This park has the best views of the city from the tops of the hills. Theres a lot to do here to keep occupied. Water splashpad during the summer for the kids, playground, exercise equipment and several walking trails for any level of endurance. Would definitely not go alone or around night just because the long trail is very secluded.
Great park. It has a splash pad, which is closed now. Also, has a skatepark. Great park to take the family. Has walking trails and a high point you can walk up with a beautiful view. Definitely worth going if you have not been. A hidden gem in San Antonio for sure!
First time here, loved the park. Had a ninja course a small zip line. That was fun. A hill to walk up. Definitely coming back.
Pictures others have posted speak for themself. Amazing park lots of fun things to do. Even for the more active individuals with an obstacle course. Love coming here
Fun... hikes... playground...zipline....Beautiful viewHad the best time with my grandchildren there
I love this park... great scenery and a lot of different trails and terrains. It is one of my favorite parks to work out at. You can even bring the family and the have restrooms which is a huge plus!
A large, spacious gem of a park with a variety of options to choose from: walking, biking, playground equipment, Ninja course, as well as pads for skating, scooters, and bikes! Spectacular place to spend time with family while exercising.
This place is great. Family friendly, and usually very clean. I like to take the family to walk on the trails and it’s great. Wish there was more park police around though, a lot of shady people there just in their cars not doing much.
Fun for the whole family. Bring your four legged friend. Theres a dog park next door. Awesome
A must go for big families. I have four kids under 4 and this park has something for all ages. And bathrooms are clean and near playground.
This is a great park to take the family to. I only left 4 stars because what is basically the main attraction at the park is closed down. It was closed due to covid, however when it was time to reopen the kept it closed for maintenance . Hopefully its open soon, Ill change my rating to 5 stars then. Its a wide open park with several playgrounds and even a splash pad for summer. There are excessive machines and even a ninja warrior type obstacle course. The course is pretty difficult.
Its a great place to go for a walk and watch soccer games and also has a place for the dogs to play .... my kids kids love going there
I live just a few minutes from this park and it’s a everyday play for us! It’s the biggest park in San Antonio offering disc golf, splash pad, playground, skate park, small & large dog park, zip line, ninja warrior corse, and trails!
Great place for Families, friends and the occasional Car Club meet Sunday nights. No burnouts, no racing, just good family car club fun
This is one of the best parks for kids Ive seen!Lots of fun stuff for them to do
This park is amazing to spend some quality time with your kids it really has everything a kid needs to be happy and to take a nice little walk/run/jog.
Real pack good to go and have a workout skateboard or do a lot of different things water park
Love it, this park has so many different things that can be done
Awesome family park. We drive from the far NE side and spend the whole day here a couple times each summer. There’s a giant playground, fields for throwing a football or playing catch, a nice hill for rolling down if you have youngins, food trucks usually parked in the lots around the park, and a really fun, big splash pad for when it’s hot. Bathrooms are generally clean as is the park. One of the best parks in the city!
Lots for the kids to do and we love the exercises area and trails.
It was a really lovely park with some good hiking!
Nice open space, open air park with play area, walking, hiking, skate park.
This park has it all. Exercise equipment, lots of green space, best skatepark in San Antonio, water play area, trails, dog friendly (so its seemed anyways), and more
I love this park its a good part to exercise any good part to take your children too
Beautiful park, so many things to do there from a skate park, to a short walking trail, small zipline, and an adult obstacle course.
This park has it ALL. A skate park, huge jungle Jim’s, splash pad, ninja obstacle course(adults test your strength and ability) hills, trails, zip lining!Ice cream/snack trucks are always out and inexpensive.Clean restrooms.Pavilions you can rent and have covered parties at!!Super fun.I went thinking I could only stand to be at a park for 30 min but stayed two hours and it went by fast. And now come to find out Camp Gladiator sets up there too so I can get my work out done at this park.A great time all around.
Very well kept park, large hills with trails. Adult obstacle course as well.
