Fun place for kids thru pre teen age. Although my collage kids had fun as well. First visit planned to stay 2 hours stayed 6.5.
Water quality is 10/10, slides are a binary scale of 0 or 100 the orange one is slow for the young ones and the blue is fast enough to shoot you out the other end so fast you skip along the top of the water, I did cut my elbow coming out of the blue slide but thats a personal experience so it probably wont happen to you, overall this water park is a great place for the family, the lazy river is a place where adults and kids can take a load off, the water slides are a blast no matter your age. This place deserves more publicity
It was great! Smaller than I imagined but the water didnt stink and the slides were very fast. Some cool amenities.
Its a great place to let your family loose and have fun! The water slides have an amazing thrill. Check it out!
Pretty fun. Not a lot of slides, and the kiddy pool is nearly exactly as the same as the free splash pad in Rexburg but the water slides are fun and the lazy river has a good current.
We love Rexburg Rapids! Facility is clean, staff is friendly, price is beyond right. I have to drag my kids out after 4 hours of straight water play!
A nice place if you have young kids. But the park next door has the same kid splash pad for free
Travel to Rexburg a couple of times a years to see family.Decided to take my son and go to Rexburg rapids. Its busy but there arent really any lines to speak of.Everyone is having a great time. For the admission price $6.75 (at the time of this post) its cheap at twice the price.Water slides included.Definitely will come back.Remember this is during the global pandemic of covid-19, not the murder hornets, or alien invasion.....
Always a fun place to cool off. Plenty of things for the kids to enjoy.
At less than $7 a person it was a bargain. There were a good range of water activities for my kids aged 8-12. Also a lot of seating options. They also allow outside food.
Good place till about 11am. Then it gets super crowded. The customer service is great though!
This place is great. Fun for the whole family with activities geared towards kids.
The kids loved it. Water was the right temp, and not too crowded.
Fun to place for the kids but can be a little dirty.
Very crowded in summer but very fun
Waters so warm so nice need more tables and lounge chairs just a thought
This is fairly priced, plenty of fun for all ages, and very clean. Glad we went!
Best fun water park in the area!
I love this park. I got a season pass last year & went 2-3 times a week! I will be getting one again! It’s great for my kids
Had a blast with the family on my bous birthday weekend
It was a fun place to go this summer.
Very fun! Food is expensive there but they allow you to bring your own so thats ok!
Great family place. The price for admission is really fair. Kids had a blast in the water, great place for an all day affair. Its always busy and parking is a little tight. But its well worth it to go!
It is a fun water park. It has two pavilions, umbrellas and plenty of chairs for everyone to sit in. They have a climbing wall in the pool. The kiddie pool is exactly like wild waves in Washington except these slides slow down towards the end and catch the child. I was very pleased with this water park. We will be going back.
Closed for season but plenty of soccer and other fields
One of the only places in southeast idaho to have a pool party. They have slides, pools, kiddie areas, rock climbing wall and a party room you can rent for bday parties.
I love this place to go swimming at with friends and family. It is good for birthday parties too! To get in the lazy river, you have to use the stairs, you cannot just get in or out on the side anywhere. The slide pass is included with the cost you pay per person so if you dont want to go on the slide you still have to pay all of it because it is now included and there are no wristbands, just stamps.
Very fun. Adult and kid friendly. They have an amazing kids splash pad equipted with a giant dumping bucket. For older people there is a lazy river and two water slides. The water slides are my favorite. They also have a great concession stand. They order pizza and you can either get a whole pizza or just a slice. They have plenty of places to sit as well.
Not the best because it is a little repetitive as they only have a couple things to do but overall it was a good experience
Fun place for the whole family. We took five grandchildren, ages 1yr - 14yr. All had a great time and didnt want to leave. It wasnt overly crowded.
Awesome place amazing price
Great place!! Wish the had better hours.. but best pool around Rexburg! Idaho falls area
Fun for the whole family! Very affordable. We usually go about 3 hours before closing, and are spent by the time it ends. Two good slides (no, they dont have two dozen like some places - they dont have the crazy crowds or crazy prices of those places either!), a nice long lazy river, (tubes dont cost extra) and several other attractions in the shallows for kids...a great way to cool off!
Great park. We are visiting from Texas and we payed as much to swim here as at a YMCA back home, but this place was more than JUST a pool.
Perfect for kids. I really expected a swimming pool to just swim but theres no such thing. Really small! The slides are kinda cool
Its a fun little water park and for adults at $6.75 and 2 and under are free its a great deal. The snacks and drinks are good prices as well. A big splash pad for little guys! Big grass area for your own tent. Large pavillions for parties.
I always have fun at Rexburg Rapids! Admission is Affordable and so is the Snack bar.. Id recommend it!
It was fun for everyone. Their life guards are focused and kind. The lazy river is a blast. Their brezels are tasty. Its worth a visit.
We had SO MUCH FUN!! GREAT prices for the whole family. Youll even have enough for ice cream afterwards!
Not badly priced. Very crowded though and my kids almost drowned coming down the fast slide. Thank goodness for lifeguards!!
Lots of things to do for all ages.
