This is a wonderful way to spend an afternoon. My group of first timers had 5 people and we were able to escape The Cure with approx 7 minutes left to spare. Very thought provoking!

Had an amazing time with my brother and great friends!! Amorette was our Game Master and she made sure we had a blast. She was just as excited for us to try it our first time as we were. Thank you for Your help and we will be back!!!

This was a great distraction for me. I just lost my mom on Wednesday November 10th and had her memorial service yesterday November 13th... yesterday also happened to be my sons 14th birthday. What a crummy way to spend your birthday huh. We decided that we needed a fun distraction, and this delivered. While we are still very sad and miss my mom so very much, this was just what we needed today. Thank you for fitting us in at the last minute.

We loved our first room here, will definitely be back to do the rest. We have done about 6 escape rooms and were pleased to see new puzzles we havent seen before. I will say that some aspects of the pandemic room felt like a stretch, like maybe they were taking too far of a mental leap, but we appreciated the complexity of some of the clues. Very enjoyable and original :) Michael was a good host and seemed to enjoy his job a lot.

This was so much fun. I thought it was a little pricey for an hour, but it is definitely worth it. My sister and I tackled the level 1 room by ourselves and had a blast! I wouldnt recommend any escape room with people that argue easily though... Tensions can run high..

The staff was great and very helpful. We did one of the hardest rooms and made it out with 4 minutes to spare. It was a blast I would definitely recommend!

Unfortunately my experience was an EXPENSIVE victory! My daughters and I chose an escape room for our December girls night. We chose the hardest room and escaped with just over 3 minutes left on the clock. And when my credit card statement came in the mail I was shocked to see $392.00 in charges from various Springfield establishments. Because this was the only place I used my card I can only believe that one of the employees decided to use my card number to have some fun of their own. Ive tried to contact the Springfield Escape Room by phone and email to discuss this issue with a manager but get no response. BEWARE!

The Escape Room has to be one of the most fun things Ive done this month. I had an extremely good time figuring out how to escape the room while bonding with my family. Not to mention the staff was incredibly nice and helpful throughout the entire process.

Enjoyed the room, all the suprized doors and variety of puzzles. We were paired with another small group and it worked out well, we escaped with 20 minutes to spare.

Judgement was best Escape Room I have done and we had been to several.... It was challenging the clues fit the room and it flowed very well !!!! Staff was very friendly and new how to help without giving it to you....

They worked with us and were very flexible. Loved the missing musician room, was a lot of fun.

We got interrupted 3 times while doing Judgement. It was our first time and to have someone burst in to apologize that they got busy with other people. Dont you have someone to sit at the cameras to do their job? Also, when you turn the music off and then forget to turn it back on right away. Whats up with that? The talking in the hall is very distracting. We wont be returning. What a disappointment in the staff.That was my first review and it was 1 star.We got a chance to redo it again today. Madison should just be the one to help everyone. I see why shes the manager. Quick and to the point and very helpful. Our group had a much better experience this time around. It was actually fun. Our redo was done on 6.22.19. I am only doing 4 stars, because overall I feel out of a couple experiences this is fair.

This was our first time doing an Escape room. We recommend doing the room The Cure if you have never done one. Lots of fun and great memories! All the staff especially, Amorette was so helpful!

This experience overall was a three star. I am going to be honest even though I am unhappy and want to be ugly. The truth is the room was really good and we had a great time escaping. We did Licastros Lair. It was really fun and my family loved it. Now for the negative part that made me want to give a 1 star. When we called to book we explained that we had coupons that stated valid for one person per visit. There were eight of us over three families. We had three coupons. Of course, they would only let us use one. Again, we were using the same room but three separate families. It felt company focused rather than customer focused. We did it anyway and everything was fine. We then get home and realize that the card that held the room was charged for every single ticket, at full price, even though we did use one coupon and 4 people paid separately while we were there. Therefore, we were overcharged by $135.00. Finally, when we were finished she brought us in the room and took our picture and walked out of the room. We all looked at each other like is that it. She didnt say thank you, goodbye or anything. Literally took our picture and said it would be on the website if we want to see it and walked out of the room. So the truth is, the customer service is poor but the room was really fun.

It was a lot of fun. Game Master Jake gave us great clues just when we needed them and joined with us in our excitement after we escaped. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

You have to be thinking and looking for the clever behind the clues. My foster son and I had a blast.

We had a lot of fun, but the place could use some minor repairs thanks to some more rough customers, but if you dont mistake a necessary repair for a clue youll have a great experience. Puzzle was challenging, but not frustrating.

We had a blast solving the clues to escape the musician room! We had a group of six people, and that felt about perfect for group size. You have to be observant to find the clues. We escaped with a few minutes to spare.

I was part of a group of 2 that Escaped The Cure today with 1 minute left. First escape room ever and had a blast. Will definitely go back. Amorette was a great game master and helped us along the way. Would easily recommend to anyone, a great experience.

This was such a fun thing to do for a date night! We had a friend come with my boyfriend and I, it was an absolute blast! We ended up doing two in one night because the first one was so much fun. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you go in with an open mind youll have a great time!

Really cool escape room. We did this with a group of 4 and we solved it and got out. They have some great options for rooms and interesting themes as well. We did have to wait a little while to get in our room since there was only one person manning the whole place, but it was still fun and we had a good time.

Played The Judgement here with the family. We made it to the last puzzle, but didnt finish in time. Overall Id definitely recommend it. its a lot of fun and pretty challenging. Id like to return at some point to try another room.

Awesome! I went here for an event and we did the Missing Musician one. It was amazing! The clues were somewhat confusing, but that wont change my five star review. Me and my group were SO CLOSE! A few more things and we wouldve escaped. But, do I recommend coming here? Absolutely! Bring a good, smart team and do one of these astounding escape rooms! (Oh, by the way, one of their rooms have you handcuffed AND blindfolded!)

