Not sure Id stay again. We had a leak in one of the rooms of the suite we stayed in. Beautiful place that just needs some TLC. Make sure to go down to the creek past the tennis courts. What a great spot that the staff didnt tell us about. We found out from our guide. On site restaurant was mediocre at best.
Very nice location on Oak Creek. All employees encountered were very friendly and helpful; very much appreciated. Pool was warm and very enjoyable even though outside temps were cold. Easy walking to many Sedona in-town shops or restaurants. The hotel suite unit was very nice and clean with very good amenities even though the unit is in need of general updating. Had such a nice time that cant wait to return and would definitely stay again at Los Abrigados Resort.
Suite was huge and clean. The whole area was beautiful and the people were welcoming. Lots of fun parks and trails some free some not so free. Would recommend booking excursions in advance because they tend to sell out quick.
This place was an amazing getaway. We didnt even have to leave the property there was plenty of things to do. Shopping, dining, family activities like mini golf and giant checkers/chess. There was access to the creek which is a beautiful shaded area. The 1 bedroom suites are like little apartments with a small kitchen area so you can bring your own food and cook in the room or on the grills located throughout the property. I will definitely be returning with my family.
Although the resort is centrally located, it feels tucked away. It’s quiet, the grounds are beautiful, and when you want to get out and explore its quick and easy to do so. Our suite was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would love to come back when covid isn’t a thing so we can experience the spa and fitness area.
Amazing resort with all kinds of activities throughout the day for kids and adults. Beautiful old-world feel. Nestled into the Sedona wilderness, yet right off the main drag. So gorgeous. If you go on off-peak times you can get a suite for $90/night. We went on a weekend at the peak season during Thanksgiving and our enormous suite (sleeps 8) with full kitchen and two baths was only $250/night. No better place in Sedona. This just became our new family tradition!
I read a lot of mixed reviews about here, and Im a bit of a princess about where I stay so I was apprehensive. Let me tell you this place is great! Our room was SILENT and we definitely had people staying on both sides of us. The hot tub is huge and great. Only down side is the parking can be tight, but theres plenty of parking down by the lobby. Other downside is poor wifi, but whos here to sit on their computer? Will definitely come back!
The staff have always been respectful and knowledgeable. The residence is set on an amazing property. There are numerous activities available for all age groups on the property. The units could use a little TLC with the aesthetics on the interior & from my last visit we had numerous issues with bugs inside the unit. Overall great location & a great escape from the city life. I would recommend
This was mine and my girlfriends first time to Sedona. This place has it all, it has a mini golf course, basketball court, two large pools and a super fun activity center with crafts to do for young and old. The grounds are well kept and the staff is super helpful when you need them especially the gentleman running the activity center. We will for sure be returning in the future for another stay!
Positive: Location Negative: The shower knob had mold within it. On the underside. Pet hairs found on couch and hairs on linen.
Great location, nice facilities. Grounds could be maintained and landscape elevated on some places. Old growth and mature trees are beautiful but lots of grassy weeds and turf issues. We will be back again but did have some issues on our first visit. Our first room was already occupied and had to wait to get another as well as alot of construction that was greatly limiting parking etc.It was a nice stay overall and look forward to another near future visit.
The room was very dated and has not had any improvements. The window was broken and would not lock and had bugs in the kitchen. But the wasnt the worst thing part of our stay. We checked in and left to go shopping and when we cameback out door key would not work.We went to the lobby and while waiting in line overheard a couple saying they were given keys to a room that had other peoples stuff in it. We realized he was talking about our room and describing our stuff and medical equipment on the night stand. The manager finally came out and could have cared less we were upset. He said we can check out if we wanted. Offered no explanation how a key was given to another guest and no apology at all! This was a invavasion of our privacy and should never have happened especially during a pandemic. The location is the only good thing about this place and not worth the high price.
Positive: Location And friendliness of staff Negative: The spa was not open
Great location. Easy access to the Airport Mesa and Loop Trail. The Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village, close by, is interesting and fun. There are several pools on the property, a pool bar and two restaurants. Tennis & Pickleball courts as well as a park along Oak Creek create access to outdoor activities. We come back again and again!
There are a lot of activities on premises, the staff are very nice and work hard, but this what let me down: the rivets in the headboard kept catching and pulling my hair out and my hair isn’t even that long. OUCH!! The entire town is strictly enforcing a mask requirement which I appreciate, and after a very long day in the sun hiking- all we wanted to do was relax in the very spacious hot tub, but not a single person was wearing a mask and they were all sitting incredibly close to everyone else. I don’t if resort had mask policy but if so- not enforcing it all. So we left sad and took a hot shower instead- grateful for that. The tubs are stained dingy. We will be going elsewhere from here on.
