Its clean but a bit dated. The service is good though. Max and Jay at the concession stand were very friendly and helpful.The screen quality was fine and the sound was good too. They could use the newer style recliners for seating.

Can make the cinema better by upgrading it a bit and improving the sound quality.The good things were that it was clean. Good popcorns and a number of other food options to enjoy your movie with .Have a good number of theaters but I think upgradation of these will go a long way

Was a blast and the service was great the theater style was also very cool for sure a great for going with family and friend. Would recommend this location any time im here.

Fair priced tickets and comfortable seats. The seats are traditional row seats and not new fancy ones but are comfortable even for a 2+ hour movie. Wide screen and good quality. Have seen multiple Marvel movies here as well as all of the new Star Wars trilogy. Delicious popcorn and fresh pretzels. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Its a pretty standard Regal so I have nothing wrong with the business itself. I went here with a friend for a special showing a month ago or so and the fire alarm went off and we had to wait outside, it wasnt too cold so whatever, but the manager said we would all get a free ticket so any showing in the future then when they let us back in they never followed up on that. Not gonna make a deal out of it or call back and make a fuss but if youre going to say something like that at least follow up on it.

Has recent and good movies all the time. Staff are nice and seating is comfortable.

There was no line, and we were seated in no time. The concessions are clean and neat. The seats are comfortable.

Good facilities. Dont know how I feel about ticket sales at concessions. The kids working there left the door open for a long time when working outside

Its a good theater. Been around a long time. Expect the typical high theater prices for concessions. My only complaint is its the only major theater in the Rochester area that hasnt updated its seating yet. Regal Victor, Tinseltown, and even Movies 10, has upgraded their seats.

Compared to the competition, this place is way behind on the times. Even the Movies10 has moved up to the nice seats, it is a shame that Regal hasn’t remodeled this theater. I keep checking and hoping they will update to the current standard, until then avoid as there are better options at better prices.

Went during the week. Not too many people. Had to buy my ticket at concessions so line took a little longer than normal. But fine experience.

We had a wonderful time watching A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood. The theater was clean and well kept. Regal cinema does a great job.

We usually go to Tinseltown because we have the Cinemark membership. Decided to go to Regal because the show time worked best for our schedule. We definitely know why we dont go there... Theaters are very dirty with trash in cup holders. The seats havent been replaced in 20 years and have no cushion left. Regal really needs to step up their game

Regal really needs to invest some money in all htier theaters in Monroe County and the surrounding areas. Many of the theaters, amenities, restrooms are showing their age and are feeling extremely dated.Buyer beware, their unlimited offer can be misleading. Considered it but then saw that Id need the Teir 2 plan as no theaters in the area use the base plan. Was going to go to the movies more often with this but I opted not to at the moment.Other then that, love Regal.

Give this one a four star only because they dont have the big, reclining seats. Other than that, my girl and I had a great time watching The Grudge, its a nice cinema

Easy to get to. Great selection of movies being that they have 18 theaters. Decent prices at concessions too.

Excellent seating. I love that they have special glasses so the deaf and hearing impaired can see the c as captioned without everyone else seeing them.

The place was nice neat clean. No rude movie watchers at the visit. For just a moment some of the power went out, but they fix the problem quickly.

Parking isnt too bad in general. This is a very safe area of town and a well lit lot with plenty of goods and services in the area for all kinds of fooding and shopping before and after the movie. The theater common area is spacious, bright and a touch casino like, at least in the choice of carpeting. Particularly nice is the highly angled stadium seating. Soundsystem is also high-quality and Ive never had a projection or other viewing issue at this location.

We got in to see the last Star Wars movie with no problems. I am glad we waited a week! The movie was fantastic!

I took my girls there on opening weekend of Frozen 2, saw the show early at 11:40 am. Enjoyed the film and the theater, and when we left they actually had Elsa and Anna dressed up in the lobby to take pictures with. They havent upgraded the seats in quite sometime but it was still okay.

Great classic Regal theater. Really nice staff, clean, and a selection of films that includes indie movies!

It’s better then the dollar theater but honestly not worth the up charge.

Friendly and helpful staff. The area was rather clean, and it was maintained well. I went during low traffic hours, so the mood was rather lax and peaceful.

