Fantastic place. Just far enough away from the center of town and heavy traffic. Close to area hiking trails and restaurants.
We loved our stay here. The loft was spacious and well maintained. Kitchen was excellent and equipped with everything you need. Upgraded bathrooms with plenty of fresh towels. We booked last minute for my husband’s birthday weekend. As soon as I mentioned it to the lady and the gentleman at the front desk, they gave us a lovely cider as a gift. The check in and check out was smooth. The location is close to the main road, lovely restaurants and shops but away from crowded places. We will be coming back!
Pleasant condo units in the heart of west Sedona. Nice interiors but the carpets need cleaning. Great jacuzzi and nice pool. Pool could be a little warmer; its not heated. Grounds are kept up well. Clean full kitchen with ook top, oven, microwave and full size fridge. Gas grills outside if you want to grill.
Im not sure how many of the places were updated but ours was awesome, so much room for a two bedroom and we love the hot tub outside even when the weather was 50 outside, were from Wisconsin.
Overall it was a great trip. Staff was great very friendly made me feel welcome and overall the place was great very clean and well maintain. Definitely would recommend to people staying in the area
We had a wonderful time staying at the Villas of Sedona, they were nice, clean and very spacious perfect for our family of five. We look forward to staying there again!
Great location walking distance to many shops and groceries. Large pool, hot tub and activity room. Excellent sized unit with two large bedrooms, dining room, full kitchen, living room, patio and deck. Plenty of room for parents and kids. Plenty of activities run by the Villas for adults and children. Unit also had 3 TVs, and 40Mbs WiFi. Extremely comfortable beds, newer furnishings, and overall a very pleasant week!
The weather was awesome, the Room was very clean and comfortable, we only stayed one night but already recommended this place to a friend.
Had a wonderful week here. Its in the middle of Wild West. Very well maintained property. Villas have everything you need. Thanks a lot!
The home smelled heavily of cooking. The property was very clean however and well stocked with plates, glasses, towels etc. The two chairs in the living room should be replaced as their bases were broken. The proximity to the pool and spa was a plus. Overall our experience was positive.
Centrally located and very clean and cozy. Theres also a Starbucks a super short walk away
Mostly I resorts are very well kept
The room was beautiful and perfectly clean and the front desk staff was amazing.
Very nice resort located in the heart of Sedona. We had a spacious two-bedroom townhome with kitchen, dining and living areas. My kids loved the second story porch - perfect for starwatching at night. Accommodations were clean and comfortable and pricing was very good.
Nice and very clean to stay.
Roomy good location sleeps 6 easily
The size of villa was bigger than expected. Our particular villa had a lovely view of Coffee Pot Rock. Kitchen had everything we needed .
Very friendly! Room was clean! No issues!
The Villas were GORGEOUS
It was lovely, spotlessly clean, and well located. What I didnt like was that it was difficult to find in the dark. Also, I didnt realize that it was a 2 story with the bedroom upstairs; a problem for a person with a recent back surgery.
Great for families, heated pools
Very clean and quiet. Wonderful stay
Nice location and amenities, but not up to VI standards. Furniture was worn and the carpeting was dirty. It was very dark and needed some lighting improvements. We stayed in unit 27.
Its affordable and has nice amenities. We do prefer to stay at our home resort though at Hyatt Pinon Point
Family comfort with our recycled box we picked up at the local grocer. There is supposed to be a picture on this review. So my family hasnt been vaccinated against the AZ flu, and our baby and my wife got a bit sick. YetI think its the water somewhere. I read another review with similar happenings. Walgreen right next to the villas has affordable water. Were replacing that and Ill report again later.Just a small addition. The staff and maintenance crew are SUPER fast, and accommodating. Its only day 2 and so looking forward to a great 5 more days.
Always a lovely stay. The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly and helpful and you cant beat the beautiful views. Lots of great restaurants in the area.
We love visiting Sedona and villas resort was a great stay...
Great place to stay - close to everything- but still plenty of privacy. Good pool, spa, and playroom.
Nice accommodations, centrally located. Lots of amenities. Just loved the fireplace! Warmed up the entire 2 story unit. Excellent service from housekeeping and maintenance staff!
The place was awesome great view We even got to see some Havelina’s was very nice I’ll be staying again went to go get married in my make that my honeymoon spot for the years to come staff was awesome we were kind of loud and no one bothered us awesome place
Very spacious! Room for the whole family. Amenities were great
Great place and nicely located
Condos are spacious and well-furnished, and very close to the pool/spa area. Staff is friendly and helpful, whether its replacing busted appliances or giving advice about area attractions. Centrally located in Sedona minutes from downtown and surrounded by breathtaking red rock vistas (not to mention the killer trails that snake up and around them.) Also within walking distance of two grocery stores!
