We like the retro 50s decor! Lots of parking. We love it. The one star ding is because they have the traditional movie seats, rather then the modern large recliners. But the traditional theater seats goes with the retro theme.

I enjoy the stadium style seating. Food was good. But the young man behind the counter was very friendly non rushed and welcoming. Kudos

Nice theater, easy parking. Clean halls, clean theaters, clean bathrooms, friendly staff. But prices are.obscene. 2 seniors seeing a 1:30 matinee of a movie thats been out for a long time (Lion King), 1 popcorn, 1 small soda cost over $30. And the theater was.freezing cold. I had to go.out and ask for heat to be turned up. That should have been taken care.of automatically when they open for a.film.

A bit odd that we had to go to concessions to buy our movie tickets. The movie was great but having staff at the ticket both is a much better option if youre not purchasing food.

Went to see Ford v. Ferrari yesterday afternoon. Got our tix through the Regal app. When we arrived, there were no ticket agents, no one scanning tix at each wing of the theater. Come to find out, you had to stand in the concession line to get your tickets scanned. Whoever thought this was a good idea mustve slipped and bumped their head. There was no direction, no signs informing people of what they should do, nothing. The lines were terrible and moved very slowly. There were a lot of frustrated people that didnt want any popcorn, they just wanted to go see a movie. I dont know what has happened to Regal in Rochester. The Henrietta location is poor as well (seats feel like they havent been replaced since they opened 20 years ago, sound quality is bad, screens are dim). Regal used to mean a quality experience. Those days seem to have passed.

Im in theater 7 right now for the 2:40 movie on 12/26/19. There is dried sticky soft drinks in the aisles, wrappers in the cup holders, popcorn all over the aisle floors. My shoes are stuck to the floor from the soft drink

I love coming here, it has a classic feel and is always clean. Also when a movie starts it gets extremely dark which I appreciate, some theaters keep the little lights on which dont bother me either but I like it all dark! Keep up the good work!

Well I wish we had better stores. Some place where we could really shop. TJMax or stores like that. Irondequoit really has nothing anymore. Time to find another town and move.

Seats are the old style but popcorn was fresh, staff was friendly and the place was clean.

Came to watch frozen 2 and i ask the guy at the counter for a ticket for the 7pm showing and a nachos combo. The guy and I were fine then his co-worker asked me if i wanted a combo out of nowhere then she stepped in, took over and charged me for my things. That seemed rude to me the guy was doing a good job and did what i asked him. She then gave me my drink and my sister paid for a drink. We went to the bathroom and came back to get the drink and two hot dogs which we previously ordered and we asked for our second drink and she kept saying she gave it to us and she had not. Then she finally gave us the drink with an attitude like we were getting the drink for free when we clearly paid for it and we had our receipt. Ive never had a problem at this cinema. Please make sure the people you hire at this cinema are people who like working with customers. If i had an attitude with a customer at my job, i would be in serious trouble.

Very clean, employees are very nice and the theater isnt loud and packed great place for a relaxed Sunday.

Going during matinee hours works for me. Having Regal Unlimited also helps.

Older than most. Security lacking, had teens bouncing from 1 theater to another and talking, using cell phones etc. No respect. But not all was bad, the coke & popcorn was fresh. The amenities were clean.

I understand why this place can get a somewhat rough reputation because of its location so close to the city border. I have never had s bad experience here. To be honest, this is my go to place for movies because it is usually not that busy, especially for a weekend matinee. Are the floors sticky sometimes? Yes. Is there still popcorn on the floor from the last showing sometimes? Yes. No one is perfect and show me a movie theater that is 100% clean 100% of the time.

The stadium seating is always appreciated. Usually can still get into movies at desired time, unlike deluxe seating theaters, with few seats, in high demand. Parking lot was icy, attendant wasnt familiar with buy online, present card at arrival. I was able to produce email, so it worked out fine.

Once again just your average movie theater, they definitely have deals going on and if you come in on the right days can receive tickets at a cheaper price . This location can be a tad bit messy or appear not clean depending on the days you come and it would be lovely if they upgrade their seats but for the most part its a decent movie theater .

Went to see Star Wars XI on opening night and the movie would not start. Someone in our theater had to leave and talk to staff and only about 20 minutes later did the movie finally start. Not only that but the place is incredibly unorganized, bland and an all around grimey establishment. Pay the extra ~$2 and go to AMC on Empire Blvd.

Staff are so lazy and the chairs are so uncomfortable. Kinda clean but so EXPENSIVE!! I don’t recommend this if you want to have a good time. I mean there are barely anyone in the theaters

The theater is in a shopping plaza with ample parking, handicap spaces in front. The entrance, lobby, and theaters are wheelchair accessible. The only problem is that, with the stadium seating, (at least in theater #2) the wheelchair seating is on the front row, below the level of the screen. If you are able to climb the stairs, the seats are very comfortable.