The workers are so nice and always have smiles on their faces and very respectful its very clean great place to see movies

Comfy. Dark. Bass little low, but keep your excitement high. Memory creator zone.

Dont expect super kind people ready and willing to give great happy service, but the theaters are clean and comfortable and theres generally few rude talkers or cell phone users.

I appreciate how local it is, but seats could really use repair and the building could use some maintenance

The only reason I still go here is for the open captioned movies.The seats are so dirty, the floor is so sticky, the smell in the theaters is indescribably awful. I dont expect the recliner seats everywhere, but its time to replace the cloth seats with something easier to keep clean and fresh smelling. And for goodness sake, do something about the sticky floors...its disgusting!

Awesome theater supportive of local community! Not only so many movies & theaters in one place and great popcorn but on Sunday am can go there early for church as they lease 5 theaters out to Northridge Church which offers full church services serving families and colleges all around the Henrietta and greater Rochester area. Also host special events that are best enjoyed seeing on the large screen with great sound system! So convenient to get to from 390 from any direction.

Me and my family had an awesome time at the theater. It was a really nice afternoon.

Not my favorite place to watch a movie. Nothing exciting about the place. It needs a bit of more light, at least at the entrance. The staff at the food/snacks counter was too rude. The projector seemed to have some issues. We had difficulty watching the movie with 3D glass. We watch star wars the last jedi. Great movie, but a bad place to watch one. There are better places than this.

Water didnt work. Enticing people to buy drinks??? Employees seemed aloof.

Bad fun... but the seats were very uncomfortable and the food was very overpriced

This location is not bad if you go early enough. Later shows there are too many young, immature kids with no parents in sight and they tend to act a fool. Not enough staff to keep them in check, not that they should serve as security anyway. Aside from that, pretty decent place to catch a movie.

Its a good clean movie theater. The concession stand line goes by pretty fast thanks to the hard work of the employees. Only wish they had bucket seats.

A long time patron. New horrible experience. There was no one at the ticket counter. Everyone had to wait in line at the concession stand for tickets. Half the people did not even want concessions. They just wanted to watch the movie. We arrived 30 min before the start time of the movie, and we were also 15 min late to the start of the movie. We were in line for 45 min!!! I do not know if this is a new thing to get people to buy food, but this was a horrible experience. Also... When we did get our tickets and food, they scanned my rewards card after my ticket purchase. I told them I had enough points for a discount on popcorn. I got no discount. They put it as a separate charge. They put my food as a second trasaction. At the same time the people next to us seeing the same movie got a free popcorn for waiting so long.

A perfectly serviceable theatre. The prices are excessive as expected, but the employees are friendly and everything is clean.

This place is huge. 18 screens (I think). No issues with the movie, didnt want any food. Real simple.

I was served rock hard and burnt pretzels twice, the joystick on the arcade game Mrs Pacman/Galaga sticks and delays... so wasted a lot of tokens trying to play it, the seats have not been updated to reclining chairs. The movie was, Black and Blue was good, but the Regal experience sucked

The seating was great, the movie experience was fantastic, and Captain Marvel rocked Henrietta. If you are looking for a theater that takes care of its customers than this is the theater to go to. They also have a beautiful neon theme in the entry vestibule for those of you looking for a more retro feel for a retro movie like Captain Marvel

This is my go to theater, but things are starting to go a little downhill... Half the time Im here, the pre-movie entertainment is playing on audio only, not video. The screen is just black... Also, the landscaping in the parking lot is getting really overgrown. But, the staff are always friendly, and the theaters and bathroom are always clean.

Older seats but great concessions

The seats vary in each auditorium. None of them are comfortable. The other theaters 15 min away have nice plush recliners. Even the dollar theater 5 min away has better seats. Arcade is outdated with 7 machines. 3 of which are claw machines. Concession food was average in price and quality. Upgrade the seats at least and Ill come back.

I go here on sundays for church. Absolutely love this venue. #Northridge

Great but took awhile to get my card accepted

A decent enough cinema, though the walls are a bit thin so in quiet moments you can often hear another movie playing. Food and drink, as with all theaters, are overpriced. The staff are typically friendly and willing to help.