The security staff was so rude to the guests on the premises. I thought this was supposed to be a peaceful getaway but I was wrong. I used to love coming to Tlaquepaque but I dont think that I will return. Worst experience ever! -5/10 chakras were not balanced. Would give zero stars if I could!
Great hotel with an awesome location! Friendly staff! But beware, they have been bought by a timeshare company recently so dooooooont take the free dinner coupon unless you want to waste six hours of your life the next day.
I would go 5 stars, but 2 things held it back. First, the concierge was really a front to sell time shares. We asked a simple wheres the closest pizza joint question, and even that turned into a sales pitch op. So stay away from the concierge unless you are interested. The second negative is that the rooms generally need upgrading. I mean, theyre fine, and spacious, but just dated. We easily overlooked the faults due to the excellent location to Sedona shops/eats. And the facility overall is nice with welcoming grounds, a nice pool/jacuzzi, free laundry, and well maintained landscaping. All-in-all, I would recommend. Also note: they do not have daily housekeeping, so you are basically on your own.
Booked the hotel under the understanding it was well rated with available amenities such as a spa. Considering a one night check in is 400.00+ plus the 300.00 deposit, one would think it was worth the hype. .. It is not....The rooms are outdated and the furniture looks like second hand furniture from Goodwill. The bathtub barely fits one person. The Spa is closed, theres no breakfast service, the web pictures are completely deceiving. Theres no disclosure of the closed amenities until you either call and try to book or talk to the concierge. Adding insult to injury they try to bait and switch you into a 2 hour timeshare presentation in exchange for an additional night stay. Let me be clear, Ive done my share of travel and this is by far the least appealing stay.....
We loved our King Suite with a kitchenette and a pool view so much we extended our stay right when we walked in. Comfy bed, HDMI hookup for laptop, patio area. We thoroughly enjoyed playing basketball and mini golf during our stay. Laundry facilities were awesome.
Love the location and beautiful grounds. The rooms are sufficient, but could use updating. The Spoke & Wheel restaurant is surprisingly very good, no disappointment!
Positive: Location and pricing. Negative: Hotel was one price + tax understandable. Then they tacked on a 26.00 resort + taxed you on top of that for the resort fee. Hotel $--- in taxes.
Reservations online.checked in added extra fees. None of amenities, spa, gym, pool, nothing available due to upgrading. Purpose booking was use Spa n gym!! Didnt give notice. This was Aug closed til Dec earliest. Misleading! Not pet or disability friendly.
We stayed on a Sunday night. Nice, cozy little place with a decent location. Our stay was less than pleasant. Went to the pool Sunday afternoon. Waited 15+ minutes for the bartender. Not because he was busy, because he was nowhere to be found. Ghost. Terrible. Tried calling concierge from our room on 3 occasions. Rang for 5+ minutes each time, with no answer, so we hung up. Tried having a calm, conversation with the front desk why we couldnt get a late checkout considering how dead and vacant the resort was, only to be interrupted and talked over constantly. Then, our A/C didnt work well. Woke up throughout the night sweating. Turned the temp down to 64 at one point, to no avail. Needless to say, we wont be back. If youre looking for cheap, this is the place, if youre looking for any kind of service at all and functioning amenities, look elsewhere.
Los Abrigados is an old resort with some beautiful spots by the river. The rooms are old and need updating, but are very clean. If youre looking for a new upscale resort with modern amenities, this is not the place. Its greatest asset is its location in the center of Sedona right next to Tlaquepaque shopping.
BED BUGS The grounds outside are beautiful but inside our room was another story. The furniture was outdated and uncomfortable with a musty smell. Worst of all, there were roach-like bugs and evidence of bed bugs, as well as large stains on the mattress of the pull out couch we had been sitting on for hours. We decided to switch around the sleeping arrangement so no one had to sleep in it but because of this, we were forced to wake up the two young children we had staying with us in the middle of the night. Needless to say, none of us slept well. The next morning, two of us woke with bug bites and we were all anxious to get out of there. A salesmen called to offer us a second night for only $30 but we declined because we did not feel clean or safe staying there. He suggested a free night at a sister resort to make up for the experience and said a manager would contact us soon. That was at 10am. We called to follow up at 12 and 2, stating a refund would be okay too but that we would like another day in Sedona since this one was ruined. We were told finally that the manager would contact us at his leisure after we submit a formal written request for a refund and that a complimentary stay at a sister property was not going to be offered. We were here for only a short time and though we wanted to love the majesty of Sedona, our trip feels very overshadowed by this horrible experience.