Has a great 18 hole disc golf course with some good long open holes that turn into tight and technical toward the end. During the summer though super hot mid day.
Great relaxing place for both me and my dogs.
Great place to walk or run. Great fitness zone.
First time there and my kids loved it. Went for a light hike and it was good for novices!
I really love this place... need to definitely use this place with grandchildren
Great place to bring the family to hike, play, and just have fun! You can even bring your dog to the dog park or play soccer at the Sporti complex
We really enjoyed walking the hills, great exercise. Looking forward to the splash pad and park to open once its safe.
Nice park, long walking/jogging trails, dog park and skate park are nice
Great playground area with splash pad for the children. There is also a fitness area that includes monkey bar rings on long chains which was more challenging than I expected it to be.The trail goes to the top of a hill with picnic tables and is a good place to watch massive C-5 carfo aircraft do touch & go landings.
Hiking/ running trails, awesome skateboard section, they used to have outdoor Zumba classes, age appropriate playground equipment, exercise equipment.... Never had a park like this when I was growing up!
Amazing place to take the family, I love going and it has really nice big hills to climb together. love going here to go skate boarding and having family gatherings.
The park is clean and well maintained. The facilities are kept clean and sparkling, even during weekends when it seems to be the busiest. The run trails are not lit so planning your night run is imperative. There are drinking fountains for both you and your four legged friend at the park. I would like to see more security in the evening hours due to suspicious characters that tend to loiter.
Looked very depressing with the playground covered up with a fence but my daughter still had fun
Good park to walk and run but cats do get broken into. So dont leave valuables in plain sight.
Great park that offers a variety of FREE activities including: a three story play area, a splash pad, rope pyramid to climb, seated zip line, hiking path, covered areas to sit, various swings, and much more. It’s clean and has indoor (clean) restrooms.
Great place to run hills, hill repeats. Relaxing, quiet. Clean restrooms.
Awesome park!! Great view at the top of the hill also... only thing I can complain about is all the wasps around the splash pad, it was infested.. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my son to play because those things were huge and were out to sting. They were everywhere..I couldn’t even sit in peace knowing we could be stung at any moment but besides that it was nice!
Clean and lots of room for outdoor workouts
Run, walk, frisbee golf, water park, and more...all you need to keep the family in fun mode.
Calm, pleasant, nice site, exercise machines, playground, skate park, table trio special designed for adult seating on upper part table with built in high chairs plus an attached toddler half a table, extra parking, & manageable very clean restrooms,
Nicely maintained which encourages human visitors to pick up after our own furry kids. Glad the water sprayer at the fountain works - its my pugs favorite part.
Rally great clean park. The splash pads are open. The trees are really small bc the park is only a few years old. The view at the top of the hill is worth the hike.
The water park is great the playground is awesome wish I had one like this when I was a kid and the ice cream trucks keep you fed and cool. Best of all its free free free. Beautiful sunrises as well as sunsets. Great panoramic views and you can see the skyline of downtown. Let the kids play while you go for a hike up the hills. Great place for family fun.
Able to Stay cool in the splash pad, need to bring your lawn chairs, and they have 3 different trucks there with sno cones and other snacks. And they have free wifi!! Bathrooms ok. Huge play ground and swings. Gotta find some shade though.
My 3 boys love the skatepark
Very very well built skate park and playground. The water park is an amazing plus for the summer. Safer and smaller than taking your kids to a pool. You could even have a little slip n slide birthday on the hills they have. Could spend all dang day here to be honest. One of the best parks in the city.
Really nice park great for everything
Great park, go here all the time. I have seen snakes multiple times on the trail which was pretty cool. I also saw 2 types of feral cat one being a bobcat and the other one was about as big or a little bigger than a bobcat and had tufts of black fur at the tips of its ears and a very long tail. Be aware of your surroundings.
It was so amazing! I got to have so much fun and I had really good exercise!
