When we walked into the movie theater it was very clean and there were too many people but we went to go get the snacks and they have a really good selection they have pizza, pizza hut pizza now and they have the chocolate chip cookie pie things which are really really good .the seats recline all the way back are really comfortable the movie theaters bag and it was clean they keep up with stuff yeah and I would definitely go back there again. The staff was friendly and the bathrooms were clean

My first cinematic experience since Pre-Rona... The only other precaution they could take = checking peepz temperature° So dont be a d*ck and walk in there knowing youre carrying a potentially deadly disease. We all thank you ️

Clean, easy and overall a nice place to have a great time with friends and family. The best part about here is the option to reserve your seats which makes life a bit easier. With time of the essence, the movie time should not be based on fighting or rushing for the best seats. Other than that, the theater and the quality of the print itself makes it a great place to go with family, friends or even on your own. The staff is great. Tickets can range in between $10 to $20 depending on the type of movie, Standard, 3D, IMAX.

All the staff is friendly amd seem happy. The theaters are spotless and lounge chairs are great! I love the new soda machines with so many selections. The worker we had also indulged our butter love by layering the butter throughout our bucket of popcorn. This is the only local theater I go to. Ive always had great experiences here.

What a sweet place. Spectacular IMAX theater and a beautiful interior with plenty of couches. The snacks are ludicrously priced as always, and I found their pickles a bit weird. But other than that, an excellent place to spend an evening.

Best movie theater around!

This theatre is usually clean, although during peak hours a bit of extra monitoring would be in order. Snack lines are always long and slow-moving, so allow extra time for that if youre visiting during peak hours. I would not describe employees here as friendly, but theyre also not rude. Theyre generally proficient and courteous.

Best place to see wide-release movies in Rochester. The seats are reclining and quite comfortable, and have held up better than other theaters reclining seats. It is decently clean, and picture and audio quality is good. Only complaint is that the convenience fee to buy tickets online (which is basically required due to reserve seating) feels like nickle-and-diming to me, but almost all theaters do that now. Also, they recently removed the bathroom at the entrance to put in a huge row of soda machines, evil.

If you are in Rochester, NY and want to see a movie this is the place! The biggest, comfy chairs, great sound and free refills on drinks! We saw 1917 and the theater really made the movie more enjoyable. We cant wait to go back!

This was my 2nd visit to Tinseltown in as many weeks. Once again, my neighborhood theater was NOT showing a movie I wanted to see. Gotta say the seating is outstanding. No more people kicking my chair, blocking my view etc. I think this is my go-to place for flix from now on! Godfather II on the big screen? Yes please!! Thanks Cinemark!

Looks like theyre adding in self-serve soda machines which will be so convenient for quick refills during the movies. Seats are comfy and recline. Theaters seem to kept nice and clean. My new favorite theater!

Ive been going here since I was a kid. Its always been a cheap place to watch a movie on the big screen. Recently they put in all new seating, which are wonderfully comfortable reclining chairs. The pricing is still good- $3 usually with a special on Tuesdays of $2. My only complaint is that the place is never fully clean. Theres always dirt and smudges lurking around. The staff is always pleasant though. All in all a great and inexpensive place to find entertainment.

Saw Rise of Skywalker here. Great seating and snacks! Like all theater joints, snacks are way overpriced but, made worth it by the comfort of the seats! Arcade for the youngsters and a cool little photo booth.Recline, dine and have a good time!

The theater was pretty awesome. The reason I only gave it three stars was because I picked this theater out specifically because it offered IMAX. The IMAX theater is in need of a serious update. The chairs are all worn and not very comfortable for long shows. The IMAX experience was still present though.

Clean with great recliner seats and a mini arcade which is great for dates or children. Keep in mind that the IMAX theatre has comfortable seats but they do not recline unfortunately. They also dont have alcohol. In my opinion these are minor details that dont take away from a comfortable cinema experience. Ive also found the crowds here are very quiet during movies which is also very welcome; some crowds depending on location can be noisy.

Clean. Cozy chairs. Lots of different (overpriced) food options. If the big theater thing is for you then this is your place. Docked a star because the arcade used to be fun with lots of machines but now it sucks.

Why do we pay to see a half hour of commercials, before the movie even starts? I enjoy watching movies, but between hulu, Netflix and Disney+, the experience has to be exceptional and after the last few movies Ive seen Ive come to the conclusion its not worth 70 dollars of my money for a family of four to see a matinee. Between the cost of the movie and the cost of the snacks/ drinks and my time watching commercials... Id rather not. I wont be back soon... Ill enjoy movies in my living room, where I can pause it when I want.

This is the only IMAX theater in the Rochester area and its really great! the seats in the regular theaters are big, comfortable, and recline! do be aware, the first three rows are VERY close to the screen. seats are always assigned so its a good idea to buy tickets ahead of time. the seats in the IMAX theater arent as nice, but are still comfortable though a little cramped. bathrooms are clean, staff is nice!

