Theyve really made great efforts to improve & expand in the Espada Aqueduct are! Ive been away from here for the last 7 yrs. so its nice to come back to such a beautiful and lush landscape. Theres more plans to expand and connect to all the Missions and around the city! I cant wait!

Great park. Not too big yet very clean and safe. Monarch butterflies as well.

Lots of open space, trail is short and not full of nature like some bigger parks but its a great little modern park to get away at while still in the city. Free wifi there too. Lots of fish and ducks, I take my son there to play with his soccer ball. Really great!

Great bike trail along with amazing art displayed. We had our Annual UHCCF Mission Ride there and it was Awesome!!!

The walking trail is very clean and easy to walk, run or ride your bike on. There is are spots to enjoy also. Beautifully designed and some very interesting artwork to admire.

THIS PARK IS A FEW MONTHS OLD AND JUST BEAUTIFUL! PERFECT FOR A QUIET WALK, DAY OR EVENING (AWSOME LIGHTS ON THE TRAILS). MAYBE A GAME OF CHESS OR TABLE TENNIS. GREAT PLAY GROUND FOR KIDS AND NEW EXERCISE EQUIPMENT. THE PAVILLIONS HAVE CHARACTER AND ARE WAITING FOR YOUR PICNIC.

The Greenline is peaceful, open, and downright beautiful. It’s tucked out of the way off SE Military in what used to be Brooks AFB. One “revolution” around the trails is about one mile, there are ponds, small dams, bbq areas, and creeks that add to the pleasure of visiting The Greenline.

Id heard of this park, but had never been there. Todays beautiful weather helped me make the decision to get out the door and on my way.I arrived a short time later, parked and walked around.There are many amenities here, one large and several small pavilions (for rent, I assume) - the large one had attached restrooms. There is a small playground/exercise area (missed taking pictures of that part.. ).Plenty of benches, tables and other places to sit. I saw at least one cooking grill at one of the pavilions. There are a couple of small pondswhere fishing is ok (catch and release only ).You can charge your electrical vehicle in the parking lot and there are bikes and Scooters to rent here.There are walking/bike trails - some have lighting (the park is open until 11pm ) several emergency call stations along the trail and apparently free wifi (didnt test that)!It seems like a good place to go for a walk or to just sit outside by yourself or with a furry friend(s).

Cool statue, but the day we were there people were fishing next to the statue making a photo of impossible.

I had always heard about this park, but had never been. It is really nice and beautiful. The sculptures of the butterflies were a nice touch just the face of the butterfly is a little weird. They have a lot of little covered areas with bbq pits. They have a huge chess game, a few foosball machines and I believe a ping pong table. The best part is the nice walking trail.

Beautiful little park! I cant imagine how its going to accommodate a large crowd during 3 day weekends or holidays. It seems to be lacking in seating and shade areas, but none the less, its a lovely park. Theres something for everyone and the area includes free WiFi and phone charging. After heavy rains, parts of the park will collect water. A great place to eat lunch on the south side during the week if you want to escape the city without going too far.

This park has SO Many great activities. Foose ball, ping ping tables, obstacle course, outdoor workout equipment available. Beautiful art statues. River/Pond access. Walking/Jogging trails. Had lots of fun taking my children.

We are so happy to have The Greenline Park in our area. A very nice, well kept park. The art sculptures are truly amazing. The lighting at night is a very nice touch. Great place to have a picnic, jog, walk, or bike. Has a playground too.

I love this place to workout and for my walk/run. Its beautiful, always clean and wide open! I have yet to find a place to do what I do that is like the Greenline!

Greenline is a nice place to go for a walk, or go play with your kids. Nice sized paved trail for walking or jogging/ running. Plenty of picnic area. They made this place attractive. Looks like someone went out and broke all the sprinkler pipes overnight though. Saw leaks everywhere from sprinkler heads to even the boxes where the system controls are. Ran over several puddles. I dont really agree with the brewery opening up right in the area. Lets see how parking plays out once that place opens up for business. Business might steer some people away from the trail in the evenings.

Nice park especially at night. Open till 11pm and the entire trail is lit up. You can beat the heat and feel safe running at night.

Nice park with good tree shade. Shade was needed due to the heat but I think small trees or branches had recently been because as we sat by the tree trunk they would poke into you. But overall a nice place to stroll through with family.

This day was nothing short of amazing. I walked along the trail of the greenline for some quiet time with nature and walked upon an event called Goos Sees Your Tears. In honor of mothers rhat lost their sons to an act of violence. The weather was nice,people came together, and there was nothing but love all around the area. Im grateful for the experience. Check out the greenline. You will never know what you may stumbled up on.

Brooks is an amazing LivingBalanced Community. Greenline has helped bring life into the Community of Brooks and elevate the demographics. The park is well equipped with beautiful walking paths, outdoor art, outdoor workout equipment, larger than life chess pieces, ping pong tables, tennis tables and more. There is catch and release fishing from a well maintained pond and plenty of gorgeous grass to toss a ball or have a friendly sports game. Each Festival is Safe, fun and family friendly.

This jewel of a park has it all. Walking trails, wildlife, fishing, great amenities and in the heart of Brooks!

Always a fun time walking around a nice park. Lots of seating and plenty of room to play in the grass surrounding the paths. Parking is not a problem. I wish that the lighting was a little brighter near the cross walks because it is harder to see walkers at night. Overall, very nice place to have a stroll or hang out.

