We had a company outing a few weeks ago and reserved 2 cubes and used the party room for snacks and hangout area. The staff was very accommodating, the coaching was super helpful, and we got to enjoy some friendly competition amongst ourselves! It was a really great time all-around. Thank you!
Super fun and easy to learn. The guy there breaks it down for you and demonstrates like a boss. Its the perfect place to go with a few buddies and have fun or even just blow off some steam. All while having a cold one. Of youre 21 and over of course.
We had never done axe throwing before, but thought it would be something different to try with our teen son. Carter was our instructor and he was AWESOME! He was positive, encouraging and provided excellent feedback that helped us to all be successful throwers. He taught us games to make it challenging and fun! Thanks to Carter, we will be returning! A great family activity.
We had a great time. Our group of six shared a lane with another group and it worked fine. Another large group showed up about midway through our time, they had the lane next to us. It was crowded once they arrived.Staff were friendly and the games were fun.
First time axe throwing tonight and we had a blast. Probably not going to run out and join a league or anything, but would definitely love to do it again. The employee that helped us (explained all the safety tips, rules of different games, and everything was awesome. Sorry I cant remember his name, but he made it fun. He was hilarious.
This is a fun activity for a night out with friends. The employees were very helpful and encouraging, the customer service and our overall experience was excellent!
Had such a great time ! My girlfriend said she wanted to do something out of the ordinary so I surprised her with a last minute date to throw some axes. She loved it, I loved it, and it was fun experiencing something new together. Cody was so great at teaching us how to throw. We felt pretty good when we left.Thank you guys! We will be coming much more in the near future
Such a fun time! Its very therapeutic. Professional, friendly staff makes the experience even better. Highly recommend this activity.
Customer service was really lacking, we had a small dispute over rescheduling and when we asked to speak to the owner or manager about coming back in to use the $75 we had already put down we got a run around followed by a phone call from an incredibly rude man who said we were making threats and we were not allowed to come back in. All we wanted was to have some fun throwing axes but instead we got frustration. They did eventually give us a refund which was the only courtesy given.
Had a blast, going to go back again. Session is an hour and a half long with up to ten people. Starts with a quick safety talk/tips on throwing. After that, some time spent throwing and learning how to throw. Once everyone feels like they know what theyre doing, the employee starts suggesting games and then youre on your own. Employee stays the entire time to keep things moving, to track scores and to help with stances and throwing. Was an amazing time, would definitely recommend.
Pretty Hip. Seem not as safe as I qould like but our group were Ok. A little pricey for fun activity.
Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of fun
Super fun! Friendly staff. Cant wait to go again
Fun! Great staff!
Staff was great. Helpful with instructions and made the event fun
Not something I get to do everyday, having a safe space to learn to throw an axe was super fun. Enjoyed our axe-pert and the games we did as a team. Good way to spend the evening!
Really cool experience! The prices really make it best for smaller groups - one visit with 2 made for kind of a drawn out time and with 8 was just not enough throwing time for the cost. You need 1/2 a beer in you to really get the best throws. Tons of fun!
Never knew Axe throwing could be so much fun.
Good folks running this place, helpful on the skills of axe throwing and keeping score for the games. A great place! Especially good for a workout of rarely used muscles!
Cool, but a bit more structured than I imagined. I get that you need supervision, but being lumped into a group and instructed to play certain kinds of games was kinda lame. No taps yet, but they have Deschutes. It would be cool if they spread out people into more lanes and didnt have 4 employees sitting behind the bar for no reason.Simple fix-- if youre going to have 6 to 8 employees on a shift, spread people out into more lanes, give them a tutorial and an explanation of some game types, and let them do what they want under supervision instead of trying to stick to groups of 8 people.
Our group had tons of fun here! I was a little nervous at first with the idea of throwing axes but the staff is super friendly and walks you through everything very thoroughly. This was truly a unique and awesome experience and I can’t wait to come back! If you’re looking for something new to do in Eugene or Springfield definitely check it out!
This place is rad! Will definitely be coming back with friends. My husband and I were on a spontaneous date night but the rain/hail chased out our plans. I remembered we had heard of this place from Facebook and wanted to see what it was all about. The atmosphere was edgy and energized. You can hear others throwing behind a wall and clapping for other players. There is a counter when you walk in where they have helpful staff walking you through how things work. They have credit card readers and offer snacks like candy and chips. I noticed a coin-operated candy machine by some tall tables and chairs. They offer sodas/pop and beer (2 max while playing). They also have company beanies, tees, etc for sale. There is a few nice seating areas where groups can sit while waiting for a boothe to open up.We ordered the 1 and 1/2 hour play for $25 for my husband (I observed while he was placed with a nice group of 5 other players and an instructor). The Instructor was sweet and thorough on safety. They had you learn how to properly throw and practice for 30 minutes before playing games for the following hour. It was fun and very interesting to watch.Highly recommend if you want to do something at night (open until 10pm Wed-Sun) other than drink at a bar and still have an awesome group setting matched with an awesome experience.
This is an awesome new place to develop and hone your axe throwing skills. You and your friends rent an axe throwing lane so you have safety and privacy. Reservations are also available online. Snacks and beverages are served onsite.
Went to get a gift certificate and in the middle of my order he got a phone call and percedia to talk the phone for a while I think he forgot about me because when he looked at me he looked surprised..