Positive: Great stay! Negative: Hard to get ahold of front desk
Room smelled so bad! My eyes were on fire. No way in HE__ I was even accepting another room! Like a cheap economy apartment. They call this a resort, not even close to it. At Resort pricing, I expected TOP NOTCH! When you pay almost $300 a night you expect $300 a night, not $300 a month! Oh and they will push there time share presentation on you for sure!
Stayed here for our anniversary 32 years ago and decide to come back for our 42nd anniversary this year. The place is very outdated and could use some improvements to the rooms. We were on the second floor and had a nice view from the balcony but on our second day here we woke up to ants in our room. Called front desk and they sent maintenance to spray the room but they never checked back with us to see if the ants went away and did not even have it recorded we notified them of ants when we checked out. Would not recommend this resort for the cost of the stay until they do remodeling of the rooms.
Whatever you read on their website probably isnt true. The pictures were pretty clearly either not from this property or old enough that it doesnt look like this anymore. The swim-up bar in the photos is nonexistent, there are hidden fees (a $30 a day resort fee), there was no view whatsoever from our room, or hardly anywhere else on the property. The concierge aggressively tried to sell us a timeshare before wed even set our bags down (and we arrived at 10pm). The room was a postage stamp with a full bed, even though it was listed as a queen. The Wi-Fi was too slow to be useful for anything. The only reason it gets 2 stars instead of 1 is it was clean and the location was pretty convenient. But otherwise... Not worth it.
Friendly employees, easy check-in, and lovely spacious rooms. This is my third time to stay at Los Abrigados in Sedona and we will definitely return on our next trip to Sedona. After driving back home I realized I left my front bicycle tire in parking lot after loading my mountain bike into the back of my SUV. The front desk manager offered to ship it to me and 2 days later my front tire was reunited with my bike. Now thats some great customer service!
Just spent our 10 year wedding anniversary here. Donny, the F&B Operations Manager, went above and beyond to accommodate us and our special requests. THANK YOU for the awesome level of hospitality and service!!!
Always a good experience- serene atmosphere w awesome customer service and plenty to do to unwind
Positive: Location Negative: No late check-out available
Hey. We’ve stayed at this hotel for two nights on way back from Grand Canyon to Phoenix. The hotel is nice and big with tennis court, !!!! 4 Pickleball courts!!!! Basketball and family golf. Also very nice and big heated swimming pool and big hot tub. Perfect place for Pickleball group weekend or week. The rooms was very nice like one bedroom apartment with a little kitchen, living room and bathroom. We’ve had a whirlpool bathtub on balcony. Very cool. We’re Pickleball players and We’ll definitely stay there again. Enjoy
My son went up on 26 June ‘20, got in at night and when he went to his room there were roaches crawling outside. Sent me a video and said he hoped there wasn’t any inside. Sure enough, he sent a video with roaches running around inside. Talked to management and they gave him a free stay at any of the resorts later on. I’ve stayed at this resort in the past and it seems very dated. Their other properties in Sedona are so much better than this one. We’ve been diamond members for years and this is the first time we’ve ever seen anything like that.
Jorge was argumentative when we first got there and ended up doubling up rooms since the person that was in the room was obviously in the wrong room...so after we finally got to the room we had to walk back down to to get the correct room key which we were telling him in the first place if he would have listened. Other than that it was amazing despite him I will still give five stars.
Positive: The room had plenty of room. Negative: The refrigerator didnt work and maintenance came twice and assured that it would work in a short time.It never did work luckily we had cooler.
When I checked in, a white guy who is one of staffs was pretty rude. But the rest of things of this hotel were the best while Im staying in Sedona. And one thing disappointed me is that I saw the checkout time in the reservation site is noon but the staff told me its 10:00am. It was pretty stressful.
Check in was terrible. The gentleman working mumbled and made no attempt to speak up. We had to ask for him to repeat himself at least 6 or 7 times. Rooms were ok, pretty dated but clean. Beds were uncomfortable, the worst of our hotels during our road trip. Wifi was non-existent in either of our rooms which were on different sides of the property. Walls/roof paper thin. For the prices and resort name I would expect more and would stay at a standard hotel next time in town.