Love our timeahare
Very nice community. There was an amazing atmosphere. The Villas very at a very reasonable price for the experience. There was outdoor activities. It was also in a very good location in the city.
In a crowded market for great places to stay in Sedona, I want to thank the Villas of Sedona for going above and beyond. They helped us lost travelers find the property when we were driving aimlessly around Sedona and promptly sent to us our forgotten items when we came home. Thank you to Martin and the entire staff. And the villa we stayed in was perfect for our little family, the fully furnished kitchen, in-door and out door pools, the grassy area to simply be barefoot, were all wonderful. I also liked the west Sedona location which was close to all the action without being noisy and crowded. Looking forward to our next visit.
Terrible place, although rooms are Ok, the amenities are very bad. Indoor pool has open windows in the middle of winter. Ive cold inside. No one uses it. The guest center is closing unexpectedly during open hours, and hosts some meditation mumbo jumbo, during which no one is allowed to use the facilities.
Awesome. Staying with a friend. Great facilities and easy access to a magical area.
Awesome place to stay, check out the room size you want before booking. The room we like is the two bedrooms with sleepers and a loft. $175 a night! Great deal for what you get. Full kitchen, so you dont have to eat out all the time.
I enjoyed my stay at the Villas, I cant say one bad thing about the location and the staff. My wife and I enjoyed the stay even though we forgot to take advantage of the outdoor heated pool.
Great place to enjoy a vacation I recommend it to go and relax and enjoy the family
The resort General Manager (Martin) and his team do an outstanding job of maintaining the units, keeping the grounds immaculate and assisting with nearly any guest request. Any team member we encountered had a positive, helpful attitude and were more than willing to be of help. The unit furnishings (as had been noted in other reviews) are somewhat dated but we were pleasantly surprised with the many upgrades already in place such as lighting, some furniture items, plumbing fixtures, comfortable beds, accent wall colors, well maintained kitchen appliances and nicely stocked utensils/plates/etc., flat screen TVs and ample bedding blankets/pillows. The location is ideal for wonderful hikes within 5-10 minutes of the resort and easy walking to many great restaurants, the beautiful independent Mary Fisher film festival theatre, very nice Harkins 6-plex theatre, Starbucks, Bashas supermarket plus any number of other retail locations. We dined at Dahl & DiLuca (so so good, make a reservation), a newer nearby yummy Thai restaurant (Fresh & Natural Thai Kitchen), the BEST pizza in Sedona, actually Oak Creek but worth the 15 minute drive (Rotten Johnnys Wood-Fired Pizza Pie) and Mariposa Latin Inspired Grill (not to be missed for a special night, reservations needed 5-7 days ahead for prime time). Hikes we loved included West Fork (bring a sandwich to enjoy at the end of the 3.5 mile trail), Fay Canyon, Brins Mesa, Cathedral Rock, Mystic Trail/Hogback, Chicken Point, Solider Pass, Teacup and Little Horse. Be sure to take 1 or 2 hikes in the afternoon so you can enjoy the setting sun. We cant wait to return to Sedona and stay at the Villas of Sedona
Lovely quiet corner of Sedona. Very well managed.
Great location to grocery and drug stores and also restaurants.
Great facility and great staff. The villas were everything we needed and more for our 15th wedding anniversary getaway.
Very spacious. Excellent amenities. Atmosphere was excellent! close enough to town and out of town!
Great location and nice rooms. We stayed in a 1 bedroom with a loft. The only problem was that the only full bath was upstairs.
Best, spacious, hotel Ive ever stayed at. It looks better than some houses and looks like a really nice neighborhood condo from outside.
It is a very tired property with worn out furniture, and stained and worn carpet.
Villas of Sedona are a wonderful place to stay just off the main drag. Beautiful Condos with access to an outdoor pool, indoor pool and a game room. Gorgeous vaulted ceilings in the living area combined with a full kitchen suite. Master bedroom exhibits a generous king bed and large flat screen TV mounted to the wall. The bathroom is decked out with a walk in shower and a skylight for natural lighting. In addition theres a dining area with placemats and coaster to make your stay feel more like home.
The condo was nice and clean, beds comfortable, sufficient number of towels. Nice to have indoor and outdoor pools.
Check-in delay but the location and room was awesome! The heart of Sedona, close to all trails and shops!
Favorite place to stay in Sedona. There is a great Italian restaurant and Starbucks in an adjacent parking lot. Great activities for kids in the clubhouse and nice workout equipment in main office area.
Spacious villas with high quality furnishings and kitchen appliances. Open parking. Great views from some villas. Outdoor and indoor swimming pools. Great staff.
Awesome time share! The staff is very pleasant and very helpful. They were willing to work our extending my stay. The condos are perfect for a family. There are things for the kids to do also. They have a pool table and air hockey in the game room.
