This place is wonderful! Ms. Lana has a small petting zoo with many animals for everyone to pet. One of my favorites is Penelope the Jerusalem donkey. Jerusalem donkeys are very special. Penelope has a sweet and gentle disposition. And she loves to have her sides scratched. One of my other favorites are the geese. These birds love to talk to you! There are bunnies, Japanese silkies chickens, friendly goats, pigs and piglets, a beautiful turkey and beautiful ponies to ride. The Alpacas are beautiful. Miranda and Joe were so courteous, friendly and helpful. You could tell they love the animals and the animals love them. Theres several pavilions to rent to have parties and several different playgrounds for the kids to play. One of the play areas has giant sling shots that you shoot at different targets in an area. So fun! Theres also riding stables in the back. Did I forget to mention HAY RIDES? We had So much fun there! Theres even a hand washing station there. We cant wait to go back. Visited for the first time with my family and we enjoyed it. Lots to see and do! There are animals to pet and feed, a tractor ride, plenty of pumpkins and a hay maze that looked pretty cool! Military discount. They also had food, plenty of seating to take a break. Our little one enjoyed that mini pumpkin patch. Will go again!!

Shout out to owl Creek Farm San Antonio! This place is such a beautiful sanctuary. My family and I visited their pumpkin patch this and boy were we in for a surprise! There are acres of land and animals to pet and enjoy. They are well-cared for and loved. The staff and owners are so kind and have excellent customer service! Ideal locale for children to pick pumpkins. Lots to do for them. Theres a little playground, a sandpit filled with corn instead of sand, animals to pet and feed, a hay maze and another maze you can ride a trailer through. Great selection of pumpkins, and well priced. Staff seemed friendly from what interaction I did have with them. Oh, and theres a potato sling shot. Wicked.

Owl Creek farm is a hidden liitle farm on West San Antonio, I actually like that about it. Its family owned and well kept. The staff is great and the amenities are good. I would recommend it to anyone, its within the city and fun for the kids. I would not drive a long way to visit though. Having birthdays there is very cool, pony rides, animal petting and feeding, hay ride and lots of fun things to do with small rides and play houses. Very nice little place. It needs so work on the road to enter and the advertising outside.

Great pumpkin path!! Great price and so worth it!! Fun for the whole family.Petting zoo, pony rides, hay rides, concessions. They have a patch with large pumpkins and a patch with mini pumpkins. I mostly love this place because of the colors. It us so bright and fun! I loved the train ride especially.. but it was a but freaky because of the Halloween design... which I still loved! I still hope to visit again♡

This place was great. A lot of photo opportunities were set up around the farm. Cute animals like baby pigs, bunnies, etc. can be seen. The corn pit was a hit with my family.Only negative, there seemed to be A LOT of people and parking is a hassle.Very dusty, so dont wear things you wouldnt want ruined.I did see people with dogs, so that was nice to see as well

Loved this place. A lot of space for kids to run around and play, prices were not too bad. Definitely recommend for good pictures and some very cute animals(bunnies, pigs, ducks, horses).

Admission is $8 a person. The reason I’m rating 3 stars is because their food is extremely pricey. Drinks alone are $5 with no refills. The day I went it was 90 degrees and they had a snow cone stand/tent and no one running it. They said they ran out of ice and they weren’t selling anymore. In my opinion I feel like they could’ve had someone to grab some ice and start selling something to keep everyone cool. So many families standing around the tent wanting snow cones. I did like the petting areas of all the animals.

My family and I went here for the first time today. They were out of goat food, train was broke, only one bench to sit at to eat for the hundreds of people that were out there and their pumpkins were not a patch. They were bought and brought in. Wasnt the worst but Ive definitely been to better. Wont be going back.

More like a dirt road with amenities. BUT lots for little kids to do, play and get dirty. $6 for military 8$ for civilian. Extra $$ for long rides, goat food & tractor ride. Its not much of a patch but there are a lot of pumpkins laying out to pick from. Hay maze. My kids had a great time. Parking is limited so go early!

