Nice location tucked in along Oak Creek. Very clean, well maintained condo. We were in a 2BR 2.5 bath with a whirlpool tub and two fireplaces. Two story with a patio and a balcony facing the pool area. Indoor/outdoor pool and both hot tubs were clean and operating. (masks required unless in the water). Attentive, helpful desk staff, especially Jessica. Id like to return.....

We come here to visit with my in laws when they have their timeshare time. Its quiet, clean, has a great staff, and next to a beautiful creek. This is a place for older people 55+ as there isnt anything to do specifically on site, minus a pool. However, it is super centrally located in downtown sedona and walking distance to almost everything. Minus one star because the interior is super out of date.... but what youd expect for a location catering to the senior crowd. Everything is stuck in the 1960s decor wise. There are TONS of mosquitoes so be prepared for that.. They do have a pool here which is nice but it doesnt seem big enough for the amount of condos on property. Also minus 1 because the stairs are super steep. Im stating that from the point of view of older people who are staying here. I personally would never stay here if Im looking for a luxurious vacation or a place that feels comfortable. But for a mellow family who wants a safe quiet place to stay- its do-able. Just dont expect top tier bathrooms or decor.

I visit every summer with my family. Excellent place, very laid back. Its located in the heart of Sedona with many opportunities for hiking, swimming, and sight-seeing. The rec center is great, which includes a pool and hot tub, sauna, shower and complimentary towels, workout room, game room with entertainment systems, pool table, common area, and piano. The rental houses are also great...Ill be coming back for years to come.

Has everything you need for a low key vacation. Clubhouse is great too. Heated indoor pool, wet and dry sauna, tennis courts and racquetball. Love it.

Beautiful facilities! Love the massive trees and Creek in the background. Great location, walking distance to shops and close to many of the best water holes for swimming.

I love it here! We have been staying here for 20+ years and it is amazing! Green, fun rec areas, nice rooms, and always taken care of property! Plus, the staff is great! I will forever come here!

A very nice resort, a place where you can become one with nature. Amenities were nice, short walk from resort to many restaurants and various shops. A good gateway to break up the summer hot days.

Even though somethings were shut down, due to the virus, we were still able to hike, go to the pool and Creek. We had a great te and the woman at the front desk was so sweet.

My girls love Sedona. They really enjoy the indoor pool and activities, especially in the winter when its too cold to go outside and the summer when its too hot to be outside.

We enjoyed our week here. Furniture wasnt the most comfortable, but we didnt spend much time indoors. Pool area was nice. Utilized the grills that were around the resort. Beautiful landscaping. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils and dishware. Very close to shopping and eating. We got tired of the stairs. After hiking it was a hike to get to bed. Nice to have 2 1/2 baths.

I loved it, I go here every year around the same time. We always get the same exact room! Great customer service, There is a pool and game rooms. The pool area closes at 10pm. I recommend this resort!

It doesnt get much better than this. So much to keep everyone busy and the views are spectacular (but thats Sedona for ya)The rooms are great with plenty of space. Everything is well maintained and with just a short walk up the driveway to all the shops, what more could you ask for.

The villas are spacious and are very comfortable. You feel right at home. They supply you with all of the comforts. There are adequate amenities. However, most importantly it is clean. The review of the red rocks are breathtaking.

I have stayed here many, many times and cannot wait to go back! Talk about scenery - whew! And the villas are always clean and well stocked also. Oak Creek at your feet, the red mountains when you look up - truly amazing!

Great rooms, very clean (even vacuumed under the couch). Responsive staff. Good deal of simple activities on property. Great location. Only drawback is there was a small sense of nickel and dime such as a cleaning fee for checking out before 7 days, $1 for extra coffee, $15 for extra soap. Too nice of a resort to bother with a $2 tennis racquet rental fee or other silly charges. All that said, I would go back in a heartbeat.

Simply the best value in Sedona! Villas and grounds are very nice for the price.

Very clean, organized, and pretty place to stay. The resort was about a 3 minute walk to all the shops so you dont have to pay for parking! They have tons of amenities for kids and adults. They also have grilling stations so you can grill burgers, hotdogs, etc. Friendly staff and cant wait to go back!

This place is the most beautiful resort In Sedona, that I have seen yet. No need to travel looking for a place to hike, swim, or to entertain the children. This place has it all. We were just visiting a family member and now I want to stay for a weekend and never leave the resort until its check out.

The Arroyo Roble Resort in Sedona, Arizona deserves nothing but a 5 star review. The location is perfect for everything you would ever want to do while staying. Very quiet and peaceful pool area with great access to the indoor pool as well. Very kid friendly as the game room and pool contains lots of excitement for the children. Villas are very homey and comfortable. Little to no noise is emitted through the resort and will not keep you up. I very much enjoyed my stay at the Arroyo Roble and I plan to visit at a later date.

This is definatrly a 5 star in everything. The grounds are beautiful The staff very friendly.. The rooms are extremely well furnished and view from windows is amazing. Accessories such as pool, gym, sauna etc to keep you occupied.

