I actually still love to go the movie theaters... to me its a form of peace.This is definitely my go to spot.The staff is always on point and the manager is pretty cool.My only complaint is that they do not have reclining seats as of yet but the manager and I have already had this discussion and it was a great conversation. Ill keep my fingers crossed on that one but even if it never happens... this will still be my spot and they get bonus points from me for having tasty nachos and cheese plus tons of snacks

I am very happy with my local movie theater, I kind of wish it wasnt attached to a giant mall but we cant have everything, can we? When I go to the movies it is because of a picture that I cannot wait to see. If I watch a movie anywhere else but my cozy family room, the venue had better be worth it. We found the theater clean and comfortable. It is exciting to me to get out and see a motion picture, good or bad. I feel like most of the employees here know that about their customers, they seem to get caught up in thewave of that excitement.

Nice mall location movie theater. I gave it a 4 star because if you are from out of town check out Movie 10. Movies 10 is half the price and the seats recline and more comfortable. You get your money worth there vs regal

The seats are uncomfortable and the location attracts the young & loud crowd. If you want to take your partner on a nice movie date, I suggest you take them to AMC Webster 12. If you dont mind people talking and being rude during the movie, than this will be okay.

Really like this theater. Lots of movie screens, popcorn is ok. Dont have to pick your seats ahead of time like the other place.

The staff was wonderful and the theater was clean. The down side was seats were uncomfortable my back started to hurt, and was surprised to see they didnt recline. The seats felt crowded together and cup holders to shallow.

I joined their club at no charge, so now on Tuesdays i can go to a movie for only $5.95. Then I can go shopping in the mall. Everything is right there. Its great!

Had to leave before the movie started and they gave us a full refund!We like Regal because it is a convenient location inside the mall. There is an entrance from both the East and West parking lots so a close spot is usually easy to find. It also has the best popcorn of all theaters in my opinion. This location still has your typical theater seats, not the recliners. This could be taken as a disadvantage but I feel the recliners complicate seating when with a larger group or even when on a date.

Really good customer service. Not a wait at all. Very adequate seating arrangements. Its a really clean place and very well maintained and clean bathrooms. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody that wants to take their family out and enjoy a movie at a very nice place.

I dont know what to say about this theater that wouldnt apply to many other older theaters. This is a fine place to see a movie if youre at the mall and have time to kill. Concessions at Regal tend to run higher in cost than Tinseltown. The seats are fine though the theater rooms themselves have room to improve on cleanliness. The only other downside is that its located at the far end of the mall.

Great! Bought 4 tickets online, one person couldnt come @ the last minute. Manager gave me 2 options: get me a guest ticket (expires in a year) or my money back. Good customer service.

Customer service was great, the 30 minute wait for the movie was horrible especially for a kids movie. Start time 520 after commercials and trailers it started at 550. I guess Ill try elsewhere before I come here with my child again.

This may seem minor, too much salt on the pop corn. Because of my health, I cant have much salt. I returned my pop corn to the attendant. I was told the salt was automatically added and no way to get less or no salt. I felt this was not a good practice. I waited for a new batch that was just as salty as the first.

Just your average movie theater, Could be a tad bit cleaner and it would be nice if regal finally upgraded their movie seats but for the most part if you just wanna quickly stop in and see a movie I would recommend coming .

I love the Regal Ciema in Greece. The lastest movies are always shown. It could be updated, but it is in good shape. The bathrooms are kept clean, the food is okay, and the staff is nice. Nice family place, I give it a thumbs up.

Regal Cinemas is a good first time movie theatre. I would suggest finding somewhere else to go. I feel that there prices are little heavy handed. I know that movie theatre prices are pretty much the same, but I had the same experience at movies 10 for 1 dollar.