Tent Theatre is a professional summer theatre on MSUs campus. We came into Escape to ask if they were willing to donate to our silent auction which benefits students working in and around the theatre on scholarship. The manager was extremely welcoming and truly cared about what we needed. He was very genuine and excited about what we had to offer. He gladly donated to our silent auction and even said he was interested in coming to the shows. I would highly recommend Escape Room for a fun time. I left with a smile on my face and cant wait to come back.

Loved it! I went with my husband and his family. We tried The Missing Musician room. We didnt quite complete (only had 3 clues left), but had a great time. I would recommend this to everyone.

Was extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism from this escape room. I set up an event as a team building exercise for 18 of us to go through. Through email correspondence the date and time were set. Made a phone call the day prior yo confirm the reservation and the employee said nothing was reserved in the computer. Ok, so I explained the situation, time, and date desired and was told it would be no problem to rebook the time. I was told to arrive with my group 15 minutes prior. When we arrived after driving over an hour and a half, the venue was closed and no one answered knocks or phone calls. So there I stood as the person who set up the event with 17 of my coworkers to include my boss, embarrassed that they didnt honor the reservation. Needless to say I am mad. Left messages on their voicemail, and still havent received a phone call. Well done, escape room. Thanks for letting me look like an idiot today.

The Cure was a challenging room but we were able to escape with 12 minutes to spare. Definitely worth every penny. We had a blast!!! Will go back and will recommend. Thank you for a great adventure!

My friend and I had such a great time doing the musician escape room, and our game master Amorette was superhelpful and nice. We loved it and cant wait to go again!

There are lots of rooms to choose from and she helped us pick out what would be best for our group! I cant wait to come back!!!!

This place is a great place to go with family or friends. It offered a great challenge and lots of fun. The race for time element made it really fast paced. The storylines are kind of hard to follow though.

It was nothing special and after they over booked us they didnt seem to care we had to wait an hour for our room. We will not go back due to the lack of service received. The rooms were just okay and nothing special.

My kids and I had a blast. Super fun time. If you havent been ya gotta go.

Went here with a group of 8 and had a total blast! I would recommend this place to everyone I know every day of the week and twice on Sunday. We didnt solve our room but it was still super fun. I will be doing other outings here for sure.

Good puzzles and well produced. Some of them are really hard though and the staff will tell you few people complete them. The clues seemed unhelpful as a few times they were giving us clues for parts of the puzzle we had already solved. Maybe they werent paying attention?

The rooms are smaller than other rooms Ive done. Too many number combination locks, different and more variety of puzzles would be nice. Still it was challenging and fun.

I bought a groupon for the Escape Room. My husband is pretty hard to impress. I purchased a pass for (4) people to go check this place out. Every one of them spoke very highly of their time there. It was well though out, challenging, every person was utilized enough they all enjoyed the process. They were in a room of 8 people and it took the whole team to get out. The escaped with 6 minutes to spare. Take smart people :) Great place, well worth the money spent. Entertained 4 guys and they left wanting to go back again. That right there is a 5 star review :)

I did the vampire escape room and it was quite fun, but it was frustrating at times. There were a couple times where we missed a tiny detail and couldnt progress. Its more geared around noticing every detail then solving puzzles.

We did an escape room here a few months ago and I thought I would go ahead and review. The room was quite complicated but my group was doing fine. We had some technical difficulties in the Musician room; when we input the correct information into one of the machines nothing happened. We kept trying the machine and it never worked. We even got prompts from the screen to go back to the machine but it never would work. With about 12 minutes left we were completely stumped and we hear the door open and see the timer has stopped. A person working there told us to go try the machine again and with her help we discovered the machine was broken. So she told us the code that was supposed to be spit out by the machine and allowed us to finish the room. Unfortunately it kinda ruined the experience for us because we dont know if we would have finished in time. We did get apologies and the workers were nice but no offer to compensate us or anything after we finished.

My family had a terrific time! It was unlike anything we had ever done before. The Game masters were extremly helpful as this was our first escape room game expierence. After escaping LiCastro we cant wait to go back and try the others! Definitely a place in Springfield worth the drive to!

Over all a decent experience.They accommodated my requests numerous times and had very polite employees.I have been to many escape rooms, and even worked for a cupple.My family and I played the vampire game as well as the musician one.I enjoyed and had a lot of fun with the vampire game and felt it moved at a good pace, and out of the many escape rooms I have been too it remains one of my favorites.The musician game had some very cool effects and props, however I did not feel it flowed as well and was slightly disappointed.Overall though this place dose a good job and I look forward to playing there other games on my future trips to Springfeild.Thank you to the staff!

Wife and I did an escape room for the first time. It was so different than the usual dinner and movie. It will take you back to your childhood.

Springfield Escape Room is a great place to go for a family night or a team building activity! It is so much fun, especially with close friends and family!

We had a great time. We went with another family and all of us cooperated to solve the puzzle. To start solving the first puzzle piece, it was frustrating because we had never done something like this. You look around trying to figure out where to start the puzzle. I think it was 20 min in before figuring the first piece. I really appreciated getting a clue to help start us out, but wish it had come earlier than 20 mins in. Once we got an idea of what each puzzle piece was, we were able to figure out the next one faster. When finished we saw that, if we had had 10 more minutes, we would have figured it out. Going in, I was not too excited, but now I would definitely do another one again.

Had a great experience in the cure room! Enjoyed the challenges, I would most definitely recommend to anyone.

My first escape room so I dont have others to compare it too, but it was alot of fun and that staff was excellent.
