Very spacious condo with 2 floors, a sizeable bedroom, 3 beds (2 queens in couches), great mountain views, a nearby spring, multiple spas, quick access from parking and a very clean appearance. The staff was also friendly and helpful. They have a large dinner table, a complete kitchen for taking care of things on property and the location of the resort is perfect for getting to hiking, sightseeing, restaurants and gift shops without time or trouble. I very highly recommend visiting. Additionally, the price was much less than most competitors (without a separate resort fee that most others impose) and it offered MUCH more.

Well supplied, large unit big enough to sleep 8. Indoor and outdoor pool, and outdoor spa. Family activities and a playground for smaller children. Gas grills and picnic tables. Very clean and responsive to public health concerns regarding COVID-19. Quick and easy check in. Laundromat on site. Very close to grocery store and shopping plaza, right off Main St. Only about 8/10 of a mile from Sunset Park which has great amenities like a splash pad, tennis courts and a variety of playgrounds. Also a very quick drive to some great hiking trails. Very family friendly. We have been here before, and plan on coming again!

It was a great place to stay. It had everything I needed. Unfortunately when I first checked in they gave me a room that was already occupied. They switched me to another room which was closer to parking than the first so that was a plus and the pool and Jacuzzi were right outside my door which I probably would not have used if it was further away. The refrigerator ran constantly which kept me awake the first night I didnt tell them about it because I didnt want to change rooms again. It was a bit of a walk to the parking area but was well lit. I would recommend this resort.

One of the smaller Wyndham Resorts I have been to, but this quaint, little spot was absolutely SEDONA. The inside was Pueblo style with a propane fireplace (I loved) and had a beautiful view of the red rocks above. Location was perfect as all the major spots were within 6 to 12 minutes. Staff was exceptional and made us feel absolutely welcomed.

We had an excellent time staying here! It was perfect for our family of five, we look forward to staying there again.

This was our 2nd stay at the Sedona Springs Resort. Our trip was a short get away from the heat of the Phoenix Valley. Staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The kitchenette makes a quick breakfast or lunch much more convenient. we will be back.

Nice room for two. They called when the room was ready so we were able to check in an hour early. Pool and hot tubs were great. Close to downtown.

First the needed out planted #s. the place was hard enough to find, no one is parking there unless theyre staying. Once we got to the room we found the tub nob laying beside the faucet, all that needed to be done is slide it back on right. Later on we were watching tv and I put my phone in the little drawer in the stand next to the couch. I go to get my phone and my finger touches something. I opened the drawer all the way and theres an empty box of CONDOMS. GREAT CLEAN, not. How hard is it to open the drawer and make sure theyre empty. The room was nice but wondered how clean it was if they didnt find a box

We had so much room in our two bedroom it was great, updated and clean. The outside hot tub was a plus too after a long day of hiking or seeing the sites.

Comfortable and spacious units. Beautiful central courtyard landscaping with a nicer little fake creek and nice pools and playground. Didnt go in the hot tubs so cant speak to those. Good service. Only losing a point for the fact that there were no chains or other mechanism high up on the doors that go outside and they wouldnt put one on when we asked. So, we had to duct tape the deadbolt to the lever handle in order to keep my toddler from escaping. Picture is taken from an upstairs window in the unit we stayed in.

This hotel harassed us and accused us of things that never happened. I will never be staying here again. This customer service is absurd. I am in absolute shock that after being falsely accused of things, I explain to them that this didnt happen and they have the wrong person and he just battled me and didnt believe me. Its unfortunate a business could do this, its a shame and thoroughly embarrassing for them. I would not recommend staying here. I will never be back nor spend money on a place that treats their GUESTS with such disrespect. Never again.

Excellent location for everything you need. Starbucks was a minute walk Safeway and Bashas grocery stores were 3 minute walk. Super clean rooms and great front service help

Will not stay here again!! This resort treated me and my guests very disrespectfully. We stayed here for 2 nights for my friends birthday and they continuously wanted to harass us on things that we were not responsible for. As paying customers, guests-who paid to be there, they accused us of very absurd things and refused to talk to us respectfully about the things we did. Then charged us after the fact without showing us the proof. I am still in disbelief over the experience of this resort. Honestly would not stay here, unless you enjoy management harassing you.

