Great community garden!

Killer park, you can smell the ocean breeze. My dad and I just took 2 super beefs from Athas over here kehhhhd and they were delicious. This park is great go hang out there plz

Nice park with hiking trails also but be careful there are often junkies passed out in the woods on the trails not a good look at all

Very cool park, almost always open and usable by the people. Garbage facilities and baseball field. Basically a giant field on top of a hill, no real woods.

Theres a great playground for children and a baseball diamond there are also other sports that are played theyre also. Its a great place to take the family and have a picnic. Or to just chill out with your partner.

Great place for sledding - all ages included

My daughter and Tom ates did great winning the playoffs on that double header cold day and night game the coach was awsome connects with the girls well talks to them well even if they make a mistake he doesnt yell he explains how they could do it another way for the next time...I have alot of respect for aman like that

Nice small park. We use it for training outside for Spartan Race. Some vertical areas and some playground gym equipment help with cardio and strength training.

City needs to clean up the bottom of Mack park looks terrible. You use to be able to skate play all kinds of sports .

Nice walk up a path with stairs to a simple, classic park. Walking path, baseball diamond and trees shading a pretty lawn. Mack park is what i grew up thinking of as a neighborhood park. The afternoon i visited, it was quiet, with a few dog walkers, and a guy practicing his saxophone. I walked up the stairs so not sure about wheelchair access. No fee. No vendors.

Fun

After growing up at Mack park, its sad to see how much its been neglected. The sun house is gone, no ice skating all the trees need some love and the stone wall is a mess. Im sorry you had to hear this, but you asked.

A neighborhood park, good for kids; it has a playground and ball field. It is not very large; limited walks, biking not recommended. Has a very small area of woods and a community garden. Good for chilling out.

Its a Solomon place during the winter but, the rest of the year its very active, its actually active after a snow fall, too.

My Childhood Park

Never been to Mack park. Dont know why my google time line keeps showing history as going thru there.

I grew up on mack park. Best sledding in salem

Grew up in this neighborhood. Sledding during Winter and other sports year round. Also garden at one end through Salem city.

Nice ample space to stretch.

Softball field was in decent condition but park is built on a hill so not a great place to do much other than the softball field and small playground.