Dollar Tree had lots of new finds!!! I went in looking to spend around 30 and spent 70!!!! Good quality items!!!

We came to watch a new release on a Friday and it was not busy at all. The counter service was above average as well.

Well for starters we went to see Creed 2 at 8pm and the movie took forever to start due to twenty minutes of previews and the sound volume was horribly inconsistent. Also the prices of the concessions were ridiculously overpriced they need to replace those crappy Hand dryers in the bathrooms from 2000 come on now people its 2018

There was a young racist white kid selling tickets tonight!! They should screen there employees better. I literally watched him only ask the black people for identification to see US but not a single white person. I will never return or refer anyone here.

We saw the new Fantastic Beasts movie on Friday evening of opening weekend. We thought the theater would be crowded, but there were only a few people there. I dont know why. The theater was pretty clean, the projection quality was great and the employees were polite and helpful.

If you want to stand in line while your movie plays come here you have to pay at the concession line. This place sucks

Disgusting bathrooms, the movie screen was worn out and looked like we were watching a movie through a dirty windshield, and the seats were terribly old and uncomfortable.

Poor theatre! MANY renovations needed to be on par with other theatres. Poorly lit @ night, also unsafe due to lack of rail on steps when finding a seat in darkened theater. Higher priced than other theatres. Movies show here that show @ Movies 10 (lower priced venue), but still charge higher.

The place was closed with lights off and doors locked when we showed up for a Saturday 7:30 pm showing that appeared on Fandango. Weird. But 10 minutes later people were exiting saying it was in fact open. We ended up going somewhere else.

Not too happy with this location . Selection for a quick bite to eat is not up to par with the others.

The popcorn was average and expensive as hell. The seats were not that good compared to others Ive stayed. And tickets were average priced. The sound quality was 8-10 very high fidelity and the visuals were 7.5-10 couldnt tell if some of it was quality from the camera or from the projector

Joyless runaround.Went to buy tickets at ticket desk, was told tickets had to be bought at concession stand inside.Went inside to concession stand, asked for popcorn and ticket; was told popcorn couldnt be bought at *that* concession register and had to go to one of the others.Went to a different register, ordered popcorn.Went back to first register for ticket, was told it was too late, movie had already started, and they couldnt sell me a ticket or let me in to see the movie (3:30 in the afternoon on a Tuesday)..Left.p.s:. In decades of moviegoing Ive never heard of such a thing, but the girl refusing to sell the ticket said its always been like this.

I have never been more disappointed leaving a movie, and it has nothing to do with the movie. This was my first time at Culver Ridge and I will NEVER return. We went to see Blank Panther this evening and were appalled by the behavior of the other guests in our theatre. There were about 5-8 teenagers in the seats at the very top of the theatre. They talked and laughed loudly throughout the ENTIRE movie. They were on their phones, taking flash pictures and making loud noises. Many other attendants in the theatre, including myself, made comments asking them to stop. They thought this was funny and replied “get security”. One attendant went and reported concerns to security. One security officer came into the theatre and simply observed and left. Additionally, someone brought a small child (around 1 years old) into this movie, which was PG 13. This child naturally cried during parts of the movie, causing more disruption and distraction. I am extremely disappointed with this entire experience, and like I stated, will never return to this Regal.

Had the whole theatre to myself! Tuesday nights are not busy there. Staff is friendly and theatre is clean. Handicap seating is in the middle of the theatre versus being in the way back in many other theatres. Seats are comfortable for upright seats by they should update them to the comfortable recliners!

First let me start with the seats was horrible and it seems like the sounds only coming from two speakers in the theater and it was very very cold in there and dirty nasty and we even did not even smell popcorn yes in the popcorn was still $5 for a small drink me and my family would never! come back to here not for $30 at all... and I forgot we didnt even finish the movie we walked out

I always have a good experience at the movies. I usually buy a snack pack which consists of popcorn, a drink and a small fruit pack. I saw Night School. It was hilarious!

Decent little local theater, not too crowded and a comfortable setting.

I wouldnt say that this would be my first choice in movie theater. Its pretty basic as far as movie theaters go, but charges about the same for places with bigger screens or reclining chairs. They also card you after a certain time to enter a movie. Im not sure that this is typical practice for other movie theaters, but have never experienced this elsewhere. Anyhow, we have been turned away from watching a movie because of people in the group forgetting their IDs at home.

Overpriced food and drinks (like all movie theaters), theaters were not cleaned even when they werent busy, candy machines had stale candy inside.

I was pleasantly surprised. There was quite a bit more security than I would have thought that a theater might have but my mother even flirted with one of them! It was her birthday so I guess she had fun.