Having the cinemark membership is totally worth it! Being a family of 5, getting a free ticket every month on top of 20% discount of food purchases helps cut our out of pocket cost a ton! Probably one of the best theaters in town. Concessions are overpriced. But if you sign up for the Cinemark Movie Club. You get discounted tickets and 20% off consessions so that makes it a little bit better

Nice reclining adjustable seats to watch Toy Story 4! It would be easy to fall asleep in such a relaxed position. What a major investment by the owner to provide such a pleasant place and atmosphere for movie goers! Thank you also for a nice staff!

I cannot stress enough how much you all need to watch the Mr Rogers movie. It made me cry 6 times and Ive never cried in movies before: happy tears, sad tears, tears of longing, tears of joy.The world didnt deserve Fred Rogers, but it sure did need him. What a great FRIEND he was too all.This movie and all those involved did Fred Rogers and his friends complete justice with this heart-touching production.

Buying and printing the tickets online saved a bunch of time. We bypassed all the lines and went right in. The theatre, bathrooms, and hallways were clean. I had a great time.

Favorite theater - spoiled by the ultra comfortable reclining leatherette lounge seats and view-blocking partitions between the rows. I-Max experience is unsurpassed.

This is the best movie theater I have ever been to. The seats are great. Clean. The people who work here are very nice. And a huge selection of things to snack on.

Staff is polite nice& quiet during the movies and the reclining chairs make you feel right at home, there so comfortable my wife asked are you sleeping. Just a great place altogether.

Fairly average price for an opening night film. Impressed with the price of the collectible cups/tin popcorn buckets though. Seats are probably the most comfortable in the area, and a much nicer location than the theaters in the surrounding towns. Parking was a little rough, but that was expected on opening night. Overall, nice experience.

I always love this theater! Since revamping the seating, its way more comfortable and roomier! The staff is friendly and helpful, the theaters are cleaned (no sticky floors) and the bathrooms are always very clean!

The new recliners are great! The food and drink are expensive! Movie projector went out just as movie was starting. Took about a half hour to fix then we saw the movie. They gave us free tickets because of the delay!

Took the kids to see Frozen 2 and the projector decided to overheat and die about 15 minutes into the movie. The kids were pretty traumatized to not be able to see the end, LOL, but the staff was very nice, refunded our money, AND gave us vouchers for another movie. Sadly we live about 3 hours away from Rochester, but hopefully we will get a chance to make it back up there sometime soon.

Best movie theater in the area by a pretty large margin. Similar to AMC in Webster but the stadium seating is pretty perfect for movies. Just dont sit right up front because their screens are humungous. All reserve seating as well.

This is my go to movie theatre. Plenty of parking. The movie lobby is enormous and attractive. The sights,sounds and smell of fresh popcorn excites all the senses and prepares you for an experience to enjoy your movie. The theatre is always clean. The seats are comfortable and the bathrooms are always clean. Oh IMAX is the experience you must try at least once. It costs a bit more but do it and youll know why. Enjoy you movie

Recling seats, 3-D movies, IMAX theater, lots of parking, reserved seating and a visible security presence are the upside. The downside is this is the most expensive movie venue in rochester metro area.

Went to see 1917. We liked it very much. The director had the story told to him by his grandfather. So it is loosely based on a true story.

I enjoy the reclining seats, however end up sore by the end of a 2hr long movie. Maybe adding lumbar control and or making seats more compatible for people with back issues? Post renovations is one of the best theaters out there. Be careful on seat selection as some of the theaters are so large you can end up rather high and far from screen without realizing it.

I visited this establishment the first day of the new year to watch creed with my best friend. I am proud that Cinemark tinsel town exist in my neighborhood. It propels diversity to surface in public places. I absolutely love this. The movie was great and the seating was comfortable, since the chairs do recline. For That, I give it 5 stars. Also, because of you purchase a large drink, you are entitled to free refills which is always awesome.

Good place especially on Tuesdays. Though for any other day you can find a movie theater with better seats. The employee we had at the snack counter didnt seem to want to be there. Didnt say anything besides Anything else? The ticket collector was friendly though distracted in conversation with another coworker. I did enjoy seeing Zombieland though.

Great theater, but we had seats in the second row. Big mistake. They were much worse than I expected. Avoid at all cost. On the plus side, the theater is clean, and everything is in good repair. The concessions are amazing, with a huge selection of foods.

Comfortable seating, great sound quality. Facilities were clean. I would give it 5 stars but the greater inside the lobby was rude. He refused to acknowledge my greeting so I tried again to no avail then he did the same to my girlfriend. When I pay over $15 per ticket I would expect the theater can afford to hire employees that have at the very least some common courtesy.

Ive been here a handful of times now and every time has been great. The seats recline so theyre super comfy and you have plenty of room. The only weird thing is that you select your seats when you purchase your tickets, which is neat, but every time Ive gone, the seats that were listed on the selection screen as being filled always end up empty through the whole movie.
