I live in el Dorado mhp 15 years ago, for 20 years! I lived on the 1st .street n front.i think my mobile home is gone!dam tweekers!! There was lots of police action, which I enjoyed, watching! I like it, plus it was cheap!

Just visited a fairly new friend and he has only been there for 2 months. He complained about some of the rules, which is normal, but I really didnt have any exposure to anyone else.

I’ve stayed at this park off and on for over 15 years. I think some people must be reviewing the wrong park because there are no RVs or trailers, this is strictly a mobile home park. But there is a trailer park down the street... maybe that’s what they are thinking of? I have met the management and most of the staff members there. They’re all great!! They are fair but firm, approachable, understanding of personal situations and all rules are posted and adequately delivered to all tenants. They have to be firm to maintain a fair and pleasurable community for all the tenants. I have witnessed for myself how many repeated warnings they give violators before citing them. Then the management WILL stand their ground and come down fast and hard on you when you refuse to work with them or you have blatant disregard for your fellow neighbors. Basically don’t be a complete tool and the management is great!!This park has an easy access location, they do a lot for the tenants for holidays, it’s kept clean and maintained, the clubhouse is rentable and is a great space for events, the pool is clean, and most of the people are friendly. Management continues to make this a safe place for children with certain rules placed in their best interest and low speed limits. Huge plus! Most parks I’ve been to just have people speeding around and have a ton of vehicles and trash everywhere.Also, I know the asst manager and I saw a ridiculous review on here that is completely false and misstated. That was not at all the situation, the name calling is petty and immature (and spelled wrong) and I hope that if anyone reads it that they have enough wherewithal and respect for such a sweet girl that they don’t believe it or let it skew their opinion of her. She knows her job, she’s good at it, shes respected among the community, and she’s a great addition to the management team. Between the manager, the assistant manager, and the weekend relief- this park is handled in a way that makes you feel at home. I would (and have) recommend this park to a friend or family member in a heart beat!

Motorhomes Galore, I didnt partake in any business in this establishment. It was closed.

Manager very mean a lot of people smoking it’s just looks terrible and it’s very ghetto and I hear a lot of racial slang around there and the manager and the assistant are just very terrible and never can solve a problem that they put on me