Beautiful restaurant. Unfortunately our waiter was quite rude as we were finishing up and essentially told us the kitchen had been closed for an hour so we should hurry it up (it hadnt). This was after we had waited 20+ minutes for him to clear our plates and take our dessert order. The food and ambience were wonderful however. You just dont expect to be chastised when spending this much for a meal.

Property is located in a fantastic spot. Easy access to shopping and restaurants, away from all the busy construction and traffic going on presently. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very much enjoyed the pool and hot tub, they were well-maintained and in great condition. The rooms were clean and stocked with all the basics you need from dish soap to silverware. This would’ve been a five star review instead of the four it has received if the refrigerator wasn’t so noisy. It was knocking like a woodpecker for the duration of the stay. Made it tough to sleep through the night for all who were in the room.

Several outdoor pools and an indoor pool which is largely empty, useful in the time of Covid. Super helpful maintenance crew and very responsive front desk. Our room was great and had everything we needed.

Love this place! Extended my stay by 4 nights, I like it and its location that much. Three hot tubs, pool, lovely rooms, rolling luggage racks! Good bed, very functional kitchenette in my studio; big, nice pool specific towels as well as puffy bath towels, beautiful art work with stained glass, local artists. They have lots of activities like movies, art classes etc here at the resort, but I loved just being in my own vibe. Barely heard any noise from other units. Very reasonable rates! Similar to hotels, but with more amenities. 5 min to Airport Mesa Energy Vortex and really easy to get to anything Sedona! Love Sedona! I will be back!

A really nice, well priced villa located in the heart of Sedona, very close to towncenter, Slide Rock, Red Rock loop, etc. The villas are like little townhouses with one bedroom in the first floor and one on the second. The second floor also has a porch (perfect for stargazing at night) and a Murphy bed. The facility features a pool, playground and small putting green. (The gym was closed) Only downside was no laundry in the villa itself but there was one on-site.

We rented the 2 bedroom loft. We had 2 couples and 2 kids. Plenty of room and both couples loved the privacy of their suites. Close to everything. Great experience. We are already planning next years vacation and staying at this resort.

Second time here and let me tell you it was a wonderful stay just like the first time I would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. Clean room, front desk is a awesome crew, property is well kept up with. Amenities was also nice See you on our next family vacation

My family and I really loves the room. It was 8 of us and is had enough space for all of us. Room had everything in it. Dishes,stove,etc I mean it was like a little townhome. Only thing is that there seasonal pool was not heated. It said it was a heated pool but the water was cold. Indoor pool was close due to construction. But overall very beautiful room.

We stayed here for 8 days in April. The resort is beautiful with gardens and the smell of flowers and sounds of birds. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Front desk is very nice and location is convenient to a lot of things. Very good rates as well. I would definitely return.

Beautiful views condos are fully furnished everything you need is stocked extra towels blankets.. bed is very comfortable well worth every penny....

Lousy luggage carts and runty pillows on the beds are my pet peeves. The resort is very convenient and the layout is great for us.

The property was really nice, but there was not much of a view out of the units. The studio units were on the ground level with a large wall where there could have been a view. There was not much help at the front desk as far as hiking trails, etc. but one of the front desk ladies needs to have a raise in pay, extra vacations and a company car! LOL. Her name is Markaela, (sp?) and she went out of her way to fix up a quirk in the Expedia reservation.The indoor pool was down for maintenance, and that was a bummer, but the hot tubs were nice. Clean rooms, great beds, Definitely a Gold Crown resort. Near Grocery stores and Whole Foods, and lots of restaurants.

The two bedroom was very spacious! 1 and 1/2 kitchens well supplied. Quick service from staff for extras. Hot water seemed to run out quickly. Hot tub could have been warmer.

It was good but kitchenette lacks a stove its a counter top burner. And our neighbors must have prepared fish the night before and the smell lingered to the point of having to change rooms. The room itself was nice with a King bed and couch (folds out) and a dining table. The bathroom was good, no garden tub, etc., very basic. The staff was very helpful though and had some great activities. There is a cozy sitting room upstairs from the lobby to get a different place to read, watch t.v. and relax. Even got a great sunset picture setting over Coffee Pot Rock from up there!

