The grandkids love this water park. Watched a beautiful shepherd having so much fun in the water. It made every one watching smile and laugh! Great place for families.

I love Elstro plaza! The farmers market and the Wednesday food truck extravaganza are two of my favorite park events! Way to go Richmond Parks Department!

Great Community Gathering Place that you can add it to Richmond. Not a lot of shade but hopefully that will come in time since this is only 2 years old

This downtown park is used for the farmers market, movie nights, outside yoga, and has a band shell for live performances. Only a few years old, plenty of parking, outside permanent ping pong table, tables and chairs, and water splash for kids on hot days.

You have to see this place to like it nice place

Great gathering spot for the community. Catch the farmers market on Saturdays during the summer along with food truck Wednesdays. Splash around in the colorful pop up water fountain or catch an outdoor concert. Enjoy the Richmond Meltdown Festival in January. Wonderful edition to the community!

Theres a ton of potential for this plaza! The farmers market is pretty good, and Food Truck Wednesday brings in more food than is typically available in Richmond. Theres certainly room for growth, but I love that Richmond is trying out new things with this space.

Food trucks that are there every Wednesday are great! Atmosphere is clean and generally pleasant. Bathrooms are surprisingly clean! Little splash pad is nice for the kiddos. Wish the seating wasnt metal in direct sunlight, but otherwise its nice and seems to be a nice little spot.

Nice place for live music

This is a really nice, clean and pretty place to spend some time relaxing outside alone or with friends. Its a nice place to read a book you got from the library across the street or to do homework. Its also a great place to bring your kids in the summertime because of the many water spouts it has for them to play in. Or you can walk around and look at the flowers. Its just a really nice place.

Nice place for public gatherings. The farmers market opens there at 8 am on Saturday mornings. I got a backpack full of fresh, and some organic, vegetables and herbs. Yum!

Well when i was there yesterday it was peaceful an d quiet the water. was very pretty it was just what i was looking for for a beautiful day like that it hit the Spot

On Wednesday for the food trucks is the best thing ever. Its always worth and the vendors are amazing.

My family and I went for Food Truck Wednesday which is held through the summer. There was also live music, green space to lounge on, and a small water feature for kids to play in. This is one of my favorite places to be outside in Richmond.

The interest ice carvers were awesome. A lot of talent. It was freezing but very enjoyable.

Fun place to take the kids to cool off- I like that theres more than one splash pad around town!! So Nice too!

Open air activities

Although I was initially against the building of this park, it is a great attraction for our city.

Love that Richmond has this space for the farmers market, the Tuesday twilight market, Wednesday food trucks, and other events. The food truck Wednesdays have pretty good options and more will be introduced I hope! It used to have live music too for the June/July period which was lovely!

Very nice...but very windy. Made keeping music under control (or even on our music stands) very difficult. The audience was good and enjoyed the music.

This place is very nice peaceful if you just want to get away from everybody this is the place to go! My grandbabies love it here when the water is on, bc they can be themselves.

Went there for the farmers market. Just not as big as it used to be. There were CPL vendors selling food which seemed to be doing ok

Its a very nice water park and lotsa play space with a lot of room for kids thats got a library across the street an it downtown close to the courthouse.. play area to.keep.kids occupied..

Went here for the farmers market and it was delightful. Clean and well organized. Bathroom and drinking fountains readily available.

It is nice, but it looks out of place in the middle of the town. There is still about a third of the original parking lot that detracts from the overall look. The splash pad is nice, the area is nice on the weekend due to the Farmers Market.

This is a great family place. The kids had a great time playing in the water. Would definitely recommend it!!

I take my children there to play on the splash pad they really enjoy it at night the splash pad lights up. The only down side that we have noticed is a few of the water jets arent working

Beautiful light display and water works at night and great when the food trucks show up and local artist come out to display whatever their love of art is.... And then when the produce people produce products...
