This theater is always very clean and the employees are very courteous. I’ve gone to see several movies here since it’s the closest theater to my house. I’ve never had any complaints. The prices at the snack bar are sky high but that’s how they are everywhere so it’s nothing to get too worked up about. Ticket prices have been a little high since they upgraded there seats. However I think it’s well worth it for the comfy recliners. They make movie watching very cozy and welcoming. Its definitely a fun experience to go to this theater at any time of the day. I love the fish tank too.

Beware: the show times listed by Google and the actual show times listed on the website dont always match.I have been to Cinimagic a few times and it has always been a good experience. The place is clean and the people are friendly. The best thing about it is the PRICE! The most reasonable cost for a big screen movie in town. The seating is comfortable. It is not as luxtureous as the other places in town. During the week attendance is pretty low. I would recommend this theater.Eyes of an Engineer Review.

Great little theater for older movies. We saw Jurassic Park there and it was a fun experience.

The service at the ticket counter and the concession stand was great. The seating was comfortable even if the seats dont recline. There was a bit of a sound problem at the end. The last 10 minutes of the movie you heard the background really well, but could not hear the dialogue very well at all.

Greatest staff! Ther uncle gentleman and the concessions was so diligent and informed. Having spent my life in customer service, I found it delightful at his suggestive sales ability, so much so that we bought the bucket deal and we dont even live in the community! His name was Issac. I went to look for him after to tell him how impressed I was, but didnt find him. Please, pass it along!

Theater 1 (which I visited) has Lights on during the whole Movie which brings Contrast of the Picture down (Black Color looks Gray and not Black at all),which again results in poor Picture Quality.My personal Home Theater Projector Picture,looks at least 10x better quality wise, and probably costs 50x cheaper.Sound quality was pretty good in my opinion.All together I dont think I can recommend Theater 1 as it was disappointing for me as a Movie Theater Enthusiast.

I went to a 9:50pm showing on a Wednesday night in September. The theater was empty. There is stadium style seating so unless a seven foot tall person is sitting in front of you, there should be no problem. Seats are comfortable but not recliners like in the new AMC theatres. I went with two friends and the three of us were only charged a total of $26 for the three tickets, a large popcorn and a large drink. Maybe we looked older or something. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the show and the theater. I cannot comment on the bathroom because I did not require use of the facility strangely enough.

I recommend this theater. Wear a jacket as theater #9 was cold. Otherwise overall a good place.

Disappointed in the visit. This theater has gone downhill. Most striking was the deplorable state of the bathroom. The stench of urine was strong enough to water my eyes. I ended up not using the sink as the sinks and mirrors were covered in something.... As well as having paper towels and other trash on the counters, floors, and overflowing the garbage can. This was 7 pm, but it looked and smelled like it hadnt seen a mop in weeks. As for the theater, the seats feel dated and a bit crowded when compared to the comfy chair tend seen elsewhere. I understand that customers can get wild at times, but management needs to enforce minimum sanitary standards at least. Ill go elsewhere next time.

You cant beat the price. Adult is $5.41 for matinee. Very clean. Friendly service. Nice sound system. Modern up-folding arm chair seats with rocking back for comfort. Not over crowded either.

Well there is no reclining chairs, but its still comfortable enough. In MN where Im from all the theaters have recliners. But this is a much smaller town.

Great theater. Very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The prices are not bad, the popcorn is fresh and if you get the large drink there is a free refill. If you see movies during the day or the first show of the morning the shows have a lots less people. Plus there are free kids movies on Saturdays in the morning. This is our favorite theater in Rochester.

Great deal $5 tickets anytime before 7pm, even weekends, much better price than the others in town. Used to only go to Wehrenburg (now marcus) but stopped once they installed the lounge chairs that require reserving seats. Theaters are a little small but otherwise nice.

The theater needs some upgrades to keep up with the other 2 theaters in town. It is good for daily discounts on concessions though. With each day having some sort of special.

I went into this movie theater and it was a treat from the start right away they have a large screen with the movie and the movie times. Then you go straight to the popcorn line and the prices are normal movie prices as you might suspect right away they told you your number and to the right or the left so it is easily navigable. Then when you are finished you feel presently pleased with your experience.