The condos are very spacious and the amenities are great. The location is close to shopping and restaurants so you can leave your car at the resort and walk. Love Sedona.

I had a condo in the creek. Because of the rain in the area we were able to watch the creek rise and race by. It was beautiful. The condo was beautiful. I loved it.

Outside was a little dated looking but the inside was well kept, clean and spacious. Located near all the shops and walking distance from lots of restraints. I would definitely recommend this resort.

What a nice time share!! Unlike most places, this isnt a glorified hotel room suite with a mini kitchen. Contained decent sized multiple bedrooms, full kitchen and two gas fireplaces. Within a block of main drag in the northern end of Sedona. All the amenities you would expect including a nicely appointed exercise facility. Place is probably at least 40 years old, but very well maintained. My parents have had 2 weeks there for more than 30 years and now use one of the few units that are all on one floor for handicapped or elderly people. Most units have stairs, so be prepared if you have trouble. The place is very popular, so booking for choice weeks in the spring and fall must be done early. Sedona is a wonderful place to relax and Arroyo Robles is a great place to start your stay.

Very lovely along the creek uptown....

My first time visiting, I am staying in a condo timeshare of a family member. The location is wonderful, with the creek just behind our back door with a nice swimming hole. The rooms are a bit dated but nice, and the space is quite large. We are in a room with a Jacuzzi tub and balcony overlooking the creek and cliffs. Overall I am very pleased with our stay.

Arroyo Roble is a fantastic timeshare. Weve owned for years. There is nothing negative about this place.2 brm units.Indoor/ outdoor pools, jacuzzis, stream rm, sauna,gym,racquetball, tennis, pickleball, billiards, table tennis, electronic gaming and shuffle board.Fireplaces in living rm and master bedrm,in the master bedroom is a jacuzzi tub. Barbecue grills and TVs in bedrooms and living room. Sleeper sofa in living rm.3 bathrms. and patio.

GREAT resort! Walk to uptown Sedona, beautiful grounds with grilling and picnic spots, access to the creek, pool. Rooms will probably need some updating soon, but we had no complaints. Would absolutely stay here again if we make it back to sedona. Wish there were dog friendly rooms since sedona is so dog friendly!

A pretty good place to stay with a great location. Very clean and roomy. The only problem is steep stairs to 2nd level. There is a step down to main level if you have a mobility problem. Also, no restaurant on premise.

Great place, close to shops, hearty breakfast, excellent service and the buss person was on top of picking up and cleaning breakfast dishes away. My only disappointment was the coffee. Thank you Arroyo Robel for very clean rooms and plenty of room.

This place has been absolutely the best!!! Gorgeous views, accomadating resort town homes, we stayed in a two story level home and our kids were small and falling from the stairs, and I immediately got a good of the front desk and the owner of the resort helped us get into a one floor home and it was the greatest BLESSING. Our children our more safe and enjoying the time they have left to run around without having to get hurt. Its been a vacation to remember. Thank you arroyo roble resort for accommodating us to our comfort.

Stayed here after exchanging our time share for this area. Great place. Staff was friendly and accommodating anytime we needed anything. From here you are 2 hours from Phoenix and 2 hours from the Grand Canyon in the other direction. Lots and lots of stuff to do on day trips. Beautiful area with the red rocks in view from around the resort. Highly recommend it.

We had a chance to stay here through a timeshare and this is one of the best places we have stayed. The grounds were outstanding. Though 89A is right up the hill, the location of the villas leave you feeling like your at a secluded resort. The resort rooms were comfortable and like others have said, make you feel right at home with plenty of room. There was plenty of shopping and eating in the immediate area. The access to 89A makes it easy to get to any other areas of Sedona and surrounding areas.The courtyard area that sits at the center of the villas was excellent. It made us want to go out and just sit and enjoy the shade and scenery, which we did. We definitely want to make it back here on another trip.

Excellent resort. Signature rooms are very comfortable. Excellent breakfast and amenities. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The view of the mountains is exceptional.

Updating fireplaces on the property and the rooms are very nice well put together and spacious. The property is Forest Park like and has access to the creek with some rooms having creek front access and veiws thru their rear doors

Everything was great. The people at the desk were very friendly. We had some trouble with our room being already taken, so for no charge they upgraded our room. Overall great experience would definitely recommend.

This is a time share. Great indoor / outdoor pool and jacuzzis..EZ sign in at front desk to use amenities. Steam room, PingPong, indoor racket ball, tennis, and weight room. Great access to creek for owners.

Always excellent, staff is awesome, rooms are HUGE, every amenity you can think of, just a great great place!! Walking distance to downtown Sedona. Ask for the 1100 block of suites, they are creekside.

The rooms are a little dated with the decor style but you can tell they have kept up with the technologies and amenities. The location is prime and amazing. The facilities are nice and what they offer keeps everyone busy! Will be back!

The view is gorgeous!!! Breakfast is served on real glass plates and real silver Ware. Real glasses and real coffee cups! Food was real good!!! The man running the whole operation was SO NICE and real thoughtful. He makes it what it is!!
