I love this place it’s so fun very big has wall climbing

Fun for the whole family. This location is well maintained, clean and safe. There is enough to do to keep your kids or yourself occupied for a few hours. I like the quiet eating area on the upper floor. You can sit in peace but also see the entire play floor and keep an eye on your kids. I dont care for the strict time limits and high prices for admission and snacks. Not for families on a budget. Worth checking discounts online if youre trying to save money

The place is fun, and we’ve been to (and had) multiple birthday parties here. We have young kids, so my biggest complaint (this my rating) is the lack of adherence to rules for toddler time. Most parents are minimally active (as appropriate) but some dominate the play time reserved for toddlers. It’s as if it’s their time. Staff don’t enforce the rules and I’ve seen kids get landed on and tripped up by parents jumping into pits and on trampolines. It’s toddler time people. Let the kids play...safely.

This place is really fun! Lots to do for kids and a great place for them to get some exercise. The check in line was long, and when we went (on a Saturday) it was very crowded, it was hard to find a safe place for the smaller kids to jump/play. Definitely recommend going at a non-peak time.

Attended a Christmas party with the grandkids. They had a great time. Nice facility for kids.

We LOVE SkyZone, took the grandkids they had a great time, I would have given 5 stars but its a little pricey! We cant go as much as they would like to.

My son had his birthday party there and it was great. The pizza was surprisingly good.

Took the kids here for some dad and kids time. I have never been here before and have to say, the employees really treat the customers well. Over all we had a very good experience. I would definitely come back next time I’m in the area.

Good time jumping around with family. Perfect for little kids. I celebrated my cousins birthday party here using one of the party packages available on their website. They were very accommodating during the party. However they run a tight ship due to the densely packed schedule for those party rooms so dont be surprised if you get shuffled out when your time is up. I completely understand and appreciated their hospitality during our one hour party slot.

My kids spent 2 hours here yesterday. Great place. They were so worn out that they didnt even argue when it was time to leave.

Fun trampoline park with a handful of bouncing activities, foam pits, basketball hoops, dodgeball, climbing walls, etc. Cost is a bit steep for time, perhaps thats relative, but my kids loved it for the hour we spent there. Seemed pretty safe, plenty of staff on hand to make sure kids were ok.

Awesome place. Wow. There is a lot of fun to be had with trampolines and climbing walls and foam pits and lions oh my. Okay, well maybe not lions but still lots of fun.

My granddaughter loves this place. Wish it wasnt so expensive, like 18 dollars I think it was for 1 1/2 hours... Think thats a lot... But clean, fun, realize have lots of staff to keep safe, which is why its probably expensive. Hope they add more things to do there... Maybe volleyball, and an area for more advanced jumpers would be great!

Took one of my sons for his birthday the other brother said that he had the best time

This was by far the worst birthday party experience EVER. For the outrageous cost, I guess I expected superior service...I was wrong. Our party was supposed to start at 3:00. Everyone finally got checked in at 3:25. There was only 1 girl checking in for 2 parties!! When you pay based on time, then your business needs to be more efficient and respectful to time. Over half the party missed the 30 minutes of climb time I bought. Second, I ordered 4 pizzas and only got 3. Thirdly, how do you expect to fill the glasses of 18 little people who have been running around for over an hour with only one pitcher of fruit juice and one pitcher of lemonade???? Then, at the end of the party, as I was saying goodbye and thank you to party guests, I was told that I owed another $125 when I had already paid and settled my bill prior to the party. Not only embarrassing (which I why I paid prior) but tacky. I had to dig out my receipt (thank God I kept it) because there was no way in hell I would pay almost $500 for a party. Very poorly organized and very disappointed in the service.

Great place but you can literally walk in and start jumping. Whoever hired their babysitters baby to run the cash register doesnt do or say much. Only the honest pay here

Horrible place I placed an order at 2pm and had to wait 30 min for my order minus cookies they said would be done in 10 min after 4 trips waiting at 315 was told they sold them had nothing at concession prepared! Drinks only filled 3/4 full but charge for refill will have to say we will not be returning

Its fun dont get me wrong, its something everyone should try cause its like being the most childish ever but like being there for an hour is too much youll feel nausea or your stomach will hurt. Its also sometime too packed and it becomes less fun with so many people being there. Price isnt bad though

I have nothing but good things to say about the staff here. They went out of their way for my family. It was our first time and ordered online and messed up everything. They fixed everything and made sure my kids got the time we asked for and were very helpful with any questions we had. We will be back and thats for a awesome day.