Good place, but splash pad and park are still closed, we only came to the park because a recent review said the splash pad was open, its not, luckily there was a city park official, says theyre planning on opening July 3, 2020
They view is amazing. The playgrounds were closed off because of COVID-19 but it was so nice
Nice place to hike. I do video work and was able to get some great shot. Email me if you need work.
Great place with ample parking and the hidden gem of the south side which is the frisbee golf park. It great fun and a great mild workout. There is are various levels of topography for the runners and the bikers. Also there is a nature preserve that is the back of the park. While that back part is off limits I can tell you that I spoke with an employee there who said that the city is already in talks with people concerning the development of that mature preserve... If you see a city employee or an official for that district tell them we do not want the preserve developed.we need more green spaces and less concrete.
Great place to visit for all ages. Playground for smaller kids, ninja parkour for bigger kids and adults. Even the restrooms are well maintained and there are some vendors selling icecream and other stuff.
It was so much better that I expected. They have food trucks And you can just sit and enjoy the day and watch your kids play. Cant wait to see how it looks in the summer with the water features.
Loved it. Cant wait for the summer and the water is on.
Walk/jog was great. Need a bit more rock some areas are a bit slippery
It has an amazing dog park an beautiful scenery
This is my favorite park that I’ve been to in this city. It’s huge and has so many components to this park. Been coming here for years.
Awesome. Defenetly worth it..
We love it! Great views and many different places to be at so its never crowded. Challenging obstacle courses and you can see the sunset!
Fun place for the kids but no shade need to watch kids for heat exhaust
OMG THIS IS THE BEST (BLEEP) PARK EVER
This is such a beautiful park. Nice landscapes and tall hills to walk up to. The view is awesome from up there.
Huge wide open spaces, great trails and a wonderful play area for the kids. Everything a park should be!!
My boyfriend and undiscovered this park a couple of weeks ago and love it. We take our dog and walk up the hills, through the trails, and in the dog park area. It awesome and we wish there were more parks like this.
Amazing 4 All With Lots Of Fun Under The Sun. Dont 4get Your Shorts If You Wanna Get Wet, Just Shoot Some Hoops, A Jog Or Take A Long Walk With d Ones Or A Loved 1. Dont Forget 2 Use The Slide While Enjoying The Water Park, It Will Give You A Rush...!!! (Pet Friendly)
People are not following instructions, they have the games closed and southsiders always find a way to just break rules.
Great place to go and feel free and to have a great walk.
Dog park, skate park, jungle gym, open fields, frisbee golf. Its got it all
Looked nice n clean..closed due to virus
Beautiful park, cant wait for the rest of it to be finished from construction!
Nice park, unless you are running up those hills.
It was our first time coming here. Its a little ways from my house but well worth the drive. My kids had a blast. They have restrooms and shaded tables for birthday parties. Its got a regular park and lots of water attractions. Definitely bring your kids here to tire them out.
By far the largest and coolest park in all of the greater San Antonio area. Large 3 story slide structure, lots of rope climbing and a NINJA WARRIOR COURSE!! This place is awesome! I posted an image of the new course....this is just a small part of the park!
This place is huge and has something for all ages! There is a water area and a THREE story play scape. It is a little intimidating for me as my six year old is fearless (one star off for my fear of injury), but there is a smaller playscape for the younger kiddos just a few feet away. Theres swings and some fun climbing sculptures. Theres even a zip line, dog park, skateboard park, and trail in the same area. There are public restrooms too. Plus there is usually an ice cream truck or two waiting to serve cold treats to hot costumers. If youre looking for an easy outing to wear the (older) kids out with little effort, this is a big win!!
I was having fun. Got on the zip line. And took in the beautiful view from the top of the hill. San Antonio skyline was awesome Then I fell and hurt myself. Bike ride over Once m th knee and back get better I will go back
Love this park, they have invested a lot into it. It has a nice walking trail, skate park, basketball courts, splash pad, massive dog park and even a Ninja warrior course/ obstacles. Only park I know that has all these things
