like a dictatorship. Families and children should be able to go outside and enjoy their time together freely and not have to worry that Tracy will complain to them.

A “Diamond In The Rough”! After spending weeks looking for a place for Mom all over Tucson, we were very impressed driving through this community for the first time. It is so clean and organized that my wife and I literally decided this would be Mom’s home before even seeing the trailer we were looking to buy. Tracy (the Community Manager) is on top of her game, knows all the policies, laws, and anything you need to know when purchasing a home in any of her communities, she returned calls quickly, is very friendly and professional, and guided us through our home purchase, she literally changed the way we looked at trailer parks. She has even gone out of her way to help Mom on a few occasions! We are so glad we found this place for Mom and can go to sleep at nights without having to worry about her safety... THANK YOU TRACY

Buyer Beware if you have family!! My family bought a trailer in this park and the children are not allowed to play outside even though that is not stated in the rules, it is the managers rule. Also no guest are allowed at the pool even when accompanied by a tenant again not in the rules but is a manager rule. Seems to me the manager just makes up her own rules as she wants. The manager does seem somewhat nice but needs to get over her control issues and let people live

A resident for 20 plus years and enjoyed every year. Tracy is very professional manager and keeps the park clean and safe. I would highly recommend this park if you are looking. Stop by and take a look.

Great community, with a good central location you can easily get anywhere in town. Management is great, easy to deal with and the park is well kept, quiet, peaceful and beautiful!

(***Continued From Terry Tunes review***)However, she stated that I could call her on Friday just in case his application isnt approved and then we can look at the property.Being even further disappointed, I reluctantly agreed to call her on December 20th sheepishly expressing to her that maybe it just isnt meant to be.After that conversation, the text exchanges, the conversation yesterday, the disdain and disregard for my time, my money, and my interest in the property, I had had enough. This was absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional, no empathy, and seemingly dishonest.If youve read this far hopefully you gotten a sense of what we were left with in dealing with this woman at this property. Based on that I would not recommend this park to you. If such disdain and disrespect can be demonstrated to complete strangers, especially prospective new tenant, one can only imagine how youll be treated once youre locked into a legal contract.I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS HERE.I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE.TOTAL DISSATISFACTION WITH THE MANNER THEY DEAL WITH PROSPECTIVE NEW CLIENTS.

I saw it after dark & It look like a comfortable place to live. It had a nice little game pool but I was told only residents can use it. If they have a guest over, the guest isnt allowed to use the pool with the resident. I really hope this isnt true & is a misunderstanding & can be corrected & let all residents know. It would definitely change my rating

We provide the landscape services at Prince Park. The management at this park are very organized and great to work with! Verbal and email communication spot on. Tracy is wonderful!

I have attempted to set an appointment to see a unit-fill out an application- and buy a unit (with cash, have enough for 5 months lot rent as well ) here for going on 2 weeks every attempt is failed. I have tried just showing up during normal business hours to find the office unoccupied, and there was a few attempts at this not just once.While on the phone with Traci I was drilled on on why I had a out of state phone number I feel this is the reason I have been put on the back burner.She even dumped an appointment with me because an emergency that lasted from 9 am one day and I guess 5 days after as the only contact has been from me asking again to see it again to be given another excuse.If this lady is truly that busy how could someone expect a concern in the park to be take care of???Currently looking else where and I would expect anyone else from out state(snowbirds) (as there is an RV park attached) if you don t want to be held on the burner for not being from here Id look elsewhere.

I was in a bind. I come from California every oct till December. I was lucky I called the office number 38 prince rd Tucson, az. I left a message. I was thrilled when Tracy returned my call. She informed me she was in a meeting and met with me. It was after normal work hours. She was a pleasure working as hard as she did. Tracy stayed and even guided me is and waited until I was done. I can tell she takes pride in her job, as well as going out of her way to help. When she drivers or walked through the park we are greeted with a smile and a greeting of a day. I do not normally write reviews however Tracy truly puts her heart in her work. Thank you Tracy for every thing you do for us

Dispute its clean appearance its run like a concentration camp.The manager is so vindictive that as of 3/22/17 3 homeowners have decided to sell their home then to live here.nothing..... and I mean nothing gets fixed in a timely manner. it took me nine months to get a front door key.my tub is falling through the floor and he r response to me was are you and your husband doing it in the bath. Were in our 60s How insulting.Tub still is sinking.just saying (its hot out) and yet the pool is locked.if you buy here your family is not allowed to use the pool with you.(if youre caught even with the grandkids your swimming privileges Will be revoked.this is not a 5 state park.as far as Im concerned it doesnt even rate a 1......... Just saying