The hotel rooms need to be remodeled. The staff very quick to respond to issues. Great location. Good deal, paid for 2 nights, received 3 nights. Activities team canceled July 3rd activities without a good reason. Not cool, when you planned on activities with your kids.
Beautiful grounds, great restaurants, rooms are updated. In Sedona, so great location, right on Oak Creek. The little mall next to it is fun, and Oak Creek Brewery is on premise, which is first rate.
It was ok. Rooms seem a little outdated and cheap for the price you pay to stay there. Also restaurant used the cafeteria like space instead of the nice restaurant space. For what you pay not worth it
Beautiful property and gorgeous views, but giving 4 stars due to cockroaches inside & outside unit... they did come spray but still way too many cockroaches for me. still reccomend though, very close to shopping & restaurants
Had a good time, stayed here because i had to show some homes i really enjoy it thanks
The 2 night stay here was great! Everyone at the front desk & concierge was nice and pleasant. As a timeshare hotel, of course they had to push their timeshare sales. We didn’t mind giving our time, respectively. The resort is next to Tlequepaque, which was amazing! Walking distance to smaller stores across the street. The parking was very limited, rooms were clean. The rooms were a bit dated and clearly over used, but we didn’t mind it being Sedona. We had a fridge, microwave, fully stocked kitchen, and private patio. The room cards worked just fine, and our neighbors, the squirrels were courteous.
Disappointing.. I dont get rooms often and I decided to treat myself and my daughter to a luxury night instead of my original plan of camping in my car. So I went through Priceline thought I was getting a room at a place with 2 nice pools and a hot tub for $78. Not the case.. with all taxes and fees it was $131. The resort is nice for back in 1986 when it was built. But the room I got was small and outdated. There was a gap under door which might be part of why there were so many random bugs in my room. Also that it doesnt get cleaned well. I found probably 15 bugs and insects while staying one night. The bed is awful!!! My air mattress would have been more comfortable but theres no room to set it up. There was no breakfast offered here and I dont think that is related to covid. Im just glad pool was open.. main reason we stayed. Definitely wont be back here.
Loved that you have access to see the creek. The children liked the pool and the miniature golf areas.
One of my favorite places to stay in Sedona for over 10 years. Check in can sometimes take a bit longer than it should. But it’s a great place and close to many Sedona attractions.
Alexia at the front desk went legit above and beyond. Thank you for giving me your lighter Alexia. You legitimately saved a super bad situation. This is my first time here and will be back soon. Once again Alexia you are the best!!!!!
Positive: It was a beautiful hotel. Ive stayed here many times. Negative: AC was not working properly and it was very hot in the room. Staff finally brought out a floor fan on the second day.
Place is okay. Internet is absolutely terrible... measured in Kbps not Mbps. It did not seem to improve even outside of the room in the pool area or in the lobby. Refrigerator barely chilled items in our particular room which was C211. First time we stayed here we ended up behind the restaurant watching them throw garbage away all day this room was better but the parking kept getting blocked in by delivery trucks. Rooms are a little dated although the TVs are nice. Its a timeshare more than a hotel and that shows. Great to stay here if you have an event at Talquepaque since its an easy stroll but I would not stay here otherwise.
This Resort Rates Right up there with Best Western. The room was totally outdated . When everything was said and done, after resort fees and environmental charges, 253.70 $ a night. No restaurant . No ice, No WaterNo thank you !
Positive: The large room. Negative: I do not like timeshare sales.
Beautiful setting amidst the red rocks and next to the creek.
The grounds and facility were very beautiful and nice. I walked into my room and the first thing I saw were two big beetles. The mattress was unbelievably uncomfortable. I had the hardest time sleeping due to the mattress. I see great potential here but they need to work on a few things.
Excellent service and lovely accomadations. Stay was quite pleasant and relaxing.
My best friend and I Saturday here for his birthday and we got put into a 2bdrm 2bath suite. The views were amazing, the whole apartment was clean and very spacious. I will definitely be going back and recommend this place to anyone. The only negative is the check in and out times. They dont give you a lot of time.
Older, Spanish style resort, but nicely kept and great location. I give it a 4 star for two reasons: (1.) we had trouble at check in and didnt get the rooms we have originally reserved(we did have a larger/multi room group, which complicated things, but still got shorted from what we paid for), and (2.) I tend to prefer the newer modern feel (but, again, well kept property). We havent been able to check out the spa or other amenities, but both times weve been here it has been busy and active people all around. Close walk to several eateries and boutique shopping. Staff is very responsive. The 2 bedroom suite is very spacious! We enjoy staying here!