The staff and maintenance people are very fast. The villas are spacious with great layout.I read that some think the appliances are outdated, yet they work and they are authentic. You dont replace authentic, it detracts from the ambience of Native American perfection.Each of our doors seem to exit onto a deck or a patio with table and chairs for 2. I feel the unit is designed for 3 couples ton share with one king (bedroom) and two fold out queen rooms. Unit 4 is just perfect to great the morning sun and a great view to the east.The only complaint Ive heard my family make is the kitchen arch window to the west could use a means to block the setting sun.A/C is powerful although the registers are oldschool design and to adjust airflow is a small task.PS to the owners, the main vent above the sofa sleeper in the main TV room had a piece of foam blown off somewhere deeper from within your ventilation workings. So the register wasnt able to close until I pried out the piece. Its okay now.I would surely stay here again if the opportunity arises.My wife told me to make the bed before the picture. Which she is doing now.

Sedona is absolutely gorgeous! One of my favorite vacation destination. Everyone here is so nice too!

Enjoyes our stay. Rooms are great and everything was very relaxing. Great location within Sedona. Close to everything. Try an ice cream at Black Cow Cafe, breakfast at the airport or over at the Coffe Pot. The 1 bedroom units here are very nice with the loft. Staff is attentive and the init was fully stocked.

This place really suited our needs. Spacious, clean, comfy, updated recently (it looked like) . . . And except for one meal, we ate 6 days worth of food right there (or packed from there on hikes). A great experience and a great home-base for us.

This place was wonderful! The staff was super friendly and we had tons of room. The place was clean and convenient to Starbucks, restaurants, grocery stores, and the trails. In addition, Im pregnant so it was nice to see that they had a ton of pillows and blankets already in the room. They also had a pull out sofa bed so I didnt have to lug this big baby belly upstairs that much. My husband and I would totally stay here again.

We LOVED Sedona Springs! Friendly staff, well maintained public areas, and our condo was immaculate. We enjoyed the gym and the pool and there are several hot tubs as well. Literally 5 minutes from Uptown Sedona, and you have amazing views! Great location for hiking trails. Our kids have already said they would love to come back again.

Quiet timeshare property. Close enough to all the activities and far enough to relax. Right on the local bus route (every 45 minutes during peak hours). Well worth the $1 ticket per ride per person.

This was a beautifully maintained place with a very large and comfortable room. The price was very reasonable, with a decent view from our patio. We sat on the patio in the morning and watched the sun rise.

Good location in Sedona West district. Can walk to many local restaurants and shops. Grocery store and gas also near by. Efficiency studio is good for 2 people but tight for any more than that. 1 bedroom unit is huge: 1br with king bed, large master bath with tub, shower, washer and dryer, loft with pull out couch, living room with pull out, kitchen, dining area, and half bath. Can fit 2 adults and 4 kids. You can also have adjoining 1 br and studio where we fit 4 adults and 5 kids total. Rooms are clean and pretty updated. Grounds are simple but well maintained. 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, 4 hot tubs, laundry facilities, putting green, gameroom, gym.

Our stay at this property was excellent. We had ample room for our entire family. Four swimming pools to choose from and my family loves to swim. We were walking distance to restaurants and short drives to everything else. Loved the rooms and beds were comfortable. We had two bedrooms and three sofa beds for extra sleeping room. A balcony off of both bedrooms and one off the living room. The fireplace was not functional because of the time of year, but was beautiful to look at. We were very happy with our stay. Would definitely come back.

I stayed for a week, they never cleaned my room and when we asked for them to clean the room midweek they told my husband it would cost more. They seemed frustrated when we went to the front desk, they asked us to call on the house phone we told them over a half dozen time the phone is not working. I have never heard of paying extra after you check in for house keeping in.

This was a great place for my family and my friends family to stay. Huge, clean condo. The pools were great. We primarily used the larger of the three and it had a view of the mountains. This place is also close to the great aiport trail and coffee pot mountain amongst others. Lots of restaurants around too. Will be staying here again someday.

This place is nice and close to everything. Staff here are friendly. Great activities at the resort if you want to stay in. Pools and hot tube are well taken care of. The girls swam every night we were here.

Orbitz dropped the ball on this one. Customer service is DEFINATELY NOT your prority. The hotel itself is rated on the same level. For THREE days i attempted to change my hotel reservation. Each day i was told nothing can be dome without a managers approval. Funny thing about that is the manager was NEVER available. Regardless of the messages i left and the call backs i requested. I never recieved one. Its now three days past my reservation and not a single thing was done. You as my booking advisors so have done more on your part. I bought your booking protection which didnt help me ONE bit. I will NEVER be using orbitz again. Money is obviously all that matters to this business. Well my money means alot to me too! And i feel like ive been robbed. I had high expectations for such a lowly company. If i can give any advice on improvement, besides the lack of customer service....id reccommend job sourcing customer service representatives that speak english CLEARLY. That alone was quite aggrevating.

