I find the neighbors very helpful to each other & when I was there it was peaceful & mostly quiet. I was visiting & cant speak to management or maintenance.

I grew up there. Im 25 now and I lived there from age 3 to age 15. I have so many great memories and so many friends still to this day that Ive made there. I still go back from time to time to see howveveryine is doing. I would love to be able to move back

The most horrible management anywhere. There are great people who live there but the current manager is so oppressive you should run from there, flea, stay away from this place

Nice little place

Recently moved here. Very clean, quiet, family friendly property. The street outside if the park would be only complaint as there are a lot of homeless people. But inside the park Ive had no problems!

Although its not visible to traffic, this park has a lot of issues. The turnover in the one Manager thats supposed to operate the park, in itself, should say something. I dont think theres been one thats stayed longer than a few months.......in years. Maintenance is sub par at best. Homeless break-ins and foot traffic through the night, makes for a very unsafe living environment. They claim to have to charge extra for security, but theres never any one around when chaos is occurring, to respond timely. Its always local law enforcement who responds.If youre thinking of moving to this park, I advise that you do your research and homework on their practices, to ensure it fits for your family and living situation.

I live here now with my son, my quiet little corner is just families who try to look out for each other, respect each other and keep our kids safe.Things could always be better everywhere in life.

Its been many changes since Diana left the office . ive here from 2003 until present and i like the environment it just tge pplthat needs to be nicer.

Management is racist against white people, hired security has God complex, not enough parking, and pool has been unusable for a year.

Two pools!

I have asked repeatedly for several months for a rooster to be removed from the park. Its illegal to have a rooster in city limits. It will crow from 4a.m. to 6p.m. and it is three trailers from me, sounds like its in our yard. Management has given me all kinds of promises to do something about it, but not one promise has been kept. Anybody up for a B.B.Q?Update, humbly. The rooster issue was resolved a few days later after the above bad review that Id posted. I feel really bad and wish to say Im Sorry for the management snip that Id made. I guess its a lesson learned on my part and management does do what they can. Thanks Travelodge, Jim P.S. Still wanted that B.B.Q..

It small place but I was just wondering if you have heard anything from them yet,? thanks so much for your help with the phone I guess you are busy so I will have to check with the boss the ground are clean and the people are friendly for the most part I was just thinking that its been a while since I have been here its quite possible that you can tell they were going to do the same thing as the last time we talked to the owner and trying to clean up the park and ride and parking lot at corner where to kids go to walk to the bus stop

Like the mobile home park overall, but hate the handy man they have hired. This guys just cut down not only our tree buy a peach tree of one of our neighbors after we clearly told him not to. Really hate this guy. He might even be racist. Hate Hate Hate him. He should definitely get fired.

I have a friend living there and I am scared to go there and visit it is nothing but a slum lords dream. I lock my doors when I enter the park I call my friend to race to my car so I can leave so I can get out of the park as fast as I can!!! I feel sorry for my friend he is unable to sell his place because the slum lord must approve all sales and want renters in 1st before any moblie sales. this is one of the worse parks I have seen and even the ones on stockton look better compared! oh and The GANGS dont get me started!!!!

If I could I would give it no stars the owner of the trailer park doesnt care about the property they try to clean it up with security and video cameras but still negative things happen I had a friend who lives there and they did nothing but her ask her she was robbed 2 times they stole her money they took her car key they did nothing about it security was nowhere around I was helping her move the key that the people took when they robbed her miraculously somehow ended up in the passenger side door and they came back to steal her car I lived there for 25 years and it ruined my life theres nothing but meth addicts drug dealers people who have warrants a manager that is highly racist and and there is no equal opportunity that place it is the worst place in the world to be it to me is the devils playground worst place ever theres Stockton Boulevard and there is prostitution you would not want your kids to grow up there you would not want to live there its just too much negativity I did meth for seven years out of the 25 years I lived there I now reside in Rocklin and I am sober and I am married and I have a job that I havent had a real job since two thousand and six so dont go there its a place you will not ever want to be

There is graffiti on the fence and piles of dumped debris right in front of their property.
