This park has electric running through the entire park that is illegally grounded and shorts out your appliances, exposed raw sewage on any give day. The owners cheat tenants out of work with promises of pay or work in exchange for rent that they never make good on after the work is completed. They hire tenants to run the park and then pay them under the table wages that dont even equal minimum wage. They take advantage of people here, especially the elderly who cannot move.I do not advice bringing your rig here unless you want damages and heart ache! Christina and James Hazard should be ashamed of themselves for the way they treat people at Riviera RV & Mobile home park.

This place sucks, when i moved in the spot i had choose was covered in some kind of white bleach smelling chemical. then after several request to put some type of gravel rocks because the ground was muddy and the smell of raw sewage was everywhere, i didnt know that prior to me moving in the had a foot of raw sewage floating around for weeks, sothat was months ago now im getting booted because of communication dfferences in management, managers say its cool to have my canopy, then office geeks say other wise, phuck this place
