I ride there at least 3 times a week sometimes 4 In my opinion some of the best trails in San Antonio
Some fun single track. Easy to find new trails. Wish there was a defined direction and some bike only trails.
Nice park for biking, hiking or just walking. One thing, lots of kids playing group sports but no protection (masks) why cant they attend school?Interesting...
Great dog park and nice areas for the dogs. Awesome trail selection with various lengths
Great place to begin and finish a bike ride.
Lots of people walking their dogs and heading out onto the Salado Creek bike trail.
Super nice place, use a mask if you intend to use the trails
Beautiful, Scenic & Tranquil, with an amazing dig park; and, full of white tail deer grazing everywhere.
Would have given this 5 stars but it was my first time going and I got a bit lost. I run strange places frequently so Im good with directions but these trails are not so greatly marked. Better markings and this place would be FABULOUS!!!!
The best park! Has a little bit of everything for anybodys interests.
Need more paved trails.
Great place to walk, I just need a buddy to go with!
20 miles of mtb trails, connects to Salado Creek bikeway for another 20 miles of paved bikeway, through a dozen connecting parks. Best park in San Antonio for bikes
Facilities are clean enough, water fountains always work and the park is fairly clean.
Its a great place to bring the family for a great day out lots of fun things to do.
Awesome trails. Our first ride was from McAllister to Lady Bird and now we want to go back and take it further.
Wonderful trails. I road my bike and the paths were nice. The only annoying thing was the speed bumps on the road. Other than that, the paths were nice. I would definitely come back here.
I love this park its home to wildlife and it is a dog park
Trails are nice and clear of debris.
A beautiful place, better go early cause theres a lot of bike riders there.
Amazing trails, dances with trees is my favorite
McAllister Park is a fantastic part. Ive been going there since the early 70s. It has lots of soccer fields Little league baseball fields a playground miles and miles and miles of trails or really great dog park.
The biking trails here are wonderful! There are more than 25 miles from Northwest Military and 1604 all the way down inside the Alamo Heights area. The trails are clean, paved, with plenty of shade and almost no interaction with traffic for that entire stretch. (Only one single time I had to cross the street: the stoplight at Jones Maltsberger and Wurzbach Parkway.)The paths go under the bridges and freeways, including a really cool Boardwalk in the riverbed between McAllister and Lady Bird parks. You get Family Bike riders and professionals sharing the ample space together. Theres posted signage so that pedestrians and slower bike stay to the right, and bikers communicate well when they are passing on the left.Closer to the park entrances and trailheads, families come with dogs, strollers, even rollerblades.Theres lots of Wildlife like deer, cranes, birds, and armadillos. Thousands and thousands of trees along the way, and quiet.
Great easy riding trails.
Nice place, needs more places to drink water
Huge park. Biking trails, playground, sports fields and picnic areas. Definitely a family park if you ask me
Plenty of parking... this is a good meet up point for group bike rides on the Salado Creek Greenway Trail. There is water and port-a-potty. The trailhead is easily found at the end of the parking lot closest to the dog park.
Amazing walking paths.
Run from the dog park weekly, trails are clean and clear, great park
This park has the most amazing off trail biking!! Beautiful!
I absolutely love this place. It works wonders if you love nature and you just wanna take a walk.
Always clean, water fountains always working, the water fountains also have a bowl on the ground for dogs to drink from. Lots of parking available too. My only complaint is there isnt a ton of shade available.
I go cycling at the park trails its very beautiful over at the trails its a 22 miles ride
Great place to take kids for kites and bike riding
Lots of space for kites and dogs. Good walking and biking trail. Water and bathroom on site.

Nice for mountain biking
My favorite bike ride trails
Nice trails, clean, family. Pets, wild life.Awesome
A great mix of easy and difficult trails
They have a dog park and lots of open space and lots of parking
Such a great day for walking the trails!
Great open space inside the city limits.
So much fun on the trails!
Great multi-use park with lots of mountain biking and running trails along with paved trails, play parks and pavilions. Only drawbacks are trail cutoffs that interrupt overall trail flow and the trash occasionally left by sloppier parties that come to use the pavilions.
Beautifully kept bike trail
Great park. Wide open spaces and beautiful views of the sunset.
Its nearby has wildlife and lots of hike and bike trails.
The trailhead, especially the greenway, at this park are great
