Wyndham Sedona is very nice. Staff was great. We had a 1 bedroom and a lockout. Units were very good. We will go back for sure. Sedona, Flagstaff, Grand Canyon, we visited them all.

The resorts beautiful. The staff are not the brightest crayons in the box. We made our reservations to use the pool from 1 to 3. Upon arrival our assigned seats were not in the sun and facing away from the sun. We were seated next to the only other couple at the pool. The super nice lady after figuring out IF she could change our seats informed us this is how it has to be done so they can stay open. A half hour later the couple next to us had left and we were the only ones at the pool.(awesome) at 2 pm two couples came and they seated them next to each other. We were informed our seats had reservations at 3 so we couldnt stay past 3. Not that we wanted too anyway. So if you plan on coming here you can choose your room if your a gold member but you cant sit where you want at a empty pool. A photo of in the empty pool provided

Just checked in and we are not impressed. The one bedroom “suite” is a decent sized space, but the space is not usable for our party of 4. There are about 12 inches of kitchen countertop, the dining table is about as big as a small coffee table. Yes, there is a king sized bed which is great but I’m not sure how we will be using this timeshare to cook, eat and live in this week. Definitely not suitable for the capacity of 4 that it lists.

Good location and price. The units are older, but theyre clean and newly painted. Not far from shopping center, grocery store, and restaurants. Thre kitchen is fully stocked w cookware which is nice.

Experience the laid-back atmosphere of Sedona. Great pool area and above average rooms.

Was not bad for the price, did however feel the customer service could be improved on. Long story short our key card for our room didnt work and had to go to the front desk three times before my husband finally requested a different room because maintenance wasnt able to come look at the door mechanism for an hour or so and we had a long drive in and just wanted to get settled in our suite. I felt that issue should have been handled better and more promptly. Overall not bad and had that issue had not arised I would have given a four star rating.

Great central location. Rooms do need some upgrading. But liked that it was quiet and away from the very busy part of Sedona.

Staff very friendly, great room and area. Only issue, and its a big one, are the paper thin walls and ceiling. Could hear the family upstairs running around at almost all times of the night and morning. If you come here I suggest you ask to stay in an upstairs suite or bring extra thick earplugs. Otherwise the stay was great!

Loved staying here. Nice room with great amenities. I really liked the location because it was just far enough from the really busy traffic spots in Sedona

The Club Wyndham experience is always a step or two above a conventional hotel. If you need more coffee or popcorn you have it. They always have a nicely equiped kitchen in the room to make a meal. The WiFi works well. The staff is always helpful. The Wyndham in Sedona is no exception even in the midst of a viral epidemic.

The resort has spacious rooms with good views of the red rocks of Sedona. The resort has buildings with twelve rooms to a buildings with native open space between the buildings. The service is always excellent.

We actually own a Time Share through Wyndham and have stayed here 3 times over the span of 4 years. This is the first time we are leaving here totally disappointed. We show up and have to wait 40 minutes for their maintenance man to get the lock system to work and accept slip cards so we can enter our room. They put us right beside a new construction bldg site so you guessed it... 7am hammering in the morning on top of a rowdy neighbors above us till 1am. We were specific in telling them the next day at one of the not so but really is mandatory meetings we were not interested in upgrading and they gave us their word at the concierges office they would keep it to 1 hour and after 2 hours I had to tell them No straight up as we had plans to see the Grand Canyon and Bearazona. We barely were able to get to Bearizona with 45 minutes to enjoy it. On top of all that they gave us $50 coupons for 89 Steak house and Sound Bites but they are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. I have always given this place a high rating and huge props but not any more. We wont be back for a long while if at all.

It was a perfect location for our visit. The condo suite was extremely clean and had all the necessities you would need for your stay. Front desk personnel were friendly and very helpful. We did miss not walking the herb garden. Maybe our next trip.