Very relaxing and beautiful property. Perfect location easy to get to most places.
Be prepared to pay a resort fee when you book, especially if its through a 3rd party site like booking.com. Aside from that, no complaints at all.
Considering the Covid situation, the restaurant had a very reduced menu. Place was relaxing and suite was nice. Would come back again, when everything opens up.
Wonderful resort. Friendly staff, good food and service! The only negative is that the jacuzzi and pool are outside, but both are heated. We went in the winter but surprisingly it wasnt that bad. Would definitely come bk!
Furniture was very outdated, very clean large rooms, friendly and helpful staff with a nice map to get to the room. The large pool and hot tub were clean and both heated nicely. Shopping and restaurants in the same area.
The grounds are GREAT (Mini golf, beautiful walking areas, and nice pools) and they have good customer service, but that’s it!! For what they want you to pay/night you’d think they’d be able to keep up on routine maintenance and spend a little money upgrading the rooms? We had mold coming out of our hot tub on the balcony and No water pressure in the bathroom. It trickled down. They did come out and fix the water pressure right away and tried to make it right. The DEALBREAKER FOR ME IS MY SLEEP!!! If you’re on the 1st floor good luck sleeping! Every time the people above us moved their chair or walked around it was like an elephant stomping around. Every time someone went down the stairs we heard EVERY STEP! White noise can only block out so much!!!I’m not one to complain, I can handle a LOT, but we’ve stayed here 2 to many times. We wanted to get away and rest and relax (anniversary and 5yr old at home)Go spend your hard earned money on a resort that has proper insulation to avoid noise and since Sedona is small you can just come and walk through the shopping on the grounds when you feel like it!Again, The grounds are great, customer service is great, shops and food on site are great, but if I can’t sleep at night I’m not coming back!
Positive: Everything was great Negative: They always kept trying to overcharge for everything had to really watch them.
Positive: Staff nice Negative: room was so small you could bearly walk in it very old was not what I expected at all will not ever go back
Nice place to stay, big apartment, has kitchen .Customer stuff very professional. Romantic place to stay.
Positive: Normally our favorite in the whole Sedona area. Negative: When itâ€s over 100 degrees and there is no power, hence no air conditioning and Iâ€m charged for the stay it left me frustrated. If you came to my restaurant and got cold food because the power was out, Iâ€m sure you wouldnâ€t wan
If you are disabled, find another place. This has been a very frustrating stay. Paths lead to stairs, non-navigable for wheel chairs or scooters. Door dash delivered to the front desk, rather than navigate the complicated paths, which meant I had to figure out a non stair path to the front desk. The “hot tub” jacuzzi, that I had to pay extra for, that I use for my legs, was completely useless. No safety bars, I would have to clean it myself before use, and would not be able to get out at all. I changed rooms because the first room had stairs, only to have to try to force my scooter up a very steep incline to get in and out of the second room. Disabled parking is non existent. A huge dumpster blocked the only disabled parking spot near my room. Getting in and out of a car with very little space, those of us who are disabled know it is near impossible. . Then, opening the door, I discovered only some rooms have a washer dryer combo. I have had to hand wash my clothes because the nearest washer dryer is on the other side of the campus. Also, have found live bugs and dead bugs in my room. Over all, not a good experience.
This place is in a great location. But is very outdated. Looks like the rooms have not been updated since the 80s..
This is NOT what we expect from Diamond. Love Sedona... hate this place. Motel 6 feel. NOT a resort. Will NEVER stay here again!
Amaizing place, my kids have so much Fun
Really nice resort in the most beautiful part of the south west!
If i could have given 0 (zero) stars i would have!!!! This place is by NO means a Resort of any kind. We booked a room, opened the door and bam, the smell of what I dont know, it hit me hard and made you eyes water. Called the front desk, waited 10 minutes and no one called us back. We left, checked out and ran. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! They will try and do the time share sell on you too!!
Great resort, lots of activities, like pickle ball, tennis, basketball, mini golf, etc. Next to a creek. Big rooms with a kitchen and balcony, many barbecues and picnic tables. Great location. We will definitely go back.
