This is a great family experience. And yes they are currently open! we came for our 10 year old daughters birthday a couple of weeks ago. We realized that we accidentally signed up for a room that some of our party had already done. The staff was very helpful and arranged to get us into a different room. Very fun and as challenging as you want it to be depending on how many hints you get. I highly recommend The Cabin and all of the other adventures. 5 Stars!

A little tough to find. Go to the second floor of suites and its all up there. There are 5 different scenarios. I would make reservations for your party. Very polite and down to Earth employees. The owner explained everything effectively about the Room and what to expect. All employees work on making a good experience for you and always have someone watching through cameras to make sure everyone is safe and having a good time. We picked The Cabin and finished with 3 minutes left! We are ready to do another.

So much fun! Even if you lose like we did lol the staff is fantastic and if you are searching for something new and challenging this is the place. If you are concerned with cleanliness/sanitation due to Covid Dont worry about it here! Very well kept and clean.

Our family has visited here twice, and although we failed miserably both times, we had a blast! The rooms are very well thought out and entertaining. We love that since we know we arent great at this and just want to have fun and keep it casual, they accommodate by offering a ton of clues. Folks who want to be more competitive and get through it independently have that option too. After our time was up, they walked us through the steps we missed so we still got to see how it all came together.Our most recent visit was during the pandemic and I felt they followed business guidelines very well, requiring masks when in the lobby but not when we were on our own on the room, assuring us the rooms are sanitized between uses, and offering touchless check in on my phone rather than using the tablet we used last time.

Escape the Room is a blast! I wasnt sure what to expect but I was not disappointed! It was a quality experience and well worth the admission price. The young man running the rooms did a fantastic job. I look forward to returning soon and trying a different room.

Ok I guess. Our room props actually broke...so the needed mechanism didnt work. That was a waste of 10 minutes. There were a lot of distraction items that had literally nothing to do with the mystery at hand. By the time we left I just felt kinda bored. Anticlimactic experience for me I suppose. Also, at the end of the scenario we entered the wrong code for the safe three times and were locked out for 5 minutes. I just felt like that was kind of BS. My friend didnt pay for the experience so we could stand around staring at ourselves for five flipping minutes unable to access the last clue and actually escape that room. The staff was nice, and thats the only reason Im giving two stars.

What a great experience! The staff was amazing and the room was almost too much...but we did it and were winners :)...My girls and I are going to do another room soon.

This was hands down one of the best adventures weve been on this year. Escape the Room is an excellent time. Worth the $$ and definitely a team building experience. We did the Kingdom which is a 4 to 10 people experience with 3 of us..we didnt escape the room but we came very close..we had 2 puzzles to complete..10 more minutes and we would have completed. Regardless we still felt like we won as we did nearly finish a challenge meant for a much larger group. If you are into clues, problem solving, and puzzles you will do well at Escape the Room. We are planning another trip back next week for another room.

This was so much fun! We celebrated my son’s 40th birthday on Saturday by trying an escape room. We found out that the 6 of us worked well together to get out of “The Cabin”. I’m glad we had the hint options but now that we know what to expect maybe we’ll try the challenge option next time! I would definitely recommend Escape the Room Oregon as a great activity for any group. Like I said at first, it was so much fun!

Wow!! What a spectacular experience! My girlfriend and I went we scheduled with another group so we werent alone, and we did the cabin room. Not only was the experience SO fun, and the challenge do able but also immersive. The staff is absolutely awesome, they were so supportive and helpful, and over all had and incredible attitude towards us as well as their job. We will definitely be back!

For being a first timer I was so happy this was my first place I got to experience an escape room! The staff were super nice and seemed super excited about it too. 4 of us went for my birthday and had a great time!

Took my daughter here for her 13th birthday tonight. We decided to make it a family event with her younger sisters (aged 9 & 8) and her grandparents. We had so much fun. We are already planning another trip to one of the other rooms when my sister visits this summer. Highly recommend. The lobby is modern and welcoming. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The entire escape room was way cooler than I imagined it would be, I kind of expected low budget and cheesy but it was really pretty awesome.

This place is great! I have been twice and have had so much fun even when I lost.

Did the study with a group of seven. Super fun, well designed puzzles. Loved every minute of it! Absolutely worth a visit! Will definitely be back for some of their other rooms.

We had a blast doing the Spy vs. Spy room for my daughters 18th birthday party. We reserved the room and completed it with 8 in time. Definately had some fun puzzles and the staff was awesome. Thank you!