I was a little put off but the lack of customer service at the front desk. After checking we of course went to our suite to get settled but our key didn’t work. Was a little aggravated but sometimes this happens but when we had to go back the second and third time was very disappointing. The third time back to the front desk my husband actually had to request a different room because the front desk attendant told us we would have to wait for maintenance to get done with the trash and could take up to 30 minutes for someone to look at it. My husband just asked for a different suite so we wouldn’t have to wait. What I don’t understand is why the front desk attendant didn’t suggest this in the first place. That more less set the tone for our stay, was not very good customer service. Then after my husband showered in the morning and hung his towel up, the towel holder fell off the wall.

Set in scenic Sedona, the rooms are fine, but could be updated. Cheyenne at the concierge desk is great at making your trip memorable.

I booked through Hotels.com. And advertised as a hotel. No mention of being a timeshare...your timeshare owners evidently can rent. Big minus—hit obnoxiously hard (their job) with attending a presentation. We were on vacation. Did not want any part of it. Also, if owners rent, should make clear NO housekeeping. Place was nice but to start off with an irrational was a bummer. Maybe work with Hotels.com to make all this clear! Also, although we were aware no elevators to second level, access thru the back was inconvenient and dark.

The condo unit was comfortable and clean. It was nice to have a soak in the hot tub and a sauna after a day of hiking. The location was great. Walking distance to the Safeway and a number of restaurants. The staff were friendly and there wasn’t any pressure from the time share end of things. Our room had a strange smell when we first checked in but it aired out after the fist night. I would definitely stay here again.

We go to Sedona every year and always stay here. Rooms are great and the kitchen is amazing. Hotel is across the street from Safeway so we always buy groceries and cook. Hotel even as herb garden so you can cook with fresh herbs like rosemary and oregano! Love the game room and ping pong tables. Sometimes there are activities hosted by hotel. Would recommend they increase the activities because it’s a nice draw.

This Wyndham was great, the staff was super great, and the views were incredible (if you get the right room!) The rooms were clean and beds were decent. The tile in the bathrooms seemed like it needed to be updated, it was not very appealing. They had great social events and a nice pool. Overall a great place to stay in Sedona!!

The views alone are worth it! The rooms are beautifully put together, quiet, clean and updated! This resort is one of my new favorites and I cant wait to go back. The surroundings are just beautiful. Love that the pool and hot tub were open 24/7. Every employee I met was gracious, helpful and very nice!

Two nights. The grounds and pool were beautiful and well maintained. The 2 bedroom looked nice, but the doors slammed. With the four doors close together (two upstairs and two down) we were jumping every time one of the neighbors entered or left. We also could clearly hear every time someone upstairs walked across their room and it sounded like a flash flood when they flushed their toilet. The dishwasher worked poorly and was just plain to loud to use day or night. Also, construction on the building next to ours started before six. Bring earplugs!

By a noisy road, sink doesnt drain right, toilet rocks, needs tightened and dirty kitchen floor. Also chipped dishes. Not super impressed.

Great place, clean comfortable, helped set me up with your of the city and Grand Canyon, also gave me a map of hiking trails.

Great resort Sedona! Close to grocery stores, excursions, restaurants, hiking trails and visitor centers. Amenities include: heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, library, entertainment center (pool table, wii, xbox, board games), 24 hour maintenance, ample parking. Like all of Sedona they follow low-light or minimal lighting around resort for you to enjoy the beautiful night skies.

Location, location, Location! We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. Smallest living room kitchen area Ive ever seen. However, because its Sedona, Id stay again in a heartbeat :-)

Time share facility. We rented, not owners but went to presentation to get discounts on jeep and wine tours, pushy salesperson that didnt understand the word NO. Rooms need updating. Food walkable with lots of choices from breakfast to dinner. Staff nice and professional. Overall I think we could have stayed somewhere else for less.

I have stayed here many times as an owner and today was the first time the high pressure sales force would not accept no, I dont want an update. Dont they know that oh Im sorry have I offended you when I said no update is a standard response at all the resorts. She called in her manager to try harder. Come on wyndham. No means no!

I think they did a great job cleaning the room before arrival.

Its ok but there were 5 kids in the room above us and it was VERY loud at 7.00 am and pretty much all other times. Also had to park several units away if you get back after 6.00 pm or so.