I really enjoyed the movie that my mom and I watched there this afternoon The Upside. I give the movie theater 4 stars because I was going to purchase a small bottle of water and the mark up on a 16oz bottle of water rang up $5,00 plus change. Headless to say, I did not purchase it. I can see a bottle of water ranging from $1.50- $3.00 at a place like that but over $5.00 is just thievery. Its sad how the prices to do little things to bring the family together or to entertain yourself is becoming outrageously expensive.; I think its just greed. I do understand how business and inflation works but this is just ridiculous. In this particular movie theater they do not have reclining chairs either. The theater was clean and the staff was pleasant.

I recommend only going to the Regal Greece on Tuesday for $5.99. Dont forget your regal rewards card. They dont have the super comfy lounge chairs. Tinseltown has the $5 admission & the lounge chairs & the blue berry slushies that I love & you dont need a rewards card.

Went to see birds of prey. Theatre clean, staff professional. Movie started 20 minutes late.

This was ridiculous. Movie was supposed to start at 620p. Currently 647pm and still showing previews. I didnt pay $50 to bring my kids to see previews all night. Never will I go to Regal again!

Just as everyo th her movie theater this place is not a handicapped friendly place to get into. The parking spaces are too far away from the entrance. And then when you get in there the distance from the front to the theaters is terrible there are no places to seat except a few high top chairs that for senior citizens are useful. No benches to rest at between there either. I always think twice about going to the movies because of all the walking that I have trouble with.

#1 Seats need and upgrade!! I had no room for my legs at 511 they kept going to sleep while i watched the grinch with my daughter. #2 Lines at the Concessions stand would be nice!! #3 a push button for the handicapped in and out of the bathroom doors!!!!!! A guy in his wheelchair had to wait until i was done using it, In order to get OUT. Which is pathetic. Come on Regal step your game

We saw Black Panther in 3D.Hold onto your seat (in 3d) you will have to. The jetset action of this film will keep your heart pumping with the speed and velocity of the transports. The suspense is thrilling, the theme heartfelt. The costumes, makeup and actors performances are out of this world. I rarely go to the movies (1 - 2 times every 5-6 years). This was worth the time and money. I would be willing to see this again, knowing what to expect, I think it will be a more relaxing view. I thoroughly enjoyed it

Chairs are decent but they dont lean back/armrests are hard plastic without cushioning. Restrooms are usually pretty clean. Prices competitive with other theaters ($11for an evening show).

A little behind in the times but not a bad place to catch a movie. Personally, I think they have to step up their menu options and update their seating. To their credit, staff is friendly and its very clean. The crowd isnt my favorite to deal with on certain movie launch nights.

We waited in line for tickets for fifteen minutes as they only had one register open. Theatre was very cold, I had to wear my coat and scarf, but it was clean. The movie, Mary Poppins, was excellent and so was the popcorn.

Prices for movies and concessions are crazy for being one of the few remaining theaters without reclining seats. On my last visit, no one came in to check the theater while we viewed the movie like normal. There were people that definitely shouldve been kicked out for taking phone calls mid-movie. I was recently here when the equipment malfunctioned as well and it was very unprofessional. Theyve really become a movie theater I prefer not to frequent.

Okay experience as always. Not underwhelming, not overwhelming. Just an average movie theater. Basic sound systems. Basic seats. Almost every other movie theater in my town has upgraded to reclining seats but regal seems content to charge the same prices as the rest, (and far higher than movies 10, but that can be put down to the fact their movies are a bit dated by comparison) without the addition of added comfort. Also, the quality of video is average as well. Regal is a theater of well-rounded averageness

Went to see Aquaman. Malfunction in projection booth. Gave us a refund AND passes to come hack. Two nights later went back. Screen was filthy and took away from the movie. Seats need to be replaced. GO SOMEPLACE ELSE and spend your hard earned money, and actually enjoy the experience.

Ive been here often and its seating isnt comparable to most other theaters and facilities werent in the best of shape. But the movie screen and projection is top notch and I still enjoy going here and catching a flick and with regal club card u get deals on tickets and concessions so I recommend this place
