I live here, its affordable. Could have some situations taken care of better by owner. But, he has cleaned it up a lot. Family park, has pool.

My grandma just moved here. Very nice park, mostly nice people, one lady was rude when we were helping my grandma move in but overall seems like a fantastic place to live, in a great location.

Its qwiet

Well maintained and a lot of nice people but lacks security and if its not nailed down it more then likely someone needed it more then me. The window of my car has been broken for access $250 later owner of Camellia Gardens says theres nothing I could do call the police . Your Welcome.

Their trailer court is very well kepted up and the people are very nice, I give it a thumbs up.