We have been here before, but this time our expectations were surpassed by a mile. There definitely could have been more activities planned for the week, but thats ok. Annoying sales pitch at check-in. But what a phenomenal room and property.

This was a great time share in Sedona for my friends and I to stay. The heated pool and jaccuzzi are open 24/7 which was nice because we got to sit, talk, and relax while getting our muscles worked over from the Jets of the jaccuzzi. The pool was nice but the weather was a bit cold / windy which wasnt that suitable for swimming. The staff were nice during check-in and the place is beautiful, minus the new construction. The only thing I didnt like was the light switches and how confusing they were. They should be labeled or at least be near the appliances they are for (lamps, ceiling fan, ceiling fan light etc).

Positive: Beautiful room. Very nicely decorated and plenty of room for 4 people. Clean and quiet. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Even extra paper towels and garbage can liners. Negative: Limited time at pool, but that was to be expected during covid. They did their best to accommodate everyone.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Booked for a 3 day stay with confirmation. Drove all the way here to be told they are over booked. Ridiculous and they refused to help us in any way. Will not be coming ever again

Condo room was great. Trip was for 4 girls - having 2 bedrooms and 2 baths met our needs. Location was excellent. We have booked already for 2021.

Condo unit was clean and spacious. We rented the 2 br/2bath condo. It was perfect for our family. Will definitely go back again!

Enjoyed our stay. Outdoor pool and Jacuzzi, activity center with new equipment in the fitness room, pool table and foosball table.The room was also very nice. We were upgraded to a two bedroom suite. Kitchen has all you need as well. Pots, pans, plates, etc.Many restaurants are nearby. The location is ideal as you are a drive away from beautiful red rock views and a windy drive through the mountains.Only thing I did not enjoy was the concierge pushing the agenda of a timeshare.

Thin walls .. Could hear everything next door and hear everything upstairs. They had kids that jumped all hours of the day and night!

Perfect place to crash after a long day of hiking. Super staff. Our unit needed some work in the bathroom. The shower surround was cracked, the vanity was damaged and the grout was eroded away. Otherwise the condition was very good.

Our room was nice. The Air Conditioner could barely keep up with the weather. Our room used a window AC unit which I believe all rooms do. The maintenance man that helped us was great.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. They host daily activities for guests that occasionally feature local artists. The suites themselves are very clean and spacious and perfect for travelers looking for a place to relax after a long hike.

Loved our 4 night stay here...right in Sedona. Very close to all local attractions with free parking. Staff is very courteous and helps with setting up local excursions at a discounted rate...well you get discount if you attend a time share presentation...which we didnt mind at all. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. We had the view of the red rock mountains right from our balcony.

Lovely property in an absolutely GORGEOUS area of Arizona. Rooms seem a bit dated, albeit with updated furnishings. However, with so many amazing sights nearby, you dont spend much time in the room. Pool area was always clean and under control. We would definitely stay here again if vacationing to Sedona.

Perfect location West Sedona. Close to great hiking trails and good restaurants. If you want busy downtown Sedona and art gallerys it is only a short drive. Easy to get to Page Spring Winery and Cottonwood. Units very nice, dont expect modern minimalist look. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Home away from home where we could make our own meals. Not made of money so buying groceries and not eating out worked for us so we could afford to stay here.

The condo we got was very nice and clean! The lobby building had games, ice cream and the pool and hot tub were great. Condo was stocked with pool towels and everything you could need. The grounds were very nice and red rock views all around.

Very nice vacation condo complex. Family members from three different states met here for several days of sightseeing, hiking and enjoying family time together. The condo unit was perfect for our group of six adults. Unit was clean, well maintained, and well appointed. Resort staff are wonderful and very helpful. The concierge provide great recommendations for restaurants and arranged pick-up for our jeep tour. The big tub was great after a long day of hiking.would definitely stay here again!

We have enjoyed our stay at Wyndham Sedona. We arrived at night and woke up to the most amazing sights of being surrounded by the famous red rocks! Absolutely breathtaking! The resort was our hub for the first part of our vacation. We visited the Grand Canyon in the north, the native America sites South of Sedona and the petrified forest to the east. We would absolutely stay here again!