Bathrooms smelled like urine, stalls were stained yellow, and the sink counter was dirty. Very low-budget looking theater, and we had to buy our tickets at the concessions because no one was at the entry for ticket purchases. This will mostly be the first and last visit for me.The reason for a second star was due to the fact that we got two tickets, a medium popcorn and drink for $22.

Cinemagic easily has the best popcorn in town. My family absolutely loves popcorn so I would know where the best movie popcorn is and its here. This is the cheaper theater in town, so dont expect reclining seats, but if you just want to see a movie with friends or a special someone with a large soda ($5 with free refills) and a popcorn (get a bucket because they never check the expiration dates) for less than $15 then go to Cinemagic Theater

I like this movie theatre the best it has the most character to it out of the others. Has that nastolgic 90’s charm to it. May not be as fancy but It’s the cheapest theatre in town :)

In as soon as the place opened to see Endgame. Even just-opened, the service was solid and nobody was resentful of the streams of people.This theater doesnt have the fancy chairs or hard apple ciders, but it does have a solid layout and flow.

This an excellent Theater one of the Best in the world because of the seats being reclining and the sound is excellent I definitely recommend this Theater to everyone

I always enjoy coming here for Friday late night shows. Halloween was great. It was nice to see Jamie Lee finally win!! I wish Michael would have been a little bigger, he was a little small in stature but overall was ok. The only thing this theatre was missing was beer. The other theaters sell beer and wine.

Its 30 degrees in there. Dont go to this place if you dont wanna freeze your behind off.

My daughter had a birthday party here. The staff was very helpful and we found it to be a great deal for the price. The party room isnt big, but it worked for 10 little ones and three adults. I do wish they had the fancy reclining seats like the other theaters in town, but the lower price tickets are worth it.

This might not be the best theater in town but its my favorite. Love the $2 buckets all year. Never a long wait and clean. Works great for me and close to home.

Good price for matinee, but girl at concession stand tried to rip me off. My change was supposed to be $13.00, she gave me $8.00. When I told her, she didn’t apologize and certainly seemed like it was intentional. After the movie, I picked up my popcorn bag to throw it away and saw a puddle of “butter” on the floor. Sure enough, greasy stains all over my clothes. Seats are ok, but the recliners in other theaters are nicer.

Went to see Shazam. I used a neckloop device for the first time. I was able to hear all the conversation in the movie! As someone who has severe hearing impairment, this is a great value.Also enjoy the magic bucket of popcorn. Cheap for a year long discount on my favorite snack.

Good crowd today in theater. Matinees 5 dollars for a seat. Buy a popcorn bucket get it refilled for $2.49 for a year. No lounge seats but cheaper than the other theatres.

My daughter and I recently went to see a movie here. The employees were very welcoming. The popcorn was fresh and delicious. And the overall prices are reasonable. The seats are comfortable, and the theater was clean. We really enjoyed our mother / daughter night out, and plan to see many more movies here.

Was sent to Michigan from out of town for work training. Looked up some movie theaters in the area and decided to go to this one. Theater was neat and clean, priced just right. If ever back this way would definitely go back to this theater.

You give free movie passes for “Incredible 2 night” at the Rochester honkers game. Then don’t accept them for the incredible 2 movie or anything else we would like to see. Seems strange. It’s okay though because your competitors take them.

The employees are very nice, respectful and always willing to help. I love that the theater and events like Santas reindeers are so kid friendly. My son enjoys them very much. I also respect how willing the business was to work with when it came to planning a party and losing a certificate that was sent to my son. I also appreciate that facilities are clean and snack items are fresh. Thank you all for all your hard work in making it a great experience for my family!

The movie theater offers good food, although prices are somewhat high. The popcorn is excellent! They offer refills on large pop and popcorn. The theater itself is comfortable and the movies are presented very well on the screen, and the sound is top notch.

Great movie theater very humble staff

I enjoy bringing my family to this theater because the staff are nice and the prices are family friendly. However, I brought my family to see Miracles from Heaven this morning and while we were buying tickets I could see someone smoking one of those electric cigarettes in that back room area. I dont thing that is very family friendly at all. Even if those things are not as bad as cigarettes I dont want to bring my kids here and have them see people smoking behind where their food comes from. The theater even claims to have a no smoking policy right at their door, does it not apply to staff too?! I am wondering if this theater is the best place to bring my kids despite the good prices.

