Nice little place cozy and hidden away from the neighborhood

A non-profit organization reached out to pay my rent for 2 months. They needed a W9 from the owner and he refused. In times like these... really.. I expected to pay my own rent anyway, however, a huge blessing that would have been for my family.

Good luck at this place. The so called office manager never calls you back. Manager is nice to your face then talks about you behind your back. No one ever returns your calls. Billing is most of the time wrong. Dont ever let her sell you anything because all it is, is garbage. I hate living here but, I have no other option.

Cozy little park.

It seems to be a nice place. My friend just moved in. She has found it to fit her needs.So far every time Ive been there it has been quiet and peaceful.My friend has met a few of her neighbors and likes the friendly group that they are.

The manager is so very nics. He works extremely hard. The people who lives there are so very nice. Enjoy being there

Good place to live. great staff that listens to any Issues you may have and does their best to resolve them. Very nice garden area around the Club House and picnic area .

Not a place for kids, there are three registered sex offenders within the park. Parents beware :(Friendly and helpful assistant manager. Gate helps one feel safe in the neighborhood its located in. Park needs some work.

I was at stillman TV park for a short time..the time I was there was an enjoyable stay..nice and quite..clean laundry facilities..pleasant managment..

If it makes you feel safe to hear the police helicopters flying overhead telling you to stay inside, then you have found a home here!But wait it gets better, when the store right across the street from the main gate has bars on all of the windows you get a sinking feeling and with sirens wailing, gunshots ringing out at all hours people fighting in the streets you become very afraid!It is one of the cheapest places to rent, that I have seen for a trailer, but at what cost?And if you have children? Do a search through Megans law find out how many sex offenders are locked in with you! I could tell you about many other problems but if you would consider staying here knowing the above then Im sorry because you must be really desperate, I wish you the best and safe travels.

Fully gated, manager lives on-site and facilities are maintained very well. I was told that this Park was the best in Sacramento, and they were right.

Stopped by here looking for a place, then quickly decided to go somewhere else. No way to contact management so dont bother calling. Sketchy af neighborhood, everyone we saw looked dope sick or crazy, dirty and dusty with no green space, and *full* of busted-ass trailers, like up on bricks which seemed pretty fitting; those trailers aint going nowhere and neither are those tenants lives. Thanks but Ill make my home elsewhere

Great place to stay on a trp on a budget.

Friendly people, helpful office staff and an off leash fenced dog area are some of the positives for this RV park. It is easily to find - easy on and off the freeway. Most of the residents are long term but they do have a few sites for people moving through. We didnt use the facilities so I cant speak to those, but I did see someone coming out of the restrooms with cleaning supplies.

This place is under terrible management Ken Gallagher and his assistant Mike Jones are worthless ball less piece of ...., They sucker you in making you think all is wonderful here if you have a complaint bout something they pacify you making you believe theyll take care of it Ken is boozed up all the time he smokes cigarettes in the office while tenants are there he will cuss you out if you ask him to straighten something out around here (Come see for yourself youll regret it), he lets people do as they please round here tenants and Mike dealing drugs all about, people with fire pits including Mike burning what ever they want including trash and old shoes, tires. Maintenance is unheard of around here trees terribly over grown lots of dead trees here real fire hazard some hoarders here with their lots over flowing with piles of junk, people blast their music all they want got noisy dogs all over the park charges 9 bucks to use their electric meters never any security checks round here baby rapist here allowed to play with children while having halloween decorations to draw them in, The new owner comes here every week and cares less, this place needs some real men to straighten things out Stop collecting a free check and rent and get off your sorry butt Ken

As for the park being a hotbed of criminal activity, simply go to the Sacramento crime map online you will find 0 crimes committed, zero record of any police activity.The park itself is very nice, nothing run down about it at all, they have a pool full of water not dirt like 99% of the places that had/have a pool, insurance is very high for anyone with a pool, yet there remains a pool!The bathrooms and showers are kept clean and well lit.The dog area is nice and fenced off.The clubhouse is very cool, it has a tiny kitchen behind a locked door you can use if you need to, the cable and wifi are great! I put a USB wifi antennae on a pole outside my place and reception was fine.it is a very safe private park and the staff is very nice, Hi Myron!You will not find a better deal in town or a better park for twice the money.

Cheap. Not a garden oasis. Lot of whacked out participants. Location says alot, its convenient.

My time there was as a guest. According to my host, when asked if there was Wi-Fi, his reply was it was advertised as having it, but after a brief and honest conversation with someone in the know, the advertised Wi-Fi, in fact, did not exist.For the location, it was remarkably quiet and secluded, which gives it a peaceful feeling. A bonus. The drawback is that its central to NOTHING.There IS a creepy liquor store across the street...a 4.5 lane street (the 0.5 being a south bound turning lane.)but there is no crosswalk in anything remotely resembling convenient walking distance. BIG flaw!A bonus is that it has very close access to Highway 99, but not so close youre never lulled to sleep by traffic sounds.Its an old park and in obvious disrepair, but there IS a sense of community that is surprising to find in that part of town.Overall, not a grand experience, but it serves a very good purpose in the outside community and it deserves significant kudos for that. In many ways, its the step before the last resort, but its mere existence could make that last step unnecessary.

This park is a joke, I was looking for a place to put a brand new 5th wheel for a month! I wouldnt put my worse enemy here!It was filthy and scary and didnt match the photos on the website even a little bit!This is fraudulent advertising at its best!

Low income RV Park. Safe but the people are sometimes crazy haha

Many trailers covered with tarps. Junky lots. Crowded. Bad neighborhood. Barbed wire on fencing. Lots of sirens at all hours.

Dirty everything! No cable and WiFi did not work! Had to wait on spot because some goofball had parked his dropped Hundai with duck tape tailpipes in our RV spot.
