Came for the 330pm cruise on 12/14/2019, which was 30mins, wanted to get something to Commemorate the cruise. Went to the store and the door was still open so I was about to walk in at the same time i notice it said it close at 4pm. Before i could fully open the door and ask if they was close. This black lady about 35yr old rush to the door, yell in a unprofessional and rude tone said we close, we close and push me and my wife out the way and close the door. If this is the consumer service you have I wouldnt want to shop here at all

The Mission Bay location just off 5 was So Mucho Better!!Lots of parking, not corporate run, and Fabulous Hotel Discounts, like lux high-rises room on Harbor Isle for $99 the last time!!Super Friendly... Welcoming.Ahh, the Good Old Days of SD (PBs Spice Rack bakery for huge omelettes and A+ smoothies...Senor Picos in Old Town,,, 70s cheap rents and immaculate uncrowded highways...)

My two year old son enjoyed the ride but my husband thought it was way over priced for what you get. Im giving 3 stars in respect of them keeping these type of train rides alive.

Staff here really makes your day! they make you feel like San Diego is beautiful by its people. They know that youre a visitor who needs to relax and get away from the world, and they do that professionally :) thx for making my visit awesome

This is a nice place to stop by and get information about San Diego, managed by Old Town Trolley which is the company I work for, we focus on customer service, information and ticket sales, the Hop on Hop Sightseeing Tours, Seal Tours, La Jolla Beach Tours and more are sold here, you can also get discounted tickets for the San Diego Zoo, Safari Park, Legoland, Seaworld, Harbor Tours and more. Please expect a nice greeting from the wonderful people working there, they are there to help you. Come and get some free maps, guides, brochures. Unfortunately, there are no restrooms located inside.
