Looked at a place to purchase, and I love the park! Very clean, quiet, friendly... Somewhere great to live for sure!

60s and 70s model trailer for sale and extremely expensive, my 2 bedroom apartment with all utilities is 200-300 cheaper than this place

I live here.....and although I love my neighbors....the park was sold recently, and the management here is poor to say the least. We have a heated pool, but no access to bathrooms.....the garbage is not picked up....the weeds are huge between the units....the office is often closed. There are no community events.....Poor, very poor....this used to be an amazing and clean park....not since it was sold. Very disappointed.

Beware if you purchase a mobile home from this company it wont honor its ads. They list ceiling fans, central air etc. Later they insist its all as-Is. In other words, what you get is not operating or its defective. Known as sharp practice. Rent is really 490. mo (not just 430) due to $base$ plus +sewer+water fees. Maint. slipshod, dogs left out barking. People using their lot as storage / base to do contracting; NOISY! Little actual Mgmt.

Im thinking about buying a place here. What are the HOA fees per month??

Nice 55+ park on the NW side of town. Easy access to the freeway, buslines and downtown Tucson. New owners are fixing up an already nice park!!!

This is a senior adult park. As such it is quiet and peaceful. The management is top notch. Katie and Larry are very personable and a pleasure to know. I have never had a concern that I wasnt able to discuss with them. AND... better still, there is always resolution.There has recently been new ownership and since then, the park has made some positive changes. Access to the pool has been facilitated with a key for each resident so it is available whenever you wish to use it, as long as you observe quite time after 9pm.The clubhouse is available for special events until 9pm and is always neat and tidy. Kitchen facilities are also available (upon request)...stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator. Amenities also include a large screen TV and pool table.Community events take place here almost daily. Katie prints out a calendar of events each month, so there is always something fun to do. Coffee and donuts on friday mornings, games nights, holiday potlucks, and more.All in all, this is a very nice place to live. Larry takes care of the community grounds and it is always beautiful. Very well-maintained mobile home park between Miracle Mile and Prince Road. Easy access to the I-10 freeway.

Was a good place to live. But the rent was getting higher and higher the owner dont care if youre on a fixed income. So I left....

Nice friendly place, quiet place to be, grounds are kept nice and tidy, poolhouse & pool area clean.

The neighbors were horrible, ranting and raving about blocking their driveway. Alll I was doing was turning around. Poolhouse and pool looked nice.

Seems to be a nice little trailer park however the numbering system is all out of order and all over the place and when youre delivering stuff and its almost impossible to find the house youre looking for because 70 is right next to 43 and 50 is next to 82.

I like it when the snow birds come for the winter . Most of them have been coming there for 20+ years.. They perk the place up.