Brought the whole family. We had a blast all day
My grandchildren had the best time. Lots of great life guards to protect and keep everything moving along.
They have a very attentive lifeguard staff. its very comforting with little kids to know that theres always somebody watching every inch of the pool.
A great family-friendly water park with two big water slides, a rock wall to fall into the water from, a lazy river, and a kiddie area. Mondays (and Fridays, I think) are BOGO after 6pm. $6 for two people! Super great!
Its pretty good. I could tell the place was built for children but its still fun to go and swim and hang out with the boys.
The hours of operation are horrible. Rexburg is already too cold to swim nine months of the year and Rexburg rapids is an outside pool. I wish they took advantage of the days more and opened sooner and stayed open longer OR lowered the price of admission because it adds up to be pretty expensive for families to go with lots of little ones for such a short amount of time. They have some silly rules such as not allowing kids to bring in their own tubes to float the lazy river. My daughter loves floating it but tube is giant and she cant hold on by herself.Other than its kind of small but the staff is nice and the lifeguards seem to be on top of things.
Very clean and well maintained. Many excellent options for any age to play.
Water was great.
Always crowded, and theres not an actual swimming pool. No Olympic pool. If you want to sit on a tube, or in shallow water while your kids play on the baby slides, this would be a great place.
Its a small park, but Fun for my little ones, food isnt overpriced
Its fun for the kids and us as parents we go there almost every year for birthday parties etc.
Awesome experience, got to relax while the kids had fun and I didnt hardly have to worry about them. 10/10 will go again
Fun place. A little dirty and smaller than youd think from pictures.
Its fun for younger kids, but not so much for kids older than 11.
Nice to have this in my hometown! Fun place
Amazing. I loved it! My favorite part was the blue water slide they had there. I reccomend adding more slides. Thanks!
Great place to cool off with the kids and awesome you can bring in your own food and sun shades.
Was our first time going here with my daughter and father we had a blast she loved it
Super fun, cute and price friendly! and lots of people laughing and having a good time
Needs more bathrooms. Other than that perfect.
Clean and not to expensive. Good staff and food.
It is a great place to take kids to cool off.
This is super fun! My only disappointment was that I waited in line for at least 30 minutes to go down the slide, but got cut off when I was finally first in line because it was time to close. I wished they would have used a better system of cutting off the line for the slide once it got close to closing time. Also, the lazy river was a little dangerous because so many people were in it. It was hard to avoid getting strangers feet in your face.
So fun!
It was a little crowded but still a great place for a nice dip! Has a lazy river and big play area for kids!
Fun, clean facility. Wish it was indoors so it could be used for more than 2-3 months a year.
Wish this was an indoor facility as the season seems so short. Bought discounted passes in May but had a hard time using them all up. Were planning on just paying the normal fee next year to avoid losing unused passes.
It was so awesome of the three Bishops to pay for us all to go play!
Decided to try Rexburg Rapids vs. Ross Park and couldnt have been more thrilled. The price is right, the pools are clean and theres so much to do. Only complaint would be for their snack bar to have more organization - otherwise, highly recommend.
Not enough tubes for people to float on. Good clean place.
Its not very big but great for little kids
Wonderful facility, clean, and with life guards what a great family outing
You can bring your own food and drink.
Last time I was there some kid took a dump in the pool. Then another kid took another dump in the lazy river and the whole park was closed for like 45 minutes. Not the parks fault though. Just annoying lol. Decent water park for a tiny town in Idaho.
Was a great way to cool off on a hot day. Open from 12 to 5. Arrive earlier before opening to avoid entry lines and to find a shaded table.
Opens in June closed in July not a very long season should be open May through September
It has a lot of fun things to do. Including a lazy river with free access to inner tubes, a playground with squirt guns and a giant water bucket that dumps every 3 min, a small beach area where the water goes as shallow as 1 which is great for little babies who want to sit and splash, a climbing wall, and two water slides! Seriously a fun water park for the whole family!
Great for kids!
Thats probably just a chocolate bar in the pool, dont worry about it.
Rexburg rapids is the worst waste of money the city has ever made. An outdoor pool in Rexburg? Its only open a few months of the year and the city spends thousands of dollars each year maintaining it in the winter when no one can go. The pool is okay, but its not what this town needs.
So fun! Definitely very kid friendly
There is no changing rooms and that sucks, but to prepare for that before hand is key to having a good time. Wear you swim suits before arriving!
Fun for families
Way too small and is only open 4 months out of the year. Gets super crowded and there’s isn’t a full size pool to do actual swimming in. The slides are kinda boring as well. It’s good for a small town but it’s hard to be positive about it with these problems.
Cheap and fun
Nice to have a place like this in Rexburg. Wish there was a place indoors also!
Great price and pretty clean. They could use a better intercom....you literally can only hear it if you are right next to the speakers.
Great kid friendly water park. Would have given 5 stars, but there is not much room to actually swim! They need to build a bigger pool.
Why are the only open for 5 hours a day except Fridays and Mondays? Fun park and good price but horrible hours.
My kids love this place.
Nice public pool. The restrooms could use some attention. Prices are ok but no refunds or partial refunds if an incident closes the pool. Needs better hours for public swimming and longer time open in the summer.