6 foot deep pool

Were here for a week and this place is amazing. Very peacefu, with nice indoor and outdoor pools, and gym. Great clubhouse with Native American crafts, beads, pottery, and the like activities. They have a gift shop, and the staff and maintenance crew are spot on hospitable. The town has kind of a Native American Shaman lets heal oneself with holistic meditation and medication feel to it.Our room is beautiful sleeps up to 6 with additional options to sleep 8 in some units.The hot water is a little slow arriving, but when here its HOT.I believe the big draw here is vortex local named places of energy . Enter the meditation, relaxation attitude.Apparently Sedona is a center spot ringed with villages of the Native American, at least it was in the old days now its kind of an opportunity to sell Center for them.Decor is beautiful with a lot native made picture frames surrounding red rock photos, mirrors, or native art.My favorite piece? Grandma or grandpa cacoon emerging flowing white hair bathroom buddy.

We tried staying here. Nice place. The room was cute. We planned to stay for two nights but ended up leaving the same night we got there but not due to any fault of the hotel. My wife cannot sleep in a regular bed but she tried but couldn’t get comfortable so she tried to sleep sitting up on the sofa but couldn’t get comfortable (she has to sleep in a recliner), so we packed up and went home. Bummer

Beautiful place, but i broke my phone on the cool decking ugh!

Just a warning that some gps system can’t find this place. I had both Google & Apple Maps open. They both took me all the way north, thru 89, then a u-turn back onto south 89. I finally found Northview road. Then it took me up Ross street then back to Northview street. Then I saw their sign & turned into the resort.

The room only had one window that was shaded by the patio, so the room was rather dark.

Great place to stay for the price. The suites have full kitchens and very nice bathrooms, the master with a large Jacuzzi tub.I dropped one star off because the mattress was really not comfortable at all. It was not a pillow top. They could make this place way better just by picking up some memory foam mattress pads from Costco.

Location is excellent. Within easy walking distance of several restaurants, Starbucks and a nice, local grocery store. Units are neat, clean and well maintained. Hot tub and sauna is also a plus. My week here was very relaxing!

Definitely one of the best resorts have ever stayed at. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I especially liked that they had crafts and different things for small children to do. Everything about the resort was top tier. I would highly recommend this resort to friends and family.

Starting to get a little run down but spa was clean and hot and views from our second story balcony were a bit blocked but nice.

The resort is huge and the surrounding areas are beautiful. We like it very much.

Its older but has everything. Its so close in. The big bed is comfortable. Pretty sterp steps going up to the loft.

Beautiful, scenic location with plenty to explore nearby (nature hikes, bike paths etc. restaurants & shops). Accommodations are lovely & comfortable. Even printing boarding passes for the flight home was effortless, thanks to the computer setup in the lobby with printer & direct links to all major airlines on the desktop. It is clear this place goes above & beyond to meet visitors expectations & share an exceptional experience.

Love Sedona springsI have been an owner at Sedona springs since 1994! It is one of the best time shared I have stayed in .I have been in hundreds all over the world!It has great management and it is well maintained.It has been updated about 3 years ago. They just went with black appliances due to cost and easier to maintain.Its I. A perfect area with great views of the of coffee pot rock. Hiking trails all in walking distance. Close to grocery stores Bashes and Safeway. Coffee pot restraint down the street about a mile..Bonus it is away from downtown so you dont have to go through the traffic Everytime you need to go to the store. But down town is maybe 5 miles.It has laundry if your staying in just the studio room. The 1 bedroom with loft with a bed and sofa bed down stairs by the fireplace place lock off room or studio which has King bed and hide- a -bed. Full refrigerator and stove top and microwave..Us washer and dryer in each unit.Swimming pool and 3 Jacuzzis, work out room and a great lounge area with beautiful views. You can also use the indoor pools next door.Gas bbq griis and picnic area. Like I said I love this place my home away from home!

Excellent small resort. The staff are friendly and good at providing service. The location is great and the hottubs are great. The outdoor grills are nice to have. It is great that the front office has a window cleaning station for the car windshields. The programs provided are great.