I brought a friend to your theatre last week, she suffers with Parkinsons Disease and passed out as we were buying our tickets.Your employee Ben was right there to help me get her to a bench and got her a cup of water and a wet paper towel. He was very kind and helpful! My friend did recover and we were able to enjoy the movie! THANK YOU BEN!

Love the fact that they stay open later on weekdays. It works well for those that have jobs. Probably the best concession prices in our area. The popcorn could be better, only reason I say that; is because I got burnt popcorn last time I went. The bathrooms have been getting better as well. (Used to smell like a port-a-potty before) its a lot cleaner now. Like the fact that a night at the movies went break the bank. Keep up the good work! :)

This is my familys go-to theater in town. The prices are low, but the quality isnt. The popcorn is the best, and we love the Magic Bucket they offer! They are very kid-friendly with the free Saturday movies and guest characters. The staff is friendly and respectful. The bathrooms are always clean. The seats are comfortable. The location is great for us.

The staff are friendly. The prices for the movies are very good, I love the matinee prices. We were directed to the wrong theater once, along with a couple of other people. When the movie didnt start, someone went to the front and the manager came back and apologized. We got our money back and a movie voucher. That only happened once in the five years weve been going to this theater. I think the concessions are overpriced, but thats the case at all theaters. I like the big popcorn bucket that can be refilled. With 3 teenagers who like movies, that is convenient. Unless its a special event, we dont usually buy candy or drinks due to the cost.

I tell everyone you are the best theater in Rochester. You keep your prices reasonable, give us opportunities for good deals on your popcorn with the buckets, offer coupons and deals to everyone without having to join a club.You also give back to your customers by offering free popcorn various times in the year - again without having to join a club. 5$ matinees everyday... Sun-Sat great customer service. It seems like the show times on there website is 10 minutes later than actually time. I thought I was me messing up the time but it happened to me 3 times. overall 4 stars pretty clean lots of seating and great price.

Run of the mill movie theater, I just thought it was a bit strange that the light inside the theater room did not go off all the way. Would watch a movie here again.

My family and I have always enjoyed the theater. Its clean and welcoming and has very reasonable prices even at night. It is also in a convenient location so its easier to see a movie on a whim. My wife and I have had many an enjoyable date night at Cinemagic.

Movie times posted on line are not correct be careful u dont drive to town like I did to see a movie.. and be sold a ticket for a show that started 40 min prior without knowing.. what good is blaming Google for show time errors after Im already in theater..

This is our favorite theatre. It isnt fancy, but they will run deals on concessions that are awesome. They arent the fashionable new recliner seats like another theatre in town, but the arms between the seats raise up so you can snuggle closer to the person you came with! They are comfortable. I love the atmosphere.

Seats are not that comfortable for the length of time spent there. Volume is great. Customer service is excellent.

Went to Cinemagic to buy a gift card last week and I asked the young man behind the concession counter to assist me in purchasing one as no one was manning the front of the theatre. He walked with me to the front but instead of assisting me he ignored me. He left me to stand awkwardly while he turned his attention to customers walking through the door who didnt know what show they wanted to see and who had not been waiting like I had. So I left after a couple minutes of standing there. Courtesy is something often missing in todays bussling society.

We were just there (opening night for Mockingjay2). I was a bit :( that we couldnt get into the big screen until 10. We took the 9 PM time instead given that it was late for us in a school night.However no big lines so that was good.More variety to food available would be great if possible. Maybe variety of what is offered to drink?All staff were great, except the one kid whom seemed to have an issue with showing us where #12 screen was at. He was taking our tickets. He maybe was a bit overwhelmed so no big deal. :)Otherwise good experience. Just make the big screen time more available for these types of movies and more variety to what is available to drink? (Reason for my 3 stars)

Great prices, I like that they show later movies on the weekends. I was here with my husband last weekend and he lost his phone in the theater. We didnt realize it until the next morning. When we called they had found it and were holding it up front for him. Employees were super friendly.

Cant get ur own refills...way too expensive. ..chairs way too close and crowded