We had a delightful experience at Los Abrigados! The grounds are filled with fragrant roses and soothing fountains. In walking distance are quaint shops and delicious restaurants. The Eco Course Mini Golf taught us a lot about being one with nature. Our stay was a much needed peaceful reset. Although the peace was occasionally shattered by sirens indicating someone was trying to get out of their timeshare. The concierge was super knowledgeable and helpful. We had questions about the area, which she suggested googling. Then they offered us a helicopter ride, 2 people for $59. What an amazing deal!! It was a little weird that we had to check in 3 hours before the flight left. It turns out we had to listen to a timeshare presentation. We tried to make a run for it, but were intercepted and placed in a van that took us back to where the magic all happens: the Preview Room.Anyway, after a 14 minute helicopter ride, we now own 2 timeshares, were forced to convert to Scientology, and joined a healing crystal of the month club. I dont regret a minute of it!
Positive: The property and rooms are very nice. Negative: N/A
Positive: Walking distance to restaurants and “uptown†area. Negative: The hotel room had a musty smell. The hotel itself had a run down feel. It clearly hasnâ€t been updated in any capacity for a long time.
A solid 4.5 stars! The kind staff, outdoor hot tub, and heated pool will keep me coming back. The hotel offers a great capstone to a day of hiking: soak in the lovely hot tub, surrounded by Sedonas sculpted red rock & the bright night sky. Why not five stars? Despite great charm, the hotel physically shows its age in places.
Quiet, nice rooms with balcony and a lovely view of the red rocks not to mention a gorgeous private creek on grounds. Perfect for families, outdoor sports, mini golf, large chessboard... perfect for photos & a great view all around! We will definitely be returning soon :)
My sister gave a one night stay to me and my wife for our 1 year anniversary. We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival at how extravagant this resort was as we have been to Sedona multiple times but never to this resort. The service was extremely friendly and helpful and explained all of the additional bonuses that we had access to. We were able to get a 200$ jeep ride for 20$! The room was huge and very clean! The pool and spa area was amazing and had a great atmosphere. Definitely excited to go back!
One of the most amazing places we have stayed. The grounds are unbelievable. We had a 1 bedroom deluxe and it was HUGE. We will only stay here when we come to Sedona. And we will be visiting Sedona more because of this place.
It was the worst hotel. Booked 2 room. They sold one of mine and was sold out. Gave us a room that was having repairs by room so had to walk completely around.AC wasnt working. Then called at 11pm to switch room. When turned on light over a dozen Roaches crawling around all over . Asked to speak to GM. He wont call me back and they dont care about guest. They dont want to deal with anything. Still charged me for room over $250.00. Dont ever stay there. This was our 1st and last time.
The is an old resort that has been upgraded somewhat. The grounds are beautiful bordering oak creek. Units have a small refigerAtor and cook top.
The hotel is old but nice. I did not like that the AC did not work and we had to get a fan from the front desk. Also, the pool has a lot of restrictions and the kids couldnt even play or use toys. The check in and check out was fast. But is OK over all. Would find somewhere else to stay next time we go to Sedona.
This is a magnificent resort! Beautiful old Spanish style.
Positive: Great location Big rooms Beautiful weather Negative: Everything closes early Rooms are a little antiquated Bed was good but creaky
My room was clean and cool with a great view. My bed and pillows were comfortable. I loved the property and location. They have a park like setting right next to the creek. There are many activities like mini golf, a big checkers/chess board, sport courts and a labyrinth. The restaurant Spoke and Wheel was pretty good. I liked their mai tais. This property is right next door to the Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village that has several dining options. The pool and jacuzzi were great. All the staff I encountered were very nice. I would stay here again. It’s a great deal.
Friendly staff and quiet surroundings. Right next to Talaquepaque.
Positive: Very close to shopping, quiet, restaurants nearby, very friendly staff Negative: No
Decent hotel rooms, worth for what we paid but resort fee is nonsense, gym and jacuzzi are closed, and internet? I am using my cellular internet to comment here.
The resort is good! It has a nice area to relax also next to Tlaquepaque! But the problem was the room! Really old and a bunch of roaches! I called service desk to tell them about roaches and they sent someone to help me! The person came to my room 10m later around 9:30pm with a pesticide bottle and he told me to spray it inside the room and open the windows!! I didnt know what to say!! probably thats the concept of the place do it by yourself I was expecting more for the place and the costumer service
Very nice resort, its more like small condos than a hotel and the rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. The room I stayed in had a kitchenette and a sitting room. The location is close to town, a short walk to Starbucks for that morning coffee.Very close to shops and art galleries. Ill be coming back