Nice, clean, quiet walking/biking paths. Bicycle tire pump station, bathrooms, outside foosball tables (bring a ball), oversized chess board with chess pieces, a small obstacle course, outdoor elliptical machines, sculptures, places to sit and relax, catch and release fishing allowed, playground near by.

Its a beautiful park. It has fantastic activities such as, ping pong, chess, table tennis, Jenga and more. There is catch and release fishing. Beautiful walking paths and wonderful art. The Festivals held are always well planned, thoughtful, family oriented, safe, fun, fantastic entertainment and great food! We always look forward to each event. We love Brooks City Base!!

Brand new park brand new facility they got a bike station where you can work on your bike that are pumps and every tool you need to do anything on your bike real nice brand new stuff theyre building all kinds of new little rides are not rides with their swings and stuff like that and different I dont know how to say what they are but there are challenges for kids and stuff like that like a rock climbing wall and all that stuff thats good stuff for a long while walking trail bike riding Trail temperature like 11 at night real nice place handicap parking handicap restrooms real nice restaurants

This is a really nice park located at Brooks City Base. The main trail takes about 30min to walk at a leisurely pace. The trail is concrete and crosses a stream, pond, and goes by some lovely outdoor art and pollinator gardens. There are several small pavilions with picnic tables and BBQ grills that are reservable. The bathrooms were clean and the outdoor exercise stations and playground were nice.

We went for Barbacoa and Big Red event. While the event was a bit disorganized and the carnival was a death trap. I can tell you that Brooks is beautiful. I would love to come back just to enjoy the park. The area itself is well kept it seems. Very beautiful.

Great walking trails and exercise machines. Nice park for the littles. They also have ping pong tables and a covered sitting area for gatherings. Wonderful addition to the Southside.

Im giving this 4 stars for now why???? Well its a nice place to walk or jog or walk with your dog an so on another thing that might make it better if you have a good bike trail so you wont be in peoples way when they are walking or jogging an when riding your bike I ride my bike most of the time if there not to many people on the walk tail riding around is very limited so I just get on the road way so I dont have to slow down also more lights would be nice along the walk ways there are some parts of the walk way that is dark an it would be nice to have some of install other than that nice place for family an other things to do or something else but a bike tail would be great to injoy alot with out being in people way only Time will tell.

The trail there is a great place to walk/run. We take our dog for walks there. The park is nice and clean. I like that there is a water fountain for dogs.

I absolutely love the city base green line! I love coming out on a warm sunny day & walk with my 2 Huskies. The people are very friendly in the area & have multiple rest stops within the green line. Just such a great place to get away from everyone & just chill & look at the beautiful scenery!

Nice place to walk

This park is a great addition to the SE side. This park is very well kept and well lit at night. There is security patrolling the area and feels very safe to enjoy a walk, run or even some catch and release fishing. A game of ping pong or foosball and life size game of chess are a couple of other things the park has to offer as well.

First time HEB Big Red BBQ event held here...Didnt eat or drink anything. They i hope will be better organized. And, Ill better prepared for Long lines, crowds, bring chair, wear hat, and wear tennis shoes too. I need aHulk with me so people wont jump in front of me cause their friends thats ahead of me, let them. Im 70 yrs old and walk with a cane. BIG HULK $200.00 where are you.

My wife had already been a couple times before, but she had expressed how nice this park is. I joined her for her run on a Wednesday night. Before we even parked, I could tell how well this park is taken care of. Running trails were lit up the whole way. Theres a mini obstacle course as well as a couple of ping pong and foosball tables. This is a nice quiet comfy place to just come have a seat at one of the tables there, and just hang out in a nice setting. The only thing is there isnt a playground for kids. I have a 4 year old daughter and the best entertainment she got from this park were the frogs hopping as we ran the trail. Other than that, cool spot.

My family and I love this park! It has Ping-Pong tables, tabletop soccer, and so much more! This park will defiantly keep you entertained for a couple of hours! The park is very clean and perfect for walking your dogs.

Poorly organized event. It was too hot. Parking was too far from the entrance. Food and drinks were too expensive. I didnt have ANY Barbacoa or Big Red. I almost passed out from the heat. They should have had misters. Water should have been cheap and not purchased with a ticket like the liquor was.

Great place for a stroll. Very well lit. Lots of emergency phones - felt very safe.

Went to Big Red & Barbacoa festival. Had a great time. Just a tip go later in the day to avoid crowds and heat. About 6pm is when we showed up. It did seem a bit unorganized. Only one entrance in and out was inconvenient. I would have liked to see the vendors separated as far as food on one side and non food on the other because it was harder to find what you were looking for. The Kevin Fowler concert was great and we got to meet him afterwards and get pictures and autographs so definitely worth it for $5 entrance.

Nice park good for walking n running just for handicapped people walking around the other side of the creek does not have no benches to sit down and its a good almost have for Mom other than that the other side has benches this side has benches just when you get to the far side theres no place to sit down for handicapped person

The green line park at Brooks was really nice. First time there they have restrooms and they are clean. They have Wi-Fi stations they also have really nice clean trail. There was a cleaning crew not sure if it had to do with the event that was going on today but the area was really clean I will definitely go again.