This Haunted Trail Hike was AMAZING! Its setup is spookTacular! Just like a haunted house but Literally in the woods. Depending on what direction you wonder through it was a good 40 minutes if not longer. The props are creepy and the multiple actors in costumes Made this a great Haunted experience! Well a group of friends and I decided to check out the daytime haunted hike. At the “gate” we had to pay but no one seem to understand that the “haunted hike” was a separate cost and it was a lot of confusion but the “ hike “ wasn’t even what I would call an actually hike, it’s more for little kids maybe at nighttime it’s different but I wasn’t impressed then the park huge rocks everywhere and it was just overall something I wouldn’t go back to do. Save your money and go on a free trail at one of the Salado Creek Trails.

I have a teen and a toddler. They both had fun, very family friendly. Wear appropriate clothes and shoes because this is an actual farm so theres lots of rocks and dust. We did the train ride, day time hike, maze, mini and regular pumpkin patch and saw all the animals. We all wore masks and the parking was packed but we parked right at the front. Theres always parking right by the entrance where the line forms to buy tickets. They take cash and card but we took cash just in case. Lots of people brought their strollers, wagons, and push cars for their kids. Theres plenty of room for those items on the grounds.

$8 admission for civilians. They have some metal swings which were burning hot under the sun ofcourse. Pony rides, goat feed, train ride (which was really just a lawn mower pulling some barrels) are all extra $$. They have pumpkins but not really a punpkin patch or even a farm. Haunted hike is $5 per person and $10 per person at night - we skipped it as it didnt seem to be worth it. Most people were not social distancing or wearing masks. An employee was smoking on the grounds right among children. Only portable lavs. For that price, there are alot better pumpkin patches/farms to go to. Dont recommend this place.

The kids and ourselves really enjoyed the Pumpkin Patch and the activities. The pony ride and all their activities plus the maze.

If anyone is going thinking people will wear masks and practice social distancing you are wrong. There is hand sanitizer in some places but as far as any other precautions they are slim to none. Also was very crowded and they weren’t limiting people at all. Not happy we went wasn’t fun trying to dodge people with no masks and telling my kids they couldn’t do most the things because no one wore masks.

Great time! Especially for families, I only wish they had baskets or something to help carry pumpkins out.

Beautiful! Nothing better then the outdoors it is the cutest hidden farm. Pony rides were awesome my kids had a blast. They came home exhausted. Be prepared to get dirty its a bit muddy with lots to climb. Plenty of photo spots. Best outing weve had in a while. Must visit!

I had a terrible experience today at this farm. The ground was filled with sand and stones. Stones made it very hard to walk. The dust made me sick. Couldnt even stand there for 10 minutes. The parking situation was terrible. It was limited. There were some activities for kids - very limited though. The pumpkin patch was very disappointing. Not recommended for adults. Wasted my Sunday afternoon at this place. Never going again!!

Terrible Experience. An admission ticket costs $8 which I paid for with a credit card, and these people SCAMMED me. I was charged $30 for an $8 ticket to my bank account!Be sure to check the people who charge your card and make sure they charge the right amount, rather than scam you for profit.

Visited for a birthday party. This area is perfect for big birthday parties. Plenty of activities and room for children to run around.

It was so amazing the animals and the hay ride and the horse ride and petting the animals feeding them to.

This place is alright for small kids. Parking area is not great especially if it has rained. It really is just a spot for kids to play at and learn little about animals. Not your usual farm. Just toys laid around and some goats, chickens, pigs, horses, sheep.

This is an assume place. Fun for every. Something for everyone. I dont have kids but its a blast to watch them ride the horses and interact with the farm animals. They so enjoy the play ground. Its shady and nice even during the summer.

Over charge, I had a baby. Got charged for a child. My fault, I gave her an extra $20. The bills got stuck. It was to hot, do not go above 80°F. It was extremely rocky for seniors.

So much fun! Play equipment for kids of all ages, animals to feed and pet--you can even go in some of the pens--and a very pretty hayride. Even grownups can play on some of the things. Everyone was nice, too. Highly recommend.

Came here with my nephews and it was fun at first look but when you walk inside it’s nothing but a rundown place with cheap entertainment for the kids with very rude employeeswe walked in to the petting zoo while there was an employee there and she continued to make remarks about my nephews when we finally decided to leave the employee was gone and i wasn’t sure how to lock up the gate and when she came back she made the remark to another employee saying that oh look they didn’t close the gate now no one gets to go in the petting zoo she said this multiple times. How is this our fault we are not the employee so how should we know how to close the gate this completely ruined our time there

I was disappointed in the hayride...was hoping for a horse driven wagon. The face painting was a rip off. They had a school child do it that couldnt even do a snowflake. Otherwise they had lots to do for the kids and had wagons available for those who couldnt do the long walks.