We have been through each escape room at Escape the Room Oregon and every single one is AMAZING! I would give this business more than five stars if possible. The staff is friendly, fun and engaging. They make the whole night a great experience from start to finish. The rooms are completely transformed and transport you into the theme and storyline. The puzzles range from simple to challenging and there are helpful clues if needed. If you are looking for something fun and out of the ordinary to do, I would highly recommend Escape the Room Oregon. Great for date night, a fun night with friends, birthday, bachelor/bachelorette party or any excuse to get out and have fun!

We had a lot of fun at my friends birthday here! It was my first time doing one and I was really impressed with the complexity of the puzzles, props and theme! Everything is designed there in- house and is very well done! Cant wait to do one here again! They had a little area to sit after we were done and we sat and had birthday refreshments with our group.

Escape the Room is the first place I tried in the Eugene area after getting hooked on escape rooms. The staff is so fun to chat with and you can tell they love what they do. My group has done all of their rooms and loved them all. There was a mistake made by the staff in resetting the room before we got there one time, but they more than made up for it by apologizing, offering a discount on our next game, and being ever so helpful throughout our time there. Most definitely a place I will be returning to when and if they make more rooms!

Great time with my office group for a bonding experience. Thank GOD we escaped in time! Wish the air conditioning worked better, we were very hot throughout the game. Would have enjoyed it more if we were not so hot!

The puzzles were great, the hints were spot on, and we loved the theme of the Cabin! We had a blast and would definitely recommend it.

This was a lot of fun and challenging, both as far as the puzzles, and in the working with a team aspect of it. Much thinking outside the box in order to get outside of it. Sometimes, this included listening to the young kid in the room. It was definitely rewarding to be fairly sure we had lost, and, in the final 5 minutes, make it threw all the remaining clues like a well-oiled machine. Met some cool strangers while I was at it. !!!! When booking online, make sure you book the right escape room. I booked an escape room in Springfield, Missouri my first time around :D !!!!

Best fun! Went with a group from work as a team building event. Even after being up for 18 hours working, still managed to escape two rooms! Not to say that it was easy, because it wasnt. It was a challenge, but a good one and FUN!

We had a great time with the moderate difficulty room. The puzzles were very hard but fun to figure out! We had 8 people and barely made it out in time. Had a blast! I want to come back and try the hardest room. This could be a fun family place too.

The room was fantastic! There where twists and turns that keep you wanting to solve it. Sadly, their customer service is completely horrible!! We had a group of 23 people wanting to go through the different rooms, but they wouldnt allow it, do to the fact we were a bit late. As we walked through the door the first thing they said was, your late! Then they tried to hurry us along and get us out of there. Sadly only 16 people got to go through, and everyone else had to go home. That is after we had already paid for all 23 people. Additionally we had to wait an hour to go in the room!I would recommend this place, because the rooms are awesome, but God help your soul if you are late!!

When we arrived, we were informed two adults would have to go through the room with them because they were 13 and 14, not over 15. Every attempt to problem solve around the misunderstanding was met with either no, we cant do that or I would have to call the owner and see if they could make an exception. Ultimately they kept m,y $50 and we left without getting to play.

Went through The Study. It was awesome! Ive been through 4 escape rooms now and this one definitely holds up. There were some really great puzzles incorporated here.

If you are looking for a good time check this place out. Seriously. Ill definitely be back as soon as possible.

Very difficult, yet rewarding room. This was the best room in the Eugene / Springfield area. Will love to see where the owners take their business in the years to come! Will be back to try out their other room.

I was just buying gift certificates but the atmosphere and location was intriguing. The staff was friendly and from what I saw of them prepping another group they know what they are doing. I will check it out next time I am in town.

Exciting experience solving puzzles with strangers. There were some genuine thrills!

We tried the cabin all it was was a bunch of 3 and 4 digit codes all over the place (approx. 200 of them) and about 15-20 different locks that took a 3 or 4 digit code lol.... Pretty boring...

Had a blast at this place. Want to go back soon! Laughed so hard about how stupid the adults were, as our 10 yr old rocked the clues. This is an affordable, fun night out...a must do!!

My girlfriend and I tried the Mr Jones adventure, just the two of us. We lost but still had a great time. The clerk there should mind the way he talks to the ladies though.

This is my third time in an escape room. I absolutely love the concept of an escape room and I appreciate having difficult puzzles to solve. Thus, I was very excited to experience the bio lab escape room, but unforunately I must admit that my experience with escape the room was extremely disappointing. I felt that there were two puzzles in particular that were extremely unfair, and caused us to spend a large amount of time worrying about things that should have been specified beforehand. One of the puzzles took advantage of a actual safety aspect of the room, and should not have been allowed. I would sincerely not recommend this experience to others that have experience with other escape rooms.
