The manager is extremely rude to people. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Very quiet inexpensive and the occupants or quiet and keep to themselves. The management was only visible when doing repairs or called by tenants which is very nice actually

For what it is it is quaint. A very established Mobile Home Park based in the outskirts of Del Paso Heights in Sacramento County. Its well kept and has ample visitor parking,Handy Capped Access abounds the grounds as well.

Very small community. The speed bumps are so outrageous. I scraped going in and out even going to the side. It is pretty run down.

Horrible place to live. Neighbor sold herself to men. Verbally abused by manage ment. Full of cockroaches. Very dirty. Managment did nothing to help residents. Illegals living there. Not fit to be in business. Electrical hook ups in dangerous condition.

Its a peaceful place.if only the homeless tweets would be made to stay out.im not bothered by them.but some times its all bad.i keep my place private.There are signs out front not hard to find at all.Adress iz wrong on this site.its 1750 auburn blvd.i luv my home here,

Its not very well kept or managed, i could barely find the place because they dont have a sign out front to show where it is and its hard to park here due to the main road being right through the parking lot practically.