This ìs an amazing place to visit farm animals, and to pet and feed them. We were there for a school field trip. The owner explained howto take care of each animal.And theres an optional pony ride.There is also a unique playground for kids to play.

My family and I absolutely love this place. Its a small farm with big personality that makes the experience less overwhelming for my little ones. They live the play items and its definitely a cute place for a quick photo shoot.

Pictures dont do this location justice, its way bigger than pictures show, they have a corn maze, multiple parts to a petting zoo, lots of pumpkins to pick from, a tractor hay ride, an area for you to book birthday parties, and cute photo setups. The only downfall is that the parking is very dirty and tight, that it does cost to get in, and that the photo set ups are in direct sunlight which is no good for photos as its too harsh and causes people to have to squint and everything else. This farm seems to have things going, might I suggest you start selling t-shirts and such to top all the other pumpkin patches and get your name out there more!

Took the kids to the pumpkin patch this weekend. They loved all the animals. There were tons of beautiful pumpkins to pick from. Photo ops were great. We will be back.

While in SA visiting with my kids my dad told me about this place. It was a great place to take my kids (ages 3 and 1) because they love animals. There is also a playground. This place is nothing fancy but its great for kids, and even adults. My daughter got to play with goats, sheep, bunnies and got to ride a pony. There were also a couple of birthday parties going on, wish there was a place like this where I live because I would have all our parties there!

My family and I visited and absolutely loved it! Plenty of different animals to look and play with, very clean, and a wonderful play ground for the kids. There are cute areas to use for fall pictures, and a beautiful pumpkin patch!

Staff is very friendly & the entire place has such a family friendly vibe! It’s a great place to spend the day, you’ll have tons of fun! There are so many animals and a lot of fun activities to do!!!! It’s also a great place for picnics & parties!

You will definitely leave feeling bamboozled. $8 admission for small children only to be disappointed by the total lackluster and false advertisement. The photos online show it to be a pumpkin Wonderland, but no, theres only about 100 pumpkins. Nothing at all similar to whats shown online. And they will still need to charge u for any pumpkins, since the $8 admission on the 1,000 plus visitors daily isnt enough. Dont waste your time. U dont get to see what anything looks like until after they charge u as well.

My daughter had her birthday party here The staff was really nice and helpful they are very communitie as I started planning 2 month ahead and would answer any and all of questions. The day of the a party was great the unicorn looked just as my daughter dreamed of and had a blast will deffently be visit again

Had a wonderful time at a birthday party here. So much to do for kids of all ages. I also think its a great use of space that might otherwise be overlooked. Loved the animals. Horses, goats, sheep, turkey, chickens, rabbits. My two year old loved holding the rabbits and petting the newborn goat.

Our entire family loves this place, it is so much fun. If you haven’t been, we highly recommend it. The owners are amazing too!!!

Great advertisement, unfortunately for us did not live up anywhere near what we expected. There weren’t a lot of pumpkins at all. The area was not well kept up with. And didn’t have nearly enough to do for an $8 charge to get in. Very disappointed

They are the best! We had my daughters birthday party there a few weeks ago. First it rained on the actual party day so we had to reschedule to a different day. The owner was super nice about everything, she answered all my questions prior to the party and accomidated all our needs. They even decorated the pony to match my daughters bug theme. All the animals seems very well maintained and super friendly. We had about 70 guest who all were so amazed at how much there is to do. The prices are reasonable and the staff courteous. Thank you Owl Creek for such a memorable experience.

Pumpkins are so Awesome, all kinds of choices and prices comparable to local stores where its not Near as much fun to pick it out. The photo opportunities are incredible with over 5 stations set up for Perfect Fall pics. The petting zoo animals are so Tame Ive rarely been to a place I can go in WITH the goats, donkey etc and interact. Hay ride is included in admission, only extra cost is Pony rides and they are sooooo much more fun than the ones that are on a circle bar. These are actual rides with a guide leading u on a wooded path. I have traveled up to an hour outside San Antonio for the same kind of fun and PAID WAYYYYY MORE ADMISSION AT OTHER PLACES. this place is only 8.00 a person to get in, military discount offered not just on special military days, they recognize military Everyday.LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE
