Would get 5 stars If it wasnt for The fact that you lock the gate on the weekend so we can go all the way around every packed in like sardines its just not fair pay rent all that good stuff Thats just not fair

The only thing I have to complain about is the gate they need to open them on the weekends too

Mi place ...nice people....great park.

Ive lived here for 3 years. I have grandchildren to come and visit. There is no safer place on the planet. Or North Sac Ben Silver Eagle Mobile Home Park. The gates close at 7 p.m. So that the children can play all throughout the park. It is a safe and nice place to live perfect for elderly those starting and making a family. Ron & Teresa the managers are the best. If I ever have a problem theyre always here to help.

Cool place for old people to go and spend their last days.

I’ve been living here since february and really love this place it’s quiet and safe for the kids too and the management is extremely helpful im happy purchased my mobile home here.