Super nice. Very clean. Nice amenities. High end. Loved it
Nice above average facilities
First time to stay here, great place. Very comfortable and updated. We came to relaxe, it was just what we needed. Nice and quiet, we loved it.
Nice 2 bedroom townhouse with all the amenities of home. Pool and fitness center were an added bonus. Location was great as it was a short drive to restaurants, shops and the national park. Would recommend for a family vacation.
So beautiful and comfortable. Cant wait to go back.
Wonnderful peacefull place. Great accommodations.
The people at the front desk were very welcoming, helpful, and nice. It is a good central location for lots of day trips. They provided alot which helped make the experience more good.
Beautiful resort ! Our room was spacious and clean with a nice patio in front of our door. This is 1 mile from shopping and many restaurants are very close. We would stay here again.
Large condo near the pool!! Centrally located to restaurants and tourist attractions
Great place to stay. Walking distance to all stores. Great views. Quiet and private. Close to all amenities from all rooms.
Great place. I loved the condos. The staff was very nice too
Great location and nice units. Quick walk to grocery and located close to great hikes.
Loved it
Nice place. All the comforts of home. But MGMT company, VRI, not friendly or accommodating.
Lovely property. Clean, beautifully furnished, perfect location.
Absolutely loved the villa we had!
We had an excellent experience!
Beautiful property, well-maintained. Location is less than 2 miles into the business area of Sedona. Lovely pool & grounds.
Great location, good layout of condo, walk into town
How beautiful and clean this place is and they are things to do
We just returned from a week long stay here. There were 6 of us (4 kids (21, 19, 16 and 11). And we were in a 2 bedroom, 1 bedroom had a king and the other had 2 twins. Our setup was the 11 year old on a roll away bed in the master bedroom that had a king and there was still plenty of room. 2 kids slept in the bedroom with the twins. There is not anymore room in this room for a roll away or someone on the ground. And 1 kid slept on the couch. He chose not to sleep in the loft on the Murphy bed. All being said, my family of 6 lives and slept well in this unit. The bathrooms suited us fine with 2 showers. As my kids are older now and we’ve been traveling with them all since they were young, we k ow how to use a space efficiently. I you have a smaller family there’s plenty of room and I would say even if you had 7 you can use this setup comfortably. The kitchen is very nice with all the needed items. There’s plenty of room to eat. Newer TVs. It was just a really nice stay. The staff was very helpful. The grounds were very well kept and the pools, game room and laundry room were all very nice. The only thing to mention that could use work is the need for quarters for the laundry room or game room. It was a task to find quarters 1 time and I could see this being difficult sometimes.Great place, highly recommend. We’ve been Wyndham timeshare holders for 9 years and find the villas of Sedona through the RCI exchange.
Very nice resort to stay at. Lots to do and see. Close to nice restaurants and galleries.
Great location, helpful staff and A+ Villa. Very clean and roomy
We love spending time at our timeshare.
Excellent all around with great well maintained amenities, services, and events
The people are kind and helpful, theres activities for the kids. The rooms are vert clean and tidy, very comfortable beds. The kids loved the indoor pool in December.
We have been owners at the Villas for almost 15 years now. The property is well maintained and updated regularly. We are typically able to book a unit during the times we would like to. The staff is friendly and helpful.
I booked a 2 bedroom, 2 floor townhouse and it had everything we needed for a weekend stay; full kitchen, 2 decks and direct access to the pool. I would consider staying there again if back in the area.
Lovely loft design however the carpet does need to be replaced. Good customer service with staff is friendly, very helpful explaining about the areas attractions.
Perfect place 4 visting relatives. Our condo can sleep up to 10. Nice pools, tooIt is spotlessly clean, and the local scenery is magnificent.Plus its just a 2 hour drive to the Grand Canyon
Convenient location, and spacious rooms with plenty of conveniences. Updated rooms. Front desk can be pretty far from the rooms. Would definitely stay again.
Great place to stay. Close to everything. Very clean and comfortablecomfortable. Highly recommend.
Me and my wife took a day trip to Sedona to visit family staying there for the week. The condo was very well furnished with a large kitchen. The resort was great with 2 pools and a game room. They were doing landscaping on the other side of our patio so they didnt want us walking out to the pool through the patio which would have probably been annoying for some guests however it didnt effect our plans much. I would recommend this place to families looking for a place to rent that can sleep up to 12
Big 2 bedroom towne home wuth lots of space.
Beautiful...the accommodations are A+++++ the staff is friendly and helpful...the views are awesome...lots,to do..indoor pool and outdoor pool...you name it they have you covered. We are staying 3 weeks this year and have already decided on at least a month or more next year.
Although lacking in views it is made up in spacious accommodations, being centrally located in Sedona, priced reasonably, and personable staff.
Loved the stay here only thing was the toilets didn’t work very well.
Nice two room suite with a pool nearby and close to Sedona attractions.