Good place for birthday parties. The kids are definitely exhausted when they leave. Staff is all young high school age kids who are well trained to keep the kids safe. The reason for the 4 stars is just the cost super expensive in my opinion so we dont come very often.

I went today for a field trip and it was ok. I mean I had fun at most parts, but it wasnt as enjoyable as I thought it was going to be.I rolled my ankle and my friend got stuck in the foam pit. We couldnt stop to get drinks because by the time we sat down and took a break, we had taken about 10 minutes. Jump times should be longer.

One of my favorite places in Springfield to take the kiddos to let them get some energy out and with their New Deal $50 unlimited jump for 90 days you cant beat it

Had a 13th birthday party for my daughter here. Thekids had a great time. There is plenty of different things to do. When we got to the party room the service was great. Pizza was much better quality than I expected. The two girls that attended to the party interacted with the kids and made sure everyone was happy.

Love this place for kids. Never feels too crowded and now with the climbing there is so much to do!

Sky zone is a really fun place to go to if you want to have fun. It has high quality trampolines to jump around on, like basketball hoops, dodgeball, and free jump area. The only thing is that is so popular that it is constantly crowded. All you need is 20 bucks and an hour to spend having fun.

Very exciting place for kids and even adults! However, this should NOT be a place for little little ones because of how dangerous it can be. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must sign a waiver for your safety. If you be responsible and safe, it is an enjoyable time!

We drove an hour to get there, paid full price, and they only got to play for 1 hour!! Half the stuff was broke or shut down!! Very disappointing

Everyone loves this place. It is fun for all ages. This place however was a little smaller than most trampoline parks. Also the check in process was a bit wonky.

It was really fun but the rules are stupid, the rules apply to everybody, so even if nobody is around or on the trampolines at all you cant sit down or lay down, i think it should be changed so if you are 15 and older you should nt have to follow some rules in place for small children, thats another problem, you cant see 2 foot tall kids when your jumping 4 feet in the air, they need like orange flags or something.

All I have to say about this place is that it is a fun and enjoyable place to get some exercise, with friends and family. They have their problems but what place doesnt. The prices are set so you can get the biggest bag for your buck. Here is a tip, if you want to jump with less people around try going in on Tuesday through Thursday or go order your jump time on their website doing that your spot is reserved, for the time you ordered for.

All common areas are still not fully accessible to wheelchair users and staff is not trained to accommodate people with disabilities. Very disappointing.

Paid for kids b-day party. Jumping was fine. GRAND parents came who are in a wheel chair. Could not go to the party room on the second floor. No handicapped access to jumping area to view. Spoke to Manager stated They are not required to have handicapped access to the Second floor or the jumping area because they are a gymnasium. MY parents thank you for the memory from the first floor.. ...

They are not organized at all. There bathrooms werent kept very clean. We were never really told everything for my granddaughter birthday party.

This place is a blast and a great way to spend time with the little ones while getting in a little exercise yourself. The trampolines seem safe for what they are so long as you follow the rules. The sky climb is a lot of fun too. If youre worried about weight being an issue, do not fret. Being a heavier gal, I asked and there is no weight limit to jump or sky climb. The harness for the climbing was a tad tight on me, but I couldnt possibly hold that against them. Its a super fun time and I had a blast hanging out with my nieces and nephews. If it were a little cheaper, Id go more often, but bringing 4+ people and 25$ per person for 2 hours can get pricey real quick so its an outing that requires some planning.

Had birthday party! A blast for kids and adults! But party room cant be set up prior to party and VERY expensive! But girls refilled drinks and cleaned up trash and were friendly!

Fun for kids & adults. Kinda felt like I was being watched a little close as an adult, so I could be scolded for standing wrong or too close to this or that. Strict rules, but I get it I suppose, for safety. Kids had a blast and adults did too. No cell phones, physical activity.. was nice!

Exciting, big with lots of room. They sell food and have slushies. Slushies make everything better. Several spots for the kids and plenty of areas for the adults to sit and relax. They even have message chairs to help relax you. Hand full of video games, birthday parties, shirts to buy, socks to buy and tons of fun.