Its a theater, so of course the prices will be outrageous, but the overall experience was fun.

Movies are cool. Literally 33 minutes of trailers and adverts before the movies is not.

Ive always liked this theater. Ive definitely been spoiled by AMC with their reclining seats, but if youre ok without them, this is a great theater.

A scary, buta good one

How the seats are arranged even when stranger sit right next to you, you barely notice. Good amount of space front back and sides. No real bad place to sit to watch the movie great sound.and when I went real clean always nice not to stick to the floor lol.

Overall, as a theatre, its good. Snacks are expensive, but its clean and comfortable.

Nicely greeted by ticket host, but offended by other staff. Wife informed them that we were getting sound but no picture during promos they told her not to worry about it.Said to let them know if there was no picture when the movie started! With stadium seating and sticky floors, this is a place to avoid. Go to Regal Eastview.

The movie was alright, we kinda expected more comedy than drama, but definitely enjoyed the time we had there. Was not in one of their more comfortable theatres, so that wasnt the greatest...kinda hard to sit in a regular movie seat after having been spoiled by those gr8 chairs that recline all the way back and you get so cozy in!! Looking forward to the next movie I get to see, hopefully plans work out and me and the kids will get to enjoy a good marvel film soon!! We shall see...!?!

The best Regal in town in my opinion. Never had a bad experience. I didnt give it 5 stars simply because I prefer AMC but this is definitely the Regal Id recommend if you like those better. Seating feels a little tight but theres a lot of leg room which is great. I hate moving my feet for ppl to walk by so thats nice. The food is also a plus. Personal pizza almost every time!

This cinema is near the marketplace mall and many restaurants which makes convenient to spend time at the mall and watch a movie. This place is big enough and clean. The staff are nice and available to help. One thing is just that the prices of food are just too expensive. I was getting a bottle of water which costed $5.. Other than that, good place to watch and a spacious parking lot.

The movie was supposed to start @ 6:20 but had to sit through 18 minutes of ads-also chairs hurt wifes back and made my knees feel like Im 80!

Great movie needs to upgrade theater

Me my mom and my boys went to go see the Godzilla movie we enjoy the movie.by the way the movie theater was very clean and the bathroom was clean as well.

The facility is nice, the screens are good, the popcorn is buttery, all that jazz but the seats are so close together and so uncomfortable. the tickets are reasonable if you have a Regal card but honestly just wait a few more weeks and go to Movies10. the seats are nicer and the tickets are cheaper.

Dated facility with no reclining chairs. In fact, theater 9 that I was in had springs pressing against me and my family. I could also hear sounds from movies on either side. Very disappointing.With ticket prices being the same, and concessions over priced everywhere, why not go to an updated theater with spacious reclining seats?Description of “plush seating” is a bold lie.

Great theatre! Lots of screens and plenty of moderately comfortable seating. Food lines are slow, and lots of items are frequently out of stock, even popcorn at times. But service is great, and everyone is friendly. Theatres are clean and audio-visuals are very good :-)Tickets are reasonably priced, so its a great place to watch a movie with all your friends!

Worst seats! Springy and uncomfortable. They need to update to stadium recliners like other theaters. 9.00 for a matinee! No wonder there were only 3 people there to see the movie! Even Movies 10 has better seating. Never going back there and definitely not at “full” price!

Not old, but not new. I liked the size of the theater, and having so many screens makes it easy to find something to see. The sound system was great! Just wish concessions at the movies wouldnt be so expensive. Its sad when you spend more for two drinks and two candy than you do for the movie tickets.

Had the last movie of the night with my friend. We stayed after hours, went into different theaters (which have different smells) until we were kicked out, but they really didnt bother us, they just said goodnight guys, time to go. I loved how cool they were about it. Service was pleasant, nothing to complain about.

There was a technical issue in each theater so I had to leave early and miss the end of the movie since it started about 30 minutes late. Also realized that I definitely prefer AMC type theaters with the comfortable recliner seats. If Im going to spend that much money on a ticket and popcorn I may as well be super comfy

It was great that the theater wasnt freezing as they always are. Very clean and comfortable atmosphere
